Door came off track and wouldn't close. They were at my house in a matter of hours for a non-emergency issue. The technician was polite and clearly very skilled at what he did. Within 20 mins, the door was fixed, and he clearly explained what had happened and what he fixed. When it came time for me to pay what i expected to be a several hundred bill, it was less that $100! I can't recommend this company enough!

Spring broke so I could not lift the garage door to get my car out. I needed to go to an important meeting so I called Jerry and he was able to fit me in and replace the spring at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Jerry he saved the day I will never use anyone else!!!

WOW! I could not be more impressed with Jerry from Aksarben garage door! I accidentally ran into my garage door this morning before work. I gave them a call and Jerry was there in less than 30 minutes! He was so kind, reassuring, had attention to detail, and worked quickly! They are very competitively priced and we will exclusively be using them in the future! Cannot recommend them enough!

If you need your garage door serviced, I highly suggest using Aksarben Garage Door Services. The price was reasonable and the service was professional. I reached out to Aksarben Garage Door Services after hours for service and received a reply the next day during business hours. My issue was not urgent, I made that clear in my service request. I did not follow up with them until later in the day when I was wrapping up at work as a result. Jerry was the person I worked with and he knew who I was right away when I called and what I needed. Jerry was in the area and met me at my house in the time it took me to get home. He was friendly, professional, and kept my best interest in mind when providing suggestions for repair options. Jerry then repaired my garage door in only a few minutes. When Jerry started working, it was immediately apparent he was not just a repair person, but a master of his craft. He knew his shit and was worth every penny. The repair only took a few minutes because Jerry was a true expert, not because it was a simple repair or you ( unless you are Jerry or work with him) and I could have done in the same amount of time. When the time does come again that I need garage door service, I'll be calling Aksarben Garage Door Services.

My garage door would not raise up more than a foot and I was unable to get the car out. I called and the next day they came and oiled the track and adjusted the track so it was not rubbing. They were very quick to respond and did an excellent job.

We arrived home on Sunday evening to find our garage door had broken (coil snapped). There was no way to lift the door and we were stuck with one car inside and one outside the garage and both my husband & I needed our cars to get to work the next day. I remembered Jerry from Akasarben Garage Door Services from a previous garage door repair he had done at our home years before (at least 6-7 years) and still had his card. I called him a little after 8:00am Monday morning, and left a message as he was not available at the time. Jerry called back shortly afterwards, I explained our problem and he said right away that he would be there in 15-20 min. He arrived within the said time, assessed the problem and went straight to work to repair the door. He was done in half an hour including servicing and testing the door to make sure all was aligned and functioning properly. We happily paid the more than reasonable bill Jerry submitted for his work. We highly recommend Aksarben Garage Door Services, Inc. for all garage door service and install needs. Jerry's outstanding and friendly customer service, professionalism, quality of work and fair pricing definitely earn a 5-Star + Rating with us.

He fixed the problem and then some. I had noticed that the door had been making noise and not rolling smoothly for a while. He serviced the door, reinstalled the rollers and moved the spring (it had been installed too high).. He said it was a bad install - it was a different company that installed the door, not Aksarben Door. The door is much quieter when it moves now and the movement is very smooth. I'm very happy with the results and Aksarben Door will be my first call from now on I was especially happy that they came on such short notice. Services Rendered: Garage door rollers had come off track, called and they were here within 30 minutes of calling to fix it.

Our garage door would not open all the way. The door was rubbing on the metal tracking from opener motor to door. Jerry came out and made adjustments to both garage door and opener. I had American Certified Svs, Inc. replace torsion springs in my other garage door approximately three months before the torsion springs on my second garage door broke (see my review of American Certified Services from 7/20/2015) American Certified came out and put two different size springs on the door, didn't oil rollers (told me they should be replaced which was unnecessary in my opinion and in the opinion of Jerry from Aksarben Garage Door). They didn't lube the chain track or tighten any screws, bolts etc. American Certified then tried to charge me $550 for less work than Aksarben Garage Door did for $225. Jerry at Aksarben was responsive, professional, and provided great service for a very reasonable price.I will always use Aksarben Garage Door in the future. A rare breed these days --- good people doing excellent work for a very reasonable price. If you need work done on your garage door, openers, etc. look no further. And my experience is that I would never ever use American Certified Svs again for anything. You will be very happy with Jerry at Aksarben. Services Rendered: Repaired broken torsion springs. Oiled and lubed rollers and chain track.
