JLM had fixed the spring about 5 years ago on a Sunday within a few hours of it breaking. They did a great job and had the spring replaced in no time. Recently, the cable broke on our garage door after returning home from a long drive. The garage door was off the tracks and part of the track was bent. We called JLM again, certain the tracks would need to be replaced as well as the cables. The tech was polite, quickly replaced the cables and reset the tracks so the door operated again. He said he wouldn't sell us on anything we didn't need. I appreciate the honesty, the promptness, and the good work. JLM has a 5 star rating from a lot of people including us for a reason. Honesty, excellent work, and promptness.
Very quick to respond. Had two employees here to replace the springs on our garage door the same day we called. The cost was exactly as expected and very reasonable. They also were able to replace our opener as well. Very happy with the service.
Can't recommend this business enough! They responded within 15 minutes, came out to the house had the garage door fixed the same day. The door had been backed into and had serious damage. We thought for sure it would have to be replaced, but they came out and worked some magic, got it back into shape and back on the track. The only thing more impressive was the price! I couldn't believe how reasonable it was. Highly highly recommend JLM!

The free estimate was quick and easy and we only had to wait about 2 weeks from ordering the door to install. Sergio, our installer was so nice. Everything was seamless. Our garage door stopped working early on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of winter. After trying to fix it ourselves (and of course making the problem worse in the process), we decided to try to see who could come out on a weekend. JLM had fantastic reviews regarding service and pricing, and they delivered for us. We called in the early afternoon and Cory was here within 20 minutes, had our door fixed within a 1/2 hour, and was professional and thorough. Highly recommend!
I too Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. My cable broke and I was unable to get my car out to go to work. I googled garage door repair and saw the JLM had 5 stars I called and they were out to the house in under 2 hours. Replaced everything that needed to be replaced and then stayed and programmed my key pad and homelink. Two things I didn't know I could use as we tried to do that when we moved in 5 years ago but we're unable to program them! So 5 plus stars for great service, quick service and great value! Thank you!
A lot of businesses that offer repair services believe that you can't offer all three of the following: Great Service, Fast Service, Cheap/Affordable Service. My experience with JLM Garage Doors proved that wrong as I received same day service that solved my garage door problems without over charging me. The entire visit lasted no more than an hour, and I received an inspection, new spring, cables, rollers, and lubrication as needed at a fair and reasonable price. My garage door now works better than it ever has since we bought our house 7 years ago. The friendly and courteous service couldn't have been better. I definitely recommend JLM and will call them as needed in the future!
I cannot give more than five stars here, else I would. One of my torsion springs broke. I called JLM and while they had a pretty full schedule for the day, I was asked for my contact info and told that I would be called when there was someone in my area. Fair enough; I will wait my turn in line and that's expected. I was called by Grant about 30 minutes later, and he stated that he'd be available in 20 minutes for the work. I graciously accepted. Upon arrival, Grant took assessment of the situation and got right to the job. New springs, tested the cable reels, door operation, reprogrammed the opener, and lubed everything for quite operation. All during the work Grant provided pleasant conversation as well, which was a bonus. He didn't try to sell me anything other than what I needed. I highly recommend this company for its service, professionalism, and reasonable prices.
Grant came out the same day I called. Before addressing the issue (garage door opener not working) Grant noticed there were frayed cables and a broken spring. Worked for two hours and then came back the next morning to finish the job. It cost a bit more than I had anticipated but there were more problems than I had expected. Grant not only provided exceptional customer service, was prompt and friendly, he also went above and beyond to inspect and tighten everything up. I feel confident that my doors, tracks and openers are safe and in good working order. I would highly recommend JLM to my friends and family.
JLM Garage Door is the best!! I called on a Wednesday evening and they gave me an appointment for first thing Thursday morning. The technician called on his way here and arrived on time. Our garage door was coming back up most times we tried to shut it. We have a complicated setup due to the age of our house and a support beam that runs through the garage. The technician worked through several issues and was able to resolve our problem. He took great care in making sure every aspect of the garage door system was working properly. I was very impressed and would recommend JLM to anyone!!
Jason is a great guy to work with! He came highly recommended by my neighbors. He fixed the overhead light in the garage, re-caulked the outside, added a new strip along the bottom, and serviced everything so that it ran like brand new. He is very responsive to your requests and his work is reasonably priced. I recommend him for your garage door needs.
The cable on our door broke late in the afternoon. I googled 'residential garage door repair' the first place I called wanted to charge an after hours/ emergency fee. I called JLM at 5:30pm and spoke to Jason, he had just gotten home and said he could be at my place in 15 minutes. Jason was very nice, did not charge extra for the late call and fixed my garage door in under an hour. Very nice guy. I highly recommend.
