I would give zero stars if that were an option. I am a pretty patient person, however after having to call this company a third time to fix what was not fixed on the first trip, or the second, my patience is gone. I would not be nearly as upset if the guy wouldn't have treated me like crap for insisting he come back the day I called instead of waiting two more days (for the third trip). He acted like I was inconveniencing him, while I was being totally inconvenienced myself, because my garage door won't open. As the customer, he should be trying to make it right without making me feel like dirt for wanting it fixed. I don't even know if the thing they fixed the first time was the actual problem. Said it was the spring, now saying it's the opener and they'd be happy to sell me a new opener! I would have probably let him sell me the new opener if he wasn't such a jerk about it. I'm out $250 to this guy and he could care less if I have to keep taking time out of my day to have them back three times.
***update-garage door has now completely quit working. Can't get car out.
