Called to have our garage door opener and old springs replaced. the next morning, Tim came out, assessed the situation, and got it all done that morning! It works like a charm! We've used Overhead Door before for repairs, and they are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

The spring on our smaller garage door broke yesterday. Maybe I was just fortunate, but they were able to get a tech out today (Chris) and he had the correct spring with him. He had it fixed in maybe an hour, and lubed both of my doors while he was at it. I hadn't realized how noisy they had become. Great job. Thanks.

Have not had an opener for sometime because of age. Took my problem to overhead and Veronica sold me a new opener after she programmed it and all I had to do was push a couple of buttons. Door opens and closes like new.

Our garage door spring broke on the morning of Christmas eve. A couple days later we called Overhead door that morning..and Rocki was at our house within a couple hours and was very nice and knowledgeable the whole time until it was fixed. I will definitely be using these guys again whenever I need to have my garage door fixed. Thank you again!!

The Victoria MF needs to learns some basic customer service skills. She's too Old for the temper tantrums she has lol, she definitely needs to grow up. People like her gets dealt with on another level in person.

Always a thorough job, takes accountability for their work, on-time, easy to get an appointment. I appreciate that they do a check up on the other aspects of the door beyond what they fixed. Paul noticed that the bottom seal on the door was loose, fixed it quickly and no charge. Paul also took the time to show me how to reprogram the openers if ever needed

Tim and Paul came out today and fixed my garage door, which had a broken spring. I know it's a pretty standard repair, but they called and asked if they could come early, finished their repair very quickly, and were out with a bill of $233.26. It's not often someone leaves my house from a service call where I don't feel robbed. I am pleased to say that I do not feel robbed at this price point. Tim and Paul were professional and treated me right. I recommend them and Overhead Door for your garage door repair needs. Thanks guys!

I called because I needed to swap out an opener head. The installation process seemed to go as planned. Then the tech told me he, "couldn't get the keypad to work" (on the opener he just installed). And that he was basically giving up and that it would be my problem. Very little effort, very little customer service. There was nothing wrong with the keypad, just something wrong with the customer service. Apparently $415 doesn't get you a fully operational garage door with this company.

Technician called before they came to the house and troubleshot the problem without them having to come out to the house. That is superior service as far as I'm concerned. Recommend them highly.

Very disappointed with our visit from overhead door yesterday. I called on Saturday to schedule a repair as our spring on our door broke. Repairman showed up at noon on Tuesday and said he didn't have any springs with him, he had used them on a prior repair. Said he would have to measure our door and then charge us $65 for the visit and then he could come back in 3 to 4 days to do the repair at which time we would have to pay for another $65 visit plus the part. After expressing my disappointment with this option, I got the option of if you want it fixed today, I have 2 smaller springs that I can put on the door, it will be more expensive then the single spring but in the long run it would save you money because you wouldn't have to pay for the 2nd trip back. What ever happened to customer service? I had to take a 1/2 day of vacation to meet the repair man only to be told that he didn't have my part and I would have to take off more time from work or I could pay more today and get it resolved. After he left, I was still annoyed by the fact that he didn't come with the proper parts so I called the office and was told. Sorry that is our policy. if we don't have everything we need to do your repair on our truck, you will be charged for the additional trip back and we will reschedule your service repair.

Great service and very knowledgeable! Super fast and affordable! Everything I could ask for! Thank you and would definitely recommend to anyone! Rocki is amazing and we have had him out a few times times over the course of 11 years. He was able to fix this again! The wire cable broke on the side of the garage and our garage door opener kept pulling it up even though the cable was broke. It shouldn't have done that. He adjusted the settings so it won't do that again. Shows me some maintenence things to do with it to make it last longer. Great guy! I will continue to call them out in the future and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone!

I had a terrible experience with another company, (pressure to pay ahead, late service calls and cancelations without a reason or phone call). I was without a garage for over 12 days when I called Overhead. I was also extremely frustrated and frazzled. The receptionist who answered my call was amazing ( I can't remember her name, I'm sorry). She calmed me down, got a technician out that afternoon to give me an estimate. They gave me a 30 minute window and were there exactly on time. The receptionist called me back 15 minutes after tech left, gave me a service date and price. FYI, half the price of the other company for same product. The day before my appointment, they called to confirm. The technician arrived on time for my appointment and was wonderful to work with. I have a great looking new garage door and no reservations about recommending Overhead to anyone. Professional, punctual and great value!!!

Discovered the spring on my door that was installed by Overhead Door 2 1/2 years ago is significantly out of adjustment. When I called for service I was told that it was highly unusual occurrence so I would need to pay for a service call. After all - I may have changed the adjustment! Of course that's the case - it would have been impossible for the spring to have been adjusted wrong in the first place! I've purchased 3 doors from Overhead - will never be another one.

I called and explained the problem. They sent out a repairman, who fixed the problem. However, the problem was a sensor located on the door that needed adjustment. This took a maximum of 10 minutes. Iam disgusted because a suggestion could have been offered to me over the phone to check the sensor adjustment. A little customer service would have saved me $65. Just a simple " check this" before sending the repairman out. Services Rendered: Our garage door was not going up or down properly. Our remotes did not work.

Salesman John was very nice and showed the various options and costs for new doors. John was able to provide the door style, windows and colors we wanted. After verifying and ordering the door John told me the install would be 23 June. (Door quote was in late May) and door ordered shortly thereafter). The installer called the morning of 23 June and had the door installed by noon. The new door operated very smoothly and quietly and used my existing door opener. Ever thing was cleaned and removed. The price was comparable with the competitors and the service was excellent. Services Rendered: Removed existing garage door and installed new garage door , tracks and new sensors.
