Yelp5When I decided to replace the old garage door, I requested 4 quotes. AWGD sent Jacob on site to give me the quote. Among all quote requests, AWGD showed up that they are honest, very knowledgeable, and price is very competitive. Their job quality is excellent. Service is outstanding. There were some material defects caused by manufacturer and shipment, I would have not noticed them if Scott did not point them to me. Scott found them showed to me and replace the defected modules with new ones. I am very happy to have Scott and Jacob give me the service, and have very happy experience with All Ways Garage Doors. Strong recommendations to the people who want garage door services.

Yelp5Very happy with AWGD! Called them on a Friday afternoon and the owner sent his technician Jacob out to install new springs (and other hardware) on our broken roll up garage door. Couldn't have been more pleased with their pricing, efficiency and professionalism. Don't call anyone else if you need a solid repair job done. Thank you!!!!

Yelp5All Ways was great. They serviced our garage the same day we contacted them. Jacob was on time, clean, friendly (great with my curious toddler), and very knowledgeable. He made sure we got the service we needed without upselling us on extra service we didn't actually need.

Yelp5I have one huge regret about All Ways Garage Doors. It is that I did not call them sooner. These guys are very knowledgable, fair, great communicators and friendly. There was solid communications. It was easy to set an install that fit my schedule. Then comes the day of install. They communicate on way and on time. Then Jacob shows up to install. He was such so very friendly, great personality and very efficient at installing. This guy knows how to methodically attack it. I had two doors openers that needed to be installed. Got them done sooner than anticipated. I cannot believe I waited so long to do this .... The doors open with w whisper versus the clanking and thud. It's gonna sound corny but we were honestly elated. Then he trained me on the phone app for the opener , operation of the wall switches/buttons and it was a wrap. Jacob was like inviting over a good friend who had solid skills. I am very particular and these guys nailed it. 5 Stars and more!!

Yelp3Contacted All Ways about our garage door that wasn't opening. They were very responsive and quickly reached me by text. I was asked to send photos of the motor, door and spring system. Based on those photos alone, they told me my motor likely needed to be replaced and quoted it at $1,070. Instead, I got a trusted repair man out who quickly identified a coupling was broken which cost us just $12 off Amazon and a quick 5 minute replacement job. It's possible that had I agreed to All Ways quote, they would have identified the same broken part and fixed it for a much lower cost than the $1,070 motor replacement but it very much seems like they were just trying to see how much I was willing to pay rather than do an honest evaluation.

Yelp5Back in April I contacted Scott owner of Always Garage Doors. It was obvious the garage door opener needed replacement. Scott asked for a specific photo views of my garage. Shortly after, I received a quote with details for a LiftMaster w keypad. The quote was $500 less than my other quote for an unfamiliar German brand. Rob arrived four hours after my initial call. The insulation went well. I'm very happy with my extremely quiet LiftMaster. My only regret, I didn't instant the keypad because of security concerns... big mistake! Scott and Rob were professional all the way. Glad they drove the distance from Mission Viejo to Huntington Beach. Will definitely call them in the future when needed.

Google5Excellent service and work. I texted them in the evening when I realized my garage door wouldn't open, and got an appointment time the next day. Jacob came and replaced my garage door opener machine. Very pleasant and courteous guy and now I have a super quiet and brand new garage door opener! Would definitely recommend All Ways Garage Doors.

Yelp5Our garage door opened all by itself in the middle of the night. Rather than going into full panic, we unplugge1d the motor and waited until morning. I had some sketchy emergency service over the past couple of years. Found All Ways on Yelp (top rated) and called them! Scott was busy but he asked me to text him photos and was able to at least diagnose and let me know that he would be able to come out this afternoon, SAME DAY!, I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob and he was able to determine that the control needed replacement. He also noticed that the springs were mounted to 2x4's which were cracked. He replaced these with heavy duty brackets. All fixed and more than reasonable. No upsell!!! I asked him some questions and he and Scott both saw that I was sold a spring which was not even attached! I also asked Jacob about pulleys I was previously sold that were not necessary, they were much larger than necessary. I'm just saying. If you have a need for anything related to your garage door, don't panic and call All Ways FIRST! The emergency repair people will have you by the "you know whats" and don't be like me and get sold stuff you don't need and ironically, support brackets you do need they did not bother. I had a tech tell me that working with springs are V E R Y dangerous and it could put out his eye. very dramatic. Also, All Ways can process Credit Cards, if the technician say he can only process Cash, Zelle, Venmo.. veer off. It is like a hit an run. You don't not need the bs. Call All Ways, they will treat you right!

Yelp5Our garage door stopped working due to a broken spring. This company was quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon and got back to us right away. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. The communication was excellent and pricing was reasonable and fair. We highly recommend!

Google5I had a torsion spring break on my panel garage door. I called a few places and got few good answers. I called All Ways and worked with Scott and it was EASY. He had one of his guys come out quickly, he had all the parts on his well stocked truck, and it was fast professional service. I highly recommend giving these guys a call if you have garage door needs.

Google5We needed to have our garage door opener replaced. Called around to a few places, and All Ways had comparable prices to most local companies. Chose them because Scott answered all of the questions I had, plus they offered a 3 years parts and labor warranty. Jacob came out later that day and installed the new opener, and came back the next day to change the rollers/install new hangers. Our garage door is whisper quiet now. Jacob was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Google5This is a belated review as the team from All Ways replaced the two garage doors as well as the openers at my house over a year ago. What prompted this review is a service call that took place yesterday. As I recall, the All Ways team did an exemplary replacing the garage doors. The entire process was carried out in an afternoon. Their price was not the lowest but I feel the product and the service justify the cost. Furthermore, All Ways offers seven year warranty on parts and labor. I gave my recommendation to my neighbors shortly after the job was completed. I did not write a review right away as I wanted to wait about six months to see how the doors perform. One of the doors, in fact, did have an issue with the spring tension within a few months. I remember Scott quickly sent one of his technicians out to take care of the issue. Recently the light in one of the garage doors went out. After replacing the bulbs to no avail, I contacted Scott indicating there might be a warranty issue and he offered to send someone over in the afternoon. Due to my schedule, the appointment actually took place three days later. When Jacob showed up, he quickly identified the problem being burnt out bulbs. The reason why I could not come to the same conclusion is due to the CFL bulbs that I used have a large base so the bulbs did not make contact with the sockets completely. I am very pleased with the service provided by Jacob. I had previously recommended All Ways to my neighbors. I am now making the same recommendation to others who are looking for garage door related services.

Google5About a year ago I called All Ways Garage Doors in Mission Viejo because my garage door was not opening or closing consistently. The owner Scott sent out his tec Rob to diagnose the problem. Rob explained that due to the glare from the sun it was reflecting on the sensors. I didn't quite understand as the doors had worked perfectly for several years. Rob made the adjustments, lubricated the rollers and the door operated flawlessly. Rob told me that there was no charge. I'd never heard of a company not even charging for at least a service charge. Fast forward a year. This morning my wife was preparing to leave for work and the garage door would not open. Not a great way to start our week! Fortunately my car was parked on the driveway so she took it and left for work. My first call was to Scott at All Ways Garage Doors. Scott sent Rob again and under 3 hours from my initial call to All Ways Garage Doors Rob had diagnosed the problem, replaced both coil springs, replaced the bearings and lubricated the entire system. Their efficiency and professionalism was second to none! Their prices are extremely reasonable and there was absolutely no unnecessary work that you unfortunately get with a lot of service related companies these days. I can not speak highly enough to the integrity of Scott and his Company. Make sure that they are your first call for anything related to your garage doors and I promise you will not have to make another call to anyone else!

Google5Our neighbors garage door broke, they are elderly so they needed help finding a repair service. I asked another neighbor that had his door repaired a month ago for the number of the company he used and if he was satisfied with the service. He was so I called Scott from All-Ways. Scott made it so easy. Send a picture of the spring that was broken, he knew what parts to bring for the repair. No coming out and looking at it to order parts. Just send pics he will be there the next day. His representative Jacob Came out. He was very personable and very easy to work with. He treated my neighbor really well. He even reprogrammed a garage opener for them. I love to see small companies like this doing good work and not having to worry about a large up-sell so a Corporate exec can afford their 3rd house on a lake. Call All-Ways. You found your specialist. Very reasonable.

Google5I absolutely recommend All Ways Garage Doors for any job you need - big or small. Scott and Brian just installed a new roll-up door at my home and I couldn't be more pleased. They gave me a free estimate and were honest about what I did, and more importantly didn't, need. That honesty created an immediate trust and I booked them to do the job. There were no extra costs - the estimate is what I paid - and the job was done perfectly. Thanks SO MUCH Scott and team!

Google5Wow, Scott is AWESOME! He really has a passion and love for garage doors. Scott and his partner did an amazing job fixing my garage door and installing a new motor. The job was clean and professionally done. Scott is a straight up honest and friendly guy who won't up sell you. I will recommend All Ways Garage Doors to all of my family and friends and, without a doubt, I plan to use him again for future garage door work.
