Really great job! I ordered new door and door opener. Chip came out for the estimate and spent plenty of time with me selecting models from a brochure. We looked at other homes on the street, and found a door style to use that would be both different but also fit in. I also had them paint the door the custom color I needed for the house - Chip had it painted before arrival and install for me. His installer crew were meticulous and did a bullet proof job - all new hardware, opens and closes whisper-quiet. After install, Chip came over and touched up the paint. That was a few months ago. It still looks amazing and it held back the intense rains we had recently perfectly.

I had a tired old wood garage door on my beach house that finally gave out. After calling a few companies I spoke to CityScape. Their sales guy Chip was super pleasant and easy going and answered all my questions and provided me with online web pages to look at for design options. We decided to meet up on site and settled on the best door style and window options for my budget. We also chose a new door opener. The installation was about 5 weeks later and was expertly done - all new hardware, built super strong and performs quietly. They even painted the door for me to match my home color scheme. Top notch job - it looks amazing. Very pleased.

I have used this company before to install a garage door at my present house and some past locations. In the past few months, I was having an issue with my remote controls not always opening my garage door. After many frustrating atempts I contacted CItyscape to see if they had any suggestions. I contacted Dean and he quickly got back to me and said that the best thing to do was to have a technician come out and review the situation. I was able to get an appointment made fairly quickly and was very pleased when Jeff came out. He actually called me to say that he finished his previous appointment and could he come early? How often does that happen? Jeff was able to determine that the remote was bad and got me set up with a new one and tuned up the door. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Since I have an old garage door opener I'm now budgeting to have it hopefully replaced in the next few months and I will have Cityscape come out and put in the new one. You will be able to find less expensive companies for your garage door needs but I don't think you will be able to find a more knowledgeable and professional company to work with.

Great product - garage door still looks brand new. Had some sensor alignment issues about 4 years after initial installation. Called over the weekend on a Sunday and was able to get a technician out Monday morning for the fix. Great customer service.

It was New Years Day and my house guest was parked in my garage. We opened the garage door but it went off the track and wouldn't open. She couldn't leave! I called Cityscape and Joe answered. I told him the story and he came in an hour to the rescue. That was amazing service with an amazing guy. If the rest of my year goes this well I'll be very lucky. Thank you Joe!

I called CityScape when our garage door wouldn't close and I realized 3 hinges had just snapped. They were out within a couple hours and fixed the door without issue. Daniel was super transparent and friendly and explained what had happened and how it would be fix and provided an estimate before he started. Work was done quickly and under the price quoted.

I highly recommend CityScape Garage Doors! They are the professionals. A few weeks ago I noticed my hinges were busted on our heavy wood garage door. I contacted CityScape and they came that day and installed the correct size hinges and explained the ones I had were too thin and not the right size. They showed up on time, super courteous and got the work done quickly. They even charged me less than what was quoted. Will never use anyone else. Cityscape is the BEST!!

I called City Scape Garage Doors to come and help me with some issues I has having. The service tech was very professional, on time and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and checking on and gave me some pointers on how to take care, operate and adjust my door and opener. We experienced an issue when our garage door became non-operational the night before Thanksgiving. I called early Friday morning & was surprised to speak with a customer service rep who took my information & said she would give me a call back. She called back in 10 minutes, & said Joe the owner, would be by between 11 & 11:30am. Joe arrived on time & we were very thankful he did! He quickly determined the issue at hand. The brace mounted on the wood garage door header with wood screws became detached. The detached brace, connected to the garage door motor's arm, made the garage door non-operational. Joe made the corrections installing two braces after he determined the wood header seemed more hollow in certain areas & would detach again over time if not properly re-unforced. He explained his work throughout and was a pleasure to work with. He showed be 3 of the 4 garage door panels were damaged and would need to be replace. He placed the order & told me he would be out to replace the panels once they arrived in 4-6 weeks. The garage door is working well & we're super thankful for Joe coming out and fixing the door over a holiday weekend!

For coming on a Sunday evening he really was a great bargain for me and I knew I could trust him from the prior reviews. He is a small business owner who puts customer service, fairness, and honesty as a pillar. He educated me about the problem I had and answered all of my questions kindly. He mentioned his goal is to have people satisfied so he get most of his business through word of mouth" or repeat customers. This is the best method I can use to spread the word about how you can support a great business owner like Joe. Services Rendered: FIRST OFF I GOT AN AMAZING PRICE for a SUNDAY EVENING CALL! I went immediately on Angieslist to write about my expeirence (which I've never done before). It had to be on a Sunday when my garage had a wheel that broke. I thought I'd fix it myself, but after opening it 2 times with the wheel gone, the door jammed and both coins unwound. Joe was called at 4:30pm and was out to my house by 6:10 and out the door by 7:00. Joe was the one to explain to me how the coils broke in the first place. He replaced the broken wheel and replaced the prior hardware pin "thingy" that holds the wheel to the bracket with a safer one. He also recoiled the cables. Then he tighten the springs, greased the parts of the garage and finally made a slight adjustment to the wheel track where the wheels were "clunking" when they went through. Now my garage door even closes more quietly.

We replaced two garage door panels of a four panel garage door, which were damaged. Perhaps unique circumstances, as our garage door panels had to be special-ordered from the manufacturer, requiring a few weeks time, not to mention their arrival coincided with our vacation away from home. So, until the panels arrived and including after we returned from vacation, communication by phone was touch and go, and it felt as if we sometimes had to take the initiative to follow up on our own to find out if the door panels had arrived yet or not. Somewhat same experience of touch and go communication by phone on settling on an appointment date and time to install the panels. For those who decide to use this company, we suggest maximizing your most likely to be a great experience with them by getting specified up-front and in writing on the estimate, any additional cost of brackets or hinges, etc, as when it came time to install the panels, we were charged for new hinges, but could not remember what was said to us initially about the hinges being an extra cost or not, because so much time had passed due to order time and vacation. Ultimately, Joe did a great job of installing the new panels, and took initiative with other details, such as re-lubricating our garage door spring, moving parts, and joints. Gave us confidence they really know their stuff about garage doors. I would use this company again without hesitation. Services Rendered: Replaced damaged garage door panels

Tech explained that the one of the springs was not the correct spring and needed to be replaced. Fixed the alignment of the garage door opener. Service was prompt. Thought we need to replace the garage door opener. We were able to keep, so I was happy. No complaints about the service. No problems with the garage door two months after. I called the company at about 130pm. Dean took care of me and was able to schedule an appointment later that day. Kenny arrived right on time. Looked at the garage door and immediately knew what it needed. Not a big deal -- just a very good oil/lube job. Very honest and charged me the basic service/tune charge of $89.
