My first review of Entry Systems can be found below. Today I had my 3rd experience with this company. When my wife left to go to work the door wouldn't open. I called Entry Systems at 8:22. The young lady who answered the call was so polite, well spoken and professional and that just set the tone for the rest of the experience. A huge thank you to her and I'm embarrassed I can't recall her name. By 8:28 I had a text saying the technician was on his way. Their technician, Jack, was really great. He diagnosed a broken spring and repaired it. It's still only 9:10 a.m. He installed the new spring, readjusted the door closing, cleaned up everything and was as polite and nice a young man you could ask for. It's clear that Entry Systems seems to hire only the nicest and most capable workers. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. I've referred them to other people who, in every case, have felt the same as me. I trust them implicitly.
I phoned Entry Systems at 8 am on a Monday. By 12:30 Morgan arrived at my home to diagnose my problem. He determined my opener required a new logic board and gave me an estimate of the cost as well as an option for a new opener with some technology we really wanted. (open and close door with our mobile phone and check if the door is open when we are away) The new price was attractive enough considering the age of our existing opener. Two hours later he had it installed and operating. During his time at our home he was polite, well spoken, clean-cut and efficient. When he was done with his work he took away the empty boxes, programmed all of our cars to open the door, helped download the mobile app to control our door and set it up and made sure we understood our system well. You cannot ask for better service and I highly recommend Entry Systems for your garage door needs. To the management at Entry Systems: You have a very good employee in Morgan. He represents your company well. My wife and I appreciated his attitude and professionalism.
