Yelp5I called GDH because my garage door derailed. The gentleman on the phone made me feel taken cared of and assured me someone could come out the same day. I called @ 3pm and they were able to get someone out and to my door by 5pm. Fastest service I ever experienced, sometimes my door dash takes longer. A professional technician by the name of Rafael showed up with a bright smile and gave me an honest evaluation of the work that needed to be done. With that he gave me a quote which was much lower than the other competitors. I appreciate the honesty and working with me on the price. He took the door the garage door down and reinstalled it with perfection. The quality of work is A+. My garage door works better than when I first moved into my home. On top of that, he finished in 30 minutes. He was fast, efficient and most importantly professional. I don't think anyone else can compete with the level of expertise and courtesy GDH has!

Yelp5Our garage door spring broke and after reviewing several companies on Yelp and Google reviews I decided to call Garage Door Hero's. Brandon answered the phone and was very courteous and gave me a quote over the phone based on the photos I sent. I was very happy to hear that they could also come out and do the repair quickly. Brandon came to do the repair and explained the whole process to my husband and myself. He did not try to upsell us. The funniest part is we upsold the process ourselves after deciding the garage door was older and thought we would rather have a one and done repair so we ended up doing a complete rebuild. We received a fair price and the work was done quickly. The garage door now opens smoothly and is quieter than before . Very satisfied. I would recommend their business to others.

Yelp5I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Lift Master system that I have in my home was super old and wasn't working properly. I called on a Saturday morning, Brandon answered and was efficient with asking me for details and setting me up with a technician who was able to meet me within 2 hours to replace the system. Robert called once he arrived and got working right away. It was done before I knew it and everything was straightforward and functional. I would highly recommend Garage Door Hero if you're looking for easy, professional, fast garage door services.

Yelp5Was shopping around for a company to install a new garage door opener I bought around the holidays. Nothing wrong with the current one I had but just wanted the battery backup function. After getting nowhere especially the contracted installer by Lowe's (not Lowe's fault), and getting a few more duds, I went with one my brother recommended. Garage Door Hero came through with reasonable pricing, and great customer service. Spoke with Brandon who accomodated me and rescheduled same day of my first call to a date that would work best. Rafael did the install and explained everything through. They definitely earned my business and I affixed their sticker next to my new garage opener switch. Thank you again!

Yelp5Brandon, Kenneth and their installers all deserve a round of applause. We have had such a great experience with Garage Door Hero and they really aim to please their customers and you know their heart is in the right place when they come out promptly, respond to email and texts with little wait time, and ensure you are satisfied most importantly. We procured a beautiful garage door from garage door hero and were updates along the way from manufacturing, ordering, and installation. I shopped around, for several estimates, and they were very competitive. If you're local to Orange County or the surrounding areas, definitely check out this local small business, they will work with any budget, they will offer suggestions, there was never any upselling, and they provide a quality product. Five stars all around and we are happy we went with Garage door Hero!

Google5I contacted Brandon and gave me a ball park over the phone. He was courteous over the phone and showed up the following day to fix my garage door issue. Brandon went above and beyond to take care of my concerns. Will definitely keep Brandon's phone number saved for future reference.

Google5Garage door broke down-drew it's last breath-called around for quotes and the owner of Garage Door Hero's was straight to the point, get down to business, provided a quote (that impressed me-need my garage door to function, not make friends)-Rafael (should have asked for the spelling of his name...) was on time, epitome of professionalism, extremely polite and most importantly, knew what he was doing! We've used nearly all our local garage vendors and the results always speak for themselves, so we keep coming back. These guys have always gone above & beyond the original scope of work to ensure we are getting the highest quality of work & products. This is enough to make you think their service would cost an arm & leg but, their pricing is consistently lower than most competing estimates we compare them with. In accordance with our office's standard practices, we would not be doing our jobs correctly if we didn't request a bid from Garage Door Hero for any and all our garage related projects.

Google5I was less than enthused when this morning I discovered my garage door spring had snapped. Calling around, everyone seemed to be booked and no one could come out the same morning. When I saw how highly reviewed Garage Door Hero came, I gave them a try. I was told that they too were booked, but that they would try and work some magic for me. Then I got a call from the owner himself who promised to help me out by moving some scheduling around. Super awesome of him to do that and I could tell that he cares for his customers, even new ones. He had two technicians at my home inside of one hour and they took care of my garage door in less than 15 minutes! Completely satisfied by my experience with the company and will be calling them in the future should the need arise. Thank you to all at Garage Door Hero for treating me like a valued customer!

Google5These guys are awesome. Raphael did a repair on both of my springs, and he even went the extra mile and moved one of my support bars to the top of the garage door because it wasn't installed properly by someone else. He offered to do it for free too. These guys came the same day and installed everything in the time window they said, and charge me the exact price they quoted when I booked the appointment. I highly recommend using this company for your garage door services.

Google5Found Garage Door Hero on Yelp with their 5 star rating. Requested a quote through Yelp messaging. I received a message from Brandon in less than 15 minutes. We were able to schedule service to replace my springs quickly and when it was convenient for me. He called about 15 minutes before arriving. The installation was quick, he's friendly, and the price was reasonable. I had called around and no one beat his quote. If I ever needed work done again, I'll call on Brandon.

Google5Such a great and easy experience. I found them via their 5 star rating on yelp, and requested a quote by messaging. I spoke with Brandon, and he responded quickly to all my questions, I tend to have a lot. We were able to schedule service to replace my garage opener that same day. They called before they were arriving and arrived right on time. The installation was quick and flawless, they arranged the wires so it looked nice and kept with them being hidden in the ceiling, and they even swept and cleaned up. Very reasonable price, and they even lubricated my garage door wheels for free. Would definitely work with them again if needed.

Angi1When they called me to schedule the appointment the first thing they asked was did I already purchase the deal. This was the first red flag, seems like he wanted to go around Angie's List and not have to split the payment. I had scheduled the service and he called back the morning they were supposed to do the service and said they had an issue with the driver and said I could cancel and get a refund from Angie's List. Seems to me they want to get the advertising from Angie's List but not want to pay for it. Very shady. Services Rendered: I wanted the roller replacement done.

Angi5Called at almost 5pm and for no additional charge Brandon came out to service my garage that evening. After describing the problem I was having he gave me an estimate over the phone. Very reasonable and extremely professional. I would recommend him to a friend and would definitely call him for future garage issues. To be honest, my garage door is running smoother than it did the day it was installed. He replaced both springs and did a tune up. Services Rendered: My garage door spring broke.
