Yelp5I had an excellent experience with Ocean Coast Garage Doors. Daniela was very responsive to my questions and was able to schedule a same-day appointment despite it being later in the day. Henry did a great job on the repair. He was respectful and courteous and brought his own shoe slips so as not to track dirt into the house. He also answered all of my questions and explained each step of the repair process. At the end he also took away the broken parts for disposal. The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional.

Yelp5Recently, I had Henry from Ocean Coast Garage Doors fix my garage door and wow, was I impressed! Henry showed up right on time, super friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong in a way I could get it, fixed it quick, and even gave me some tips to keep it running smooth. You don't often find someone who's not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about helping you out. If you need your garage door sorted, Henry at Ocean Coast is your guy. Absolutely a 5-star experience!

Yelp5Daniela, the business owner was very quick to reply with the service quotes requested through Yelp. She immediately sent one of her service technicians Henry to the residence. He was very professional, courteous, and personable to speak with. He did not try to upsell any services or products. Since he was unable to reproduce the issue, he advised us to reach out to him again if the problem occurs. He did not charge us for the Troubleshooting visits. I will definitely reach out to this business again if the problem recurs.

Yelp5Had a garage door that went out of alignment on Saturday afternoo, spoke with Daniela and her tech Henry showed up that evening to fix the door. Henry knew exactly what he was doing and finished the work promptly, even showed me how to lubricate the door. Great service, will definitely use them and ask for Henry again.

Yelp5This business knows how to get loyal customers. They were quick to respond and no nonsense approach was great. They took time to fix the underlying issue when they could have done it superficially. A shout out to Henry for being a professional and a great communicator. Fees were very reasonable and work was very well done. Highly recommend!

Google5Contacted this company for a quote for the gap on the bottom of my garage where rodents were getting through. Daniela responded within minutes and my garage door was fixed within 2 hours of reaching out! Henry did a good job explaining the issues and completing the job quickly. The price was also very competitive. I recommend Ocean Coast Garage Doors for anyone needing a quick and quality service!

Daniela was very professional and responsive to getting me an appointment right away, and Henry, the technician that installed my new garage door opener was very pleasant and patient answering all my questions...he even helped me program the built-in remotes in my cars! BBB5Ocean Coast Garage Door did an excellent job at my house. Their quote was very competitive and they were the most professional of all the companies I had bid the project. They gave me a written quote with information on the models they would install so I could research what equipment I would be purchasing. All other companies gave me a verbal estimate and vague information. The installation of the new unit took about an hour and the installer even showed up early for the appointment. I highly recommend this company.

Took a look at our current garage door and let us know why our garage door was not operating correctly. They also explained what materials we needed to purchase with patience.2. ***** did an amazing job, explaining how the new garage door worked because our old garage door was so outdated. He also helped my husband set up how to open the garage door using his cell phone.3. ***** was organized and worked efficiently. ***** took away the old garage door opener and installed our new garage door opener. 4. The owner of the company followed up with us to make sure the job was completed and if we were happy with the new garage door.5. Google5Ocean Coast Garage Doors was fantastic! Initially spoke with Daniela and within an hour Henry had arrived to check out my garage door. We decided to get a new opener as ours was 25 years old. Henry went over multiple options, pros and cons and came back later in the afternoon and installed my new garage door opener. Installation was quick, efficient, and my garage was left clean. Henry spent all the time I needed to install an app on my phone, made sure I knew how to work it, made sure everything worked properly, and even showed me how to properly maintain my new equipment. What a great company to do business with!

Google5I've had other garage companies to my home to fix or install parts for my garage door, but Henry from 'Ocean Coast Garage Doors' was by far the most efficient, informative and pleasant person to work with!! Daniella was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful in getting Henry out so that I could close my garage door. The few times I've needed them, Henry always gets right back to me whether it is for a question, a repair , or installation of garage keypad. I highly recommend Ocean Coast Henri Garage Doors.

Google5Ocean Coast came out and did a complete motor replacement for me as my old unit was over 15 years old and had stopped working. I got several quotes before using them and found that not only are they the most straightforward and reliable, but they will tell you exactly what you are getting and what would be best for your situation. The value was also great - they do not overcharge or artificially hike their prices like some of the big corporate companies out there. Thank you again for your amazing work and I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise. HIGHLY recommend!

I got several quotes before using them and found that not only are they the most straightforward and reliable, but they will tell you exactly what you are getting and what would be best for your situation. The value was also great - they do not overcharge or artificially hike their prices like some of the big corporate companies out there. BBB5I need a reason assistance for my garage door. I caulked them same day, and they arrived at my house within an hour. ***** was a great technician, very friendly, and even offered to pick me up ********* on the way to my house. Definitely will go to them for future needs five stars.

Google5Daniela the owner was the first to respond late on a Thursday nite at 1130pm. My +20 yo roll up garage door finally gave up and needed replacement. Henry the technician came out on a Sunday to take a look and he told me that I can repair but couldn't guarantee how long the door would continue to operate so i elected to replace with a mid grade metal insulated 4 window door. The crew came back yesterday they were fast efficient and early as well. The owner Daniella even accompanied her crew to oversee the work being done. She was fantastic and shows that she really cares about her customer, quality of work and services provided. Definitely old school values. She also provided me with a video on how to maintain the g door and a complimentary bottle of lubricant. Only if there were more people like Daniela around the world would be a much better place I would give OC garage 6 stars if able. Thanks again to Daniela and her team at Ocean Coast your the bestest!!!!

Google5Daniela, the owner, replied to our yelp inquiry very promptly. They were able to come out the next morning to help us change out the torsion spring. On the day of our appointment, Henry called to let us know he is on his way. My husband was home waiting, and Henry was on time. He gave us 2 options for the spring and we went with the 15000 cycles springs at $325 for 2 springs. He immediately started working on the repair. I would say he is very knowledgeable and did the job very well. I will highly recommend Ocean Coast Garage Door. They do take credit card but there is a 3% service fee.
