Yelp5We had a broken garage door hinge which caused our door not to open properly. I immediately yelped garage door repairs in Orange County and I was impressed with the 5 star reviews for Urgent Garage Doors. Steve came out the same day within a few hours and our hinge was replaced within minutes. Steve was professional, courteous, did a great job and was fairly priced! Yelp5Outstanding service. I called on a Friday afternoon, hoping to set up an appointment for the following week to replace an aging garage door opener. I was wrong. They got right on it! Steve came out within 30 minutes to assess and provide an estimate. Ilya arrived about 45 minutes later with a new opener and installed it within an hour. He also hauled away the old opener and parts. Both men were prompt and professional. I'll be calling them again in a few months when I plan to replace the actual garage door. Thank you!

He explained the situation thoroughly, gave a break down of the costs/options and quickly repaired the doors. I recommend them constantly to neighbors.

Yelp5I came back yesterday afternoon to find my garage door wouldn't open and our car was stuck inside. After looking on Yelp, especially the reviews, I left a message for Steve at Urgent Garage Door. I was so surprised to find a response 10 minutes later on a Saturday asking me questions about the door and telling me that I could have an appt. the next day on Sunday, which happened to be Easter. An even better surprise was David, the technician who not only knew what the issue was, but repaired it and educated my husband and I about the mechanic's of a garage door. There was never an attempt to oversell me. Overall, it was excellent service, communication, and very easy to schedule. I highly recommend Urgent Garage Door! David quoted the price for the springs and labor and it seemed very reasonable, even for a holiday weekend. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Yelp5These guys are professional, friendly and responsive. I thought I had a major issue, called them, and they immediately set an appointment less than 24 hours later. Turned out there was something minor related to the sensors and some loose screws. Did not upsell me on anything. David was my technician and he was great. Down to earth and very knowledgeable. Honestly made my day. I thought I was in for a sh*t storm and it ended up being nothing. Got great service from David. Highly recommend these guys.

Yelp5My mom's garage door stopped working today and her car was stuck in the garage. I called Urgent Care Garage Doors and spoke with Steve the owner. He was friendly and very responsive to our situation. He arranged to have a technician come out to look at the door. David called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way. David did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and was able to fix it while there. He was very professional and did an excellent job on the repair. Thank you very much Steve and David! You were lifesavers today for us! :) Reasonable pricing too!

Yelp5Had a great experience working with Urgent Garage Doors (UGD)! Our issue occurred on a weekend where the lift motor went out. Based on the great reviews of UGD, we decided to give them a shot. We called and connected with Steve who was able to get us a technician, Ilya, to come out the same day in the late afternoon. Ilya came out and quickly assessed our situation and advised that a new opener would be needed. Ilya is straight forward and easy to work with. Ilya offered to either schedule a time to perform the following week or was willing to take care of it right then and there. Our garage had a lot of stuff so needed to move things around in order to give him the space to replace the opener...thus, we scheduled it for a couple of days later. On the day of the appointment, Ilya called to let us know he could come earlier than the appointment so he came about 30 minutes earlier and efficiently and professionally replaced the opener (with a quality Liftmaster 84504R - they gave us various options and this what we wanted) and replace the rubber seal at the bottom of our garage door. Ilya went above and beyond and helped us secure a loose garage door panel that had been hanging. We are very happy to have found and use UGD and will be happy to refer others to them! Thank you Ilya and Steve for your service!

Google5Professional and efficient! My spring broke randomly today - trapping my cars in the garage. Urgent garage door said they could come within the hour. He arrived promptly and gave me a time quote. He was done way before and was super efficient. Highly recommend - stop wasting time and give them a call if you have garage door needs.

Google5Our garage door spring was broken suddenly on Friday night. I am desperately worried. It's weekend. My friend recommended Urgent garage doors and let me contact Steve. When I called him, he answered the call at once, and let ilya come to fix it. Ilya came promptly at the time we reserved. He is supper nice and very professional. He is very efficient and fix my garage door at once within 20min, and carefully checked it works well, even apply oil to every joint make the door works more smoothly. He saved my day. I am very appreciate of his help. And the price is very fair. Highly recommended!

Google5I found garage door had an issue: one of the vertical pole shifted away from the door frame, leaving a gap when door was closed. I called them this Sunday morning; Garage door was fixed to my satisfaction in the evening. Great service and reasonable pricing.

Google5Had my choice of several garage door service companies in Irvine but choose Urgent Garage Doors for their quick response and excellent reviews. They were punctual and very professional. Did a thorough job of adjusting and lubricating all three of my garage doors. As well as educating me on how I might do it myself. Their fees were reasonable for the amount of time he was here. Would recommend Urgent Garage Doors & Gates highly and they will be my garage door service people from now on out.

Google5This review is way overdue. Steve and his company could not have been better. I called one morning a few months back, he came out shortly to check it out and he was able to get a technician to come by the same day. The work done was perfect and they were mindful about cleaning up as well. A few weeks later the garage door wouldn't open and even though I checked the sensor alignment, it still wouldn't work. Steve again came out and knew right away that the sensor wasn't aligned properly. Very responsive, prompt, and just great, great service and work. Highly recommend.

Google5The technician quickly assessed the problem and identified the parts that needed to be replaced. He had the lift cable and pulley in his truck and replaced them in under an hour. My garage door now operates as good as new again! The technician was friendly, professional, and very competent. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Google5I'm very happy with the service I received from Urgent Garage Door Repair. They were able to come out the same day and fix my garage door. I was shocked that they were able to come out so quickly, even though I had a holiday weekend. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work they did.
