Google5If your looking for an expert for your garage door repairs you have found him. Doug has 32 years of experience. He was professional, friendly, and came out the same day. He replaced my spring in 30 minutes. Stop looking and calling other people. He's your man!

Google5We are doing a bunch of work in our house and have been had so many different service guys in and out of our house and I wish they were all like Andres! He was super polite, professional and efficient. Could not be happier with our new door and our entire experience with this company!

Google5We purchased a new garage door and opener from Home Depot. They arranged for the installation which turned out to be done by Above the Rest. You never know what you will get when someone else chooses the contractor but we were extremely pleased. The owner, Doug Berlin came out survey our need, polite and competent. Another guy came later to actually install the door, also quite competent and friendly. I would certainly use this company again.

Yelp1After reading all the positive reviews, I was looking forward to getting a good company to fix or possibly replace the entire garage door. However, my experience was not the best. I emailed them waited a few days for a response and got nothing. That's when I decided to call. Doug was rude, when I was explaining what was going on with the door he said "I don't need advertising" and hang up the phone on me. Clearly, he did not understand the reason for my call. I'm all about customer service and if you can't provide basic customer service over the phone, makes me question how they are in person. Oh well.. let's hope he was having a bad day or something.

Yelp5My garage door broke on Saturday night. Doug was here on Sunday morning at the time he said he would be. He completed the job and it's working better than it was before it broke! Thanks Doug!

Yelp5Doug did a beautiful install of our door and opener, but really provided "above the rest" service when we had an issue with our opener! Makes me wish I had another garage for him to work on. You must call ATR for your garage door needs.

Yelp5These guys are awesome! They help me out at the last minute, when I was in a bind. I was referred to them by another company, who was unable to accommodate me. However, Above the rest Doors was there for me at the time they said they would and stayed in contact with me until the time of our appointment. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Google5All I can say is Wow! I wasn't sure what exactly was wrong with our garage door as to why it would not open. I Googled to find a garage door repair service near me in Kissimmee and saw "Above The Rest Doors". I read the reviews and was impressed with the quality of service! I called and he said that he could be at our house in 10 minutes or I could schedule an appointment! He was there before I could get home! After he walked into the garage, he knew immediately the problem was the springs. He said that if I had about 30 minutes, he could replace them! And he was "right on the money" with the time of labour and the best part was the price! Would highly recommend "Above The Rest Doors" for the "above the rest in quality of service!!"

Angi5I reached out via Facebook messenger and received a prompt reply. I sent a short video of the issue. He gave me a ballpark quote on the phone based on the video, understanding it may be more of less in person. He showed up when he said he would, charged a VERY reasonable price. He's a gem. Angi5Great. I had another company, also A rated on Angie’s List, out 2-3 weeks earlier and the limiter was replaced. That service call was horrible from the very beginning. Above the Rest Doors was fantastic! Pedro was punctual and knowledgeable. I told him about the other company’s service call and he guessed the company right away. I will definitely use Above the Rest Doors when I need garage door service again. Services Rendered: Replaced the gear because the chain had come loose again.

Yelp5Called yesterday regarding a garage door opener installation. They had installed one on a different door about two years ago. I was most happy then and am this time also. Although they offered me the same day, I was unable. Set up for next day at 10:00 am. Pedro called a few minutes before and said he was on way. 10:00 came and so did Pedro right on time. In less than an hour, it was up and running. Excellent service, fair price.

Angi5We called late on Tuesday when the garage door quit operating. They came out the next day replaced the lift system for the exact price quoted over the phone. Did great work and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend them. Ask for Pedro - he does great work. Services Rendered: replaced 35 year old garage door motor.

Angi5When I initially purchased the package there was a timeframe specified for service or call back. This timeframe came and went and I never heard from them. I was so upset by this I wrote a review of this incident (that I now wish I could retract). After a week I called them and left a message. A short time later I was called by a representative of the company who politely listened to my story and apologized for the inconvenience but indicated the problem was not on his end that he has had this problem previously with being notified by Angie's List. He also indicated that, that was something he would resolve and we scheduled a service technician to come out the next day. The next day, I was called before the appointed time and informed that the technician was on the way; he showed up right on time. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. He looked at my door immediately found the issue I was having (a wire got disconnected from the door sensor). He promptly fixed that and performed the door tune up that I originally requested. I have added this company to my contacts list to call if I ever need a garage door serviced again. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Services Rendered: I purchased the garage door tune up for $85. But I also had an issue with my door that I wanted them to look at.

Yelp5We used this company about a year ago after my husband accidentally ran our car into our garage door. We called and got a call back that day! The person who came to our house was extremely helpful and quoted us a fair price to fix the door. The work was done just a couple days later wen the specialty window cut outs arrived. Even when we had a minor chain problem with our door a short while ago the company showed up and fixed the chain at no charge, even though it was unrelated to the prior repair work. Great customer service!

Google5Within an hour of calling Ed he had a repair man at my house. They were fast and efficient and the price was the best part. I will highly recommend them to all my friends.
