    Our garage door broke in the afternoon. Called Branch garage door service and repair. They were able to come out the next morning at 800 am Jeff the repair person was so nice. Explaining everything and the fixing the issues. We thought it would be a 4 hour job Jeff fixed it in just over 1 hour. Works perfectly. Bonus, the door open and closing is so quiet now. I will only use Branch garage doors.

    Amazing! Called them at 8am and they had a tech at my house to do the repair at 9am. Super nice technician and efficient. Reasonable price for the repair. Would definitely call them again and HIGHLY recommend their services. Services Rendered: Springs needed replaced after breaking

    I recently had the pleasure of using branch garage doors. The team impressed me from the start with from Natalie to Kurt the technician. He arrived promptly and efficiently addressed the issue.     My 26 year old craftsman GDO unit refused to work anymore. I called Branch and they worked me into the schedule. About 2 hours later I had Al Installing a brand new unit. Al was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank You!!!

    This is the easiest five-star recommendation I can ever make. Branch garage doors made the process of getting my door repaired so incredibly simple and transparent. Not only did the technician arrive on time, I received two calls earlier that day to confirm the time was still convenient for me and that the technician was on their way. Tim was incredibly friendly, thorough, fast, charged exactly what was expected, and couldn't have been better to work with.

    Been using Branch for 20 and whenever I have an issue they get out the same or next day and fix it right the first time. Price is always fair. This company is a throwback to the "old days" when honest people did honest work. Highly recommend

    Andrew was our technician. Absolutely a true master of his trade. We did not have any big problems just a few things that needed adjusting. He was very thorough and when he was done the door was much quieter and smooth.

    Nothing like heading out for the day and your garage door has other ideas. Called and they were so nice. Ryan was able to come out and get me working again. Gave me all my options and some extremely helpful advice. Even helped me program the button in my car which I hadn't figured out. Ryan was great! 10 out of 10 would use them again without hesitation.

    I went to leave for work one morning and the torsion spring on our garage door broke. Luckily, I called Branch and Natalie said they were able to have someone at my house about an hour later. The technician and I got the door opened using the opener and I moved the car and some other stuff our of the way so he could work. The whole job probably took about an hour and the technician (I think Kurt was his name) explained how they balanced the door and what kind of maintenance should be done for garage doors. I was very satisfied with the prompt, courteous, and professional service. I did not price shop, but I feel their price was probably worth the parts and service.

    First time using their services. Got the wonderful opportunity to have our garage door serviced by Chris who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely friendly and informative. He made us aware of what to look for, how to handle things in the future to prevent damage. The repairs were completed very quickly and we are very happy with the services!! I will definitely use this company in the future and will recommend to others. Chris, you Rock!

    Just had my garage door springs replaced. Excellent phone service from both Laura and Natalie as they answered all my questions. The service person was Kurt and he was very friendly and prompt within the time promised. I even got a call 15 minutes before he showed up. My previous springs lasted 10 years and 4 months with constant daily use with kids using it like a front door. I do keep up maintenance and keep everything lubricated every year. The springs took about 1 hour to replace, adjust and lubricate, reset opener error code, and billing paperwork. Price quoted was fair market price from what I've looked up. I learned a neat tip from Kurt. Every year disconnect the door from opener belt. Then lift the door and see if it says where you put it. Leave it in the middle and let go. If it stays then the door is balanced and the springs are working correctly. If the door slides up or down when you let go then you need maintenance. Would highly recommend.

    Very responsive and friendly inside staff! The technician (Al) was excellent. He really knew is stuff. The 25 old door sounds and operates like its brand new. I highly recommend this company.

    I have used Branch Garage Door services for many years. Their staff is top notch from scheduling the appointment to completing the repairs. They show up on time & call to let you know their ETA. Excellent communication! Our tech today was Mitch & he was very thorough and super friendly. He programmed all our remotes & our garage door is working smooth as butter. I highly recommend this Super Professional company!

    Had an unfortunate problem with my garage door which essentially stranded my car inside the garage. Natalie at Branch Garage Doors was simply phenomenal - she went above and beyond to quickly send help my way. Excellent service and super nice people! Highly recommend!

    Double car garage door decided to die Sunday night. Needed it fixed ASAP Monday, just to get the cars out and ended up with BRANCH since they had the earliest service time. The technician they sent was a gentleman named Al. He was absolutely the most pleasant, kindest, knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever had the opportunity to meet in this line of work. He enjoys his HOBBY, not his job. He explained everything he did, offered suggestions and just went above and beyond to make sure we understood, had no questions left unanswered and assured that we were satisfied upon completion. He is honestly the reason I am writing this review. I wish more people in the service industry were like Al. If I or my friends, neighbors or anyone ever needs garage door assistance, I would 100% without a doubt recommend BRANCH Garage Doors, and ask for AL.

    Branch is without a doubt the best, most capable company in the garage door install/repair business. We have been satisfied customers for nearly 20 years and have always been served promptly, professionally and in the friendliest possible manner. Our most recent experience involved a garage door painted shut by a house painter who obviously did not know what he was doing. We tried to open the door and the opener nearly pulled the door off the frame. We called in a panic on a Friday morning, but all repairmen were tied up and it looked like we would have to accept a long weekend without the use of our daughter's car. Since she had an important medical appointment and we were also tied up, Natalie worked diligently to reschedule a repairman. As usual, the repair was done quickly and perfectly, and included a tutorial for the painter on how to prep a garage door! Thank you, Team Branch, for outstanding customer service and a standard of performance that is the envy of the industry.

    Very few companies are as excellent as this one. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them again. They are professional, extremely helpful and it’s clear they care a lot about the quality of their work. I received excellent advice both on the phone (I believe it was Natalie) and in the field (I think it was Kurt). I understand why they are so highly rated on Angi’s List. In all interactions everyone took their time to ensure they answered all my questions and could then make informed decisions. I highly recommend them!!     I had a new garage door installed by another company. The installation was incomplete and the next day the spring broke. That company left me “high and dry” with a non-functional door. A good friend highly recommended Branch so I called them. Lori answered the phone and the sincere compassion she showed for my situation made me realize I found the right company. The communication from Lori throughout the process was outstanding. On the day of the appointment the tech was running late due to previous jobs. Since it was nearing the end of the day Lori called to say 2 techs would be arriving to assure the job would get done. Kurt and Mitch showed up and said not to worry they would get everything completed. They were professional, knowledgeable and just true gentlemen. The work was completed quickly and the price was less than I expected. It was an exceptional service experience and I will use them for all my garage door needs. I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Complete a door opener not finished by another company and repair a broken spring.

    Splendidly. As we expected our 30-year old opener was not fixable and not worth fixing even if it were, so we opted for a new opener. Got a brand new opener with remotes and external keypad, much quieter and a big improvement over the old one. We talked at some length with the technician Andrew about the door itself. We had been wondering if it too would need to be replaced. He talked to us about the tradeoffs of newer and older doors and went to work. Shortly after while fixing some hinges he called us in to show us where the door was cracking and breaking away from the hinges. We decided to order a new door as well. This all felt very comfortable and not at all like an up-sell. We had all agreed on keeping the old door before the damage was found, and it was clear and visible. They are an efficient operation and got someone out to me the day after I called. I am very pleased and glad to be doing further business with them. Services Rendered: Fix garage door that would not open.

    Al is the best!!! He's knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice. Services Rendered: This is the fourth time I've used Branch for different garage door issues at my home and my mom's home. Everyone at Branch is so nice, but more importantly they are professional; they run their business the way every business should be run. Today Al programmed 3 new gate/garage door openers for us, as well as two cars for the gate. Our gate is old and tricky, but Al knew exactly what to do. This is the only garage door company I will use.

    Told us the noise really didn't hurt anything and he could lubricate it but would have to charge us. The motor was 22 years old and he explained the way the new motors worked and gave us prices and information. We will probably get a new motor if the noise gets problematic. Would definitely get it from Branch. Services Rendered: Loud noise when opening and closing garage door.
