On a Saturday afternoon, during a hot Fourth of July weekend, our garage door had an issue. It would close and then reopen 2inches or so. We had been having a problem with the wall remote, possibly due to electrical storms. Even though is was late Saturday afternoon and a busy holiday weekend, we called Dan and he agreed to come over that same day. Immediately he knew it was a broken spring and was able to repair it in a timely manner. He was very professional, explained what needed to be done to repair, gave good tips on maintaining the springs, was very kind and easy to talk with. At the end of it all, our wall mounted opener actually was not working properly, and Dan easily fixed that as well, no extra charge. He even helped us with setup on a new car homelink.
So, in summary: a prompt, professional company. Run by a kind, and knowledgeable owner.
