Carl is the real deal. He's a great guy with his own business and is a true garage door pro. He did a high lift for my garage door, which is about as complicated a job as there is. He had to install a side-mount opener and replace and raise all the tracks, and do all the measures and calculations to make it perfect. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Garage Works for anything garage door related, and I will definitely use him for all my garage door repairs in the future.

On a Friday night, I had a situation with my garage door and automatic closer, it wouldn't close. Explained what was happening, he showed up within an hour to temporarily remedy the problem, so the door could close. He explained what was wrong, gave me an estimate for the door parts and where I could go to buy a new opener for a good price. He said he could get the garage door parts and have it repaired and replace the opener for me on Monday morning. He had it all done within 2 hours. Great guy that really knows his stuff. Would 100% recommend him!

Carl returned my call for a maintenance service appointment very quickly and set up an appointment to come out two days later. He was on time and texted when he was on his way. Very professional. Walked me through everything he was doing and let me know what preventative maintenance items I can do on my own. He even fixed the incorrect pitch on my track. Highly recommend.

We were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. We called a popular garage door repair business but they were not able to get to us until next week. They recommended Garage Works 407-698-0454 He arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He lubricated all moving parts of the door and checked to make sure it worked properly. I called Carl Baker, owner of Garage Works who was very nice and quoted me the same price. He charged no extra for coming on Saturday. He arrived right on time and did an excellent job. We highly recommend him!
