Yelp5Precision garage door made it very easy to set up an appointment, sent us a photo of the service agent who would be coming, and alerted us when he was 15 minutes away! The agent, Rob Wiggins, did a great job explaining all the choices for style, color, and windows, and used available discounts to bring the cost down closer to our budget. We hope the installation goes as well as the sales presentation.

Yelp5Nick was on time professional and knowledgeable. He inspected our garage door and made no pressure suggestions of the work that would be needed. To achieve the results we wanted. It was a large job we requested he performed the work in a timely manner. The prices were competitive with others in the industry.

Google5Zachary was great! Very professional. He assessed the issue and made suggestions which allowed me to make the best decision for us. He then proceeded to quickly do the repairs which I must admit have surpassed my expectations. The door opens and closes the quietest it has ever done. THANK YOU Zachary.

Google5Blake got me started with awesome customer service, and a great quote.Ian and Matt did a phenomenal job installing and cleaning up after the install. My garage was spotless. My opener and Door are so quiet. I can't even hear my kids sneak in at night. Thanks precision your team rocks!

Google5I have used Precision Door Service multiple times. I highly recommend them. From the sales to the installation, each person I worked with was professional and extremely helpful. The two new garage doors are of excellent quality and are super quiet. Lastly, I was so impressed that they didn't try to upsell me on items I did not need. I will always use Precision Door Service for all of my garage door needs. I highly recommend them.

Google5My review on Precison Garage Door is based on my experience with Blake in sales and also Donnell and Jason, the technicians who installed my door. Blake was very professional and polite when he was at my home. He was knowledgeable and informative and followed up with me as he stated he would. He understood the priority of getting a new door installed and was very communicative with invoices, payment, etc. Donnell and Jason were on time day of install and also very professional with their presentation. Donnell was super helpful in making sure all my questions were answered. I do think the gal handling scheduling of installs could be more friendlier and welcoming on the phone when dealing with customers. That was the only downside to my experience but Blake and Donnell and Jason get my 5 stars.

Google5After our garage spring unexpectedly broke, Rob came out quickly for an estimate. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Ian and Oz came the same day to install the new equipment. Installation was quick and they were so helpful in explaining every part of the new system. I'm very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Google5Precision Door is hands down the best company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. If you are a business owner, you need to model your business after them! Blake Furukawa was the rep who came to my house and advised me on what broke on my garage door. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He gave me many options to choose from on the repair and never pressured me to buy anything that I felt wasn't needed. After I selected the products I needed, Blake was scheduling his technicians to come to my house for the repairs. This was all done on the same day my door broke so this prompt service was very much appreciated. Within an hour Ian Carr and Matt showed up right on time. Like Blake, they were very professional and friendly, explaining to me what they would be doing for the garage door repair. When they completed their work, they demonstrated how the new garage door opener worked, and they even swept out my garage to make sure no sharp screws had fallen on the garage floor, that was very impressive and nice of them to do that. In summary, I can't say enough how great of a company Precision Door is. I wish more companies were as great. Thank you, Blake, Ian and Matt for everything you did and for being so professional. A+ service!!!

Google5Nick and Xavier showed up on time and then proceeded to outline what they were going to do to update and improve the performance of my garage door opener. They were slow, methodical, and answered all my questions. I think their personalities carry well and bring a sense of competence to what they do. The work took about three hours and I checked on them several times. Upon doing that, I could tell they knew what they were doing. When the work was completed they helped me program my technology and surprisingly, I had a lot of ways to operate this opener. It even came with a camera that videoed action in my driveway. I like people to look me in the eye when they speak to me and more skilled at listening than just talking. Both of these men were naturally skilled in doing this and gave me confidence in this investment. It's refreshing to receive this level of workmanship. They were pros, but humble in their work. It makes me feel happy in feeling the goodness of people. Thanks...Nick and Xavier. Merry Christmas to you both.

Yelp5James and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. They remedied issues neglected by another door company and gave clear explanations of all of our repair or replace options. We appreciate that they came prepared with a well-stocked truck and can diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Invoicing was clearly itemized and indicated warranty terms. We would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Google5I had the pleasure of working with Precision Garage Doors and their technician, James. Precision recently replaced my double torsion springs, cables, and installed a 7-foot Genie belt rail. James was not only knowledgeable but also provided excellent service. He explained the entire process, and the job was completed flawlessly. My garage door is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended, especially with James on the job! What truly impressed me was that they took before and after photos to show the work done, which added an extra layer of transparency and professionalism. Moreover, they left my garage spotless after the job was completed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for their exceptional service, attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and their impressive invoicing process with constant updates.

Yelp5Joel Mullen, Service Tech who repaired our garage door was amazing. I am a retired Safety Mgr. For a Customer Service Division now retired after 39 years so I pay attention to customer service. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and his concern for my satisfaction as a customer was amazing. Customer service is almost non-existent anymore, but not with Joel. You can tell he really likes his job, but most importantly he was truly concerned me as his customer and how I felt about the work he did. I will tell you more companies be more Joel Mullen's. I would highly recommend this company and especially Joel Mullen. Joel thanks for a great job you have my vote as the most customer service oriented person I have dealt with in many, many years

Yelp5One phone call. Immediate email confirmation that a tech would be out within the next 2 hours. 20 minutes later the tech called to tell me that he was on the way. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Replaced rollers, fixed another small glitch, and adjusted the door. He also went over with me the problems that I can expect in the future, and the serimated costs of repairs. Absolutely no pressure to commit, and no upsetting. 30 minutes after he left I got a follow up call from Precision to ask if I was satisfied. Precision is the gold standard of businesses!

Yelp5Precision did an amazing job with our garage door replacement. They were responsive and helpful with any questions I asked. Once thing I especially liked was that before any technician came to my house, I received a text with a profile and a photo. From a safety perspective I thought this was great to know who was going to be showing up at my house and to also learn a little bit about them. Precision worked on pulling the permit and facilitated that whole process. Installation took about three hours and I appreciated that the guys cleaned up after themselves.

BBB1bought two door from this company. one door is still not connected. the other door was not properly installed. Technician had to come back out with in an hour because the door came of the track. I would not recommend this company . The installation manager lack customer service skills.

BBB1The company overcharges put in the least expensive unit with the highest price for it<br/> I looked on Amazon and other sites including Home Depot the unit was 200 plus less<br/> I needed garage door chain replace as just had back fusion surgery my bill was over 1200 dollars had I been able to go to the store myself never would have purchase this unit slow no auto light when you enter the garage to close garage door from outside you need to put in code the sales man had quote up to over two thousand I took the cheapest one this unit single bulb the wall button is so cheap quality wouldn't be surprise it even last a year my chamberlain unit put in in 2008 during first back surgery no issues until 2021 simple chain break will be replacing the system once I can do the work myself or just call another company that has fair prices

BBB5Top notch team, communication and work. When a business is as strong in their communication as they are in their authority it makes all the difference. I am impressed by the communication, the authority and the authenticity of Precision Door and highly recommend their services when it comes to repair. My first hand experience was perfect and that's a tall order and a big word when it comes to repair, but I stand by it. A few days earlier I was in my home office and heard a loud crash a few minutes after my wife had left. I ran outside and saw nothing. I thought someone drove up and hit the garage or there was a car accident right in front of the house. But nothing. When my wife came back and the garage door would not open. We began to search for garage repair and found some very strong reviews and ratings for Precision. They came out for free the same day we called. The gentleman did not just look at the door, but walked me through what happened in a clear, down to earth way (who am I to understand the nuances of garage doors... and by the way, there is a lot more going on than I realized). He walked me through a series of options and took pictures of everything for before imagery. He was able to give a ballpark idea which I appreciated. I understood that he had to compile a quote, but his close guess helped me to get an idea. He was also not a salesman. He understood that we may be looking for other quotes, but as he explained and pointed out issues, he was more about the educating than the selling. There was no pressure and less than an hour later he gave a quote for two different options. We felt very comfortable moving forward with the best one and when we texted saying we wanted to get it done, they were right out to the house. They had to dismantle the whole door and rebuilt it the right way. It was clear what they were doing, why they had to do and how it would help. Also, my daughter loved watching the process. She was captivated! Upon completion, they walked us through the warranty and what they did. Then they followed up with the before and after pictures. Precision Door has an attention to detail in both their work and their communication. It was an outstanding experience. The door is now working the way it should. It is worlds quieter, the seal as a whole is better and should anything ever happen again, we know exactly who to call.

Angi4Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing. Services Rendered: Asked for New Opener-they ended up saying parts on door needed to be replaced. Basic rebuild-I know the old set-up was pretty much a mess.

Very professional installer did a great job and explained all details for operation and care immediately upon completion. Angi5I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company. From the salesperson , to the office staff, to the technicians/ installers, it just can’t be beat. Initially, Technician Alex Wheeler came and gave a professional, no pressure estimate for a new door and opener. Everything was completely transparent, with an itemized estimate detailing every single part to be used. He took the time to explain what I did need and what I did not need. I had three other companies come out and give me an estimate, and none were as professional and efficient as Precision Door Service. As funny as this sounds, I actually felt like I was in a TV commercial because their trucks are properly marked and all of their employees wear professional looking uniforms, and actually seem to care about your needs. This company actually sends a text with a photo and bio of the technician coming to your home, with a link to track their location prior to their arrival. After comparing companies, I knew I had the right company for the job. Amy, their Installation Coordinator, called within days of me signing a contract and took care of all of the permitting. Super efficient. The installers, Anthony, Daron, and Austin showed up on time and executed a flawless installation. Super friendly, took their time, and even swept / blew the garage and cleaned the new door and windows. The new garage door and opener work perfectly! So quiet. It’s not often in this day and age to get the type of service with no weird vibes and feelings like you may be getting ripped off. Precision Door sets the bar for a perfect experience, and I would absolutely recommend them for any garage door needs you may have. Services Rendered: New garage door and opener

Angi5Woke up and discovered that I could not get my garage door opened. The coil had broke. I called Precision Door for a service call at 9 am. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. I can't say enough good things about this company in particular the guys they sent over. Alex was terrific. He diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me a price with options for door repair and/or replacement. I chose repair. Teddy was the repair tech and he was equally as impressive; professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend these guys highly!! Services Rendered: Garage door repair

Angi5I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service. From my phone inquiry, to the estimator visit, to the service technician, everyone was informative, polite, and professional. My torquemaster spring system had broken, so after much research, I decided to convert to a torsion spring system. I opted for the powder coated springs, since they came with a lifetime warranty for the springs and all associated hardware. I discovered Precision Door Service on Angie's list, along with numerous other "A" rated companies. I did make inquiries with several other companies, but found the warranties to be inadequate, even though the phone price quotes were lower than what I ended up paying to Precision Door Service. Additionally, Precicison's website was much more informative about their products and services, including the videos. While I may never need their services again, I definitely will call them if I do.
