Quick Response's A+ BBB rating was certainly borne out when we called after our garage door opener sprung its spring. I thought sure we'd have to cough up for a new opener since ours is decades old and makes a tremendous racket, but until now had worked. Indeed, ******* could have said, oh man, you're going to have to replace that and I'd have believed him. Instead he took delight in the fact that the antique had been working and assured me he'd get it working again (for much less cost to me and profit to him than installing a new one). And he did! It was evident that ******* is reliable (quickly coming out to fix the door and arriving right on schedule), skilled and honest. We're glad we called Quick Response!
