1:30 on a Friday afternoon and my garage door wouldn't go down. Went down to their office and they had someone stop by my place on their way to another job. They had it fixed by 2:30. Great customer service right there.

We called Northeastern 5 days ago, told Noah exactly what we wanted and said he would have his techs out today (12/14/2022). Dustin and Trevon called us and told us how far away they were and told us when they would be here. Very professional from first interaction to the last! I asked a lot of questions and both Dustin and Trevon helped answer those questions. They tucked all wires nice and neat, showed us how everything works and made sure we were 100% happy before they left. I will use Northeastern garage door for all my future needs!!

The doors are very strong and the guys who installed were Great !!! Very Happy with Laverne who was very helpful following up on shipping the doors Install guys The Best !!! I recommend those guys

Great company, fantastic people to work with. always polite and eager to help. There is no other garage door company that can compare. Have used them for new products and service. Most recent service was 2/25/2022 and very pleased with work and tech. Brandon not only was very pleasant but actually knew what he was doing and kept me informed about the job. Happy to say I have been with them over 20yrs.

Quick, reliable, friendly, helpful service!! Garage spring broke and I was unable to get my car out of the garage. Called and left a message on a Sunday, and I was called back later that very same Sunday afternoon. A "door doctor" showed up on Monday morning and fixed the door. That is amazing, exceptional service. Thank you.

One of the springs on my garage door broke. I called that day and they came out the very next morning. They give you an estimate before they start the job. I thought the price was fair and the repair was quick. The repairman made sure the door opened and closed before he left and didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend.

Gerry was great on the phone setting up the repair time and giving an estimate. The technician, Dennis, was able to come four hours earlier than the originally scheduled window. No complaints here since I would like to have my car back! He had the springs changed out and the door serviced in less than an hour! I used them in 2005 when I first moved into this house, and they were the first ones I called when it broke last night. As always, fast, courteous, and honest. Did not try to sell me extra parts or charge extra for expedited services. I would recommend this company! Services Rendered: Had a torsion spring break at 2300 (11pm) with both cars inside the garage. Called the next morning to get an estimate ($240-$280) for repair and time frame. They were able to come out same day and replace both springs.

They came out to assess the job, called us the next day with a quote (and sent a copy via e-mail). We were pleased with their price and service and the door looks great! Services Rendered: We had an old 16 foot wooden garage door that had to be removed and replaced.

We were extremely pleased with NGD. They provided a same-day assessment of our garage and an cost estimate the next day. They were able to schedule us 2 days after we called to get a new garage door. Their team of two were professional, courteous and did excellent work. They did removal and breakdown/disposal of the old door, installation of new woodwork to support the new door and installation of the new door. Things look beautiful and work great! The price was also better than any other company we spoke with in the area.

Northeastern Garage Door Co installed my garage door 10 years ago and did a perfect job! I recently had one of my springs break so I called them and they came out the next day! The service tech was Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had him replace both springs. I am extremely happy with their Service and reasonable pricing!

He did a very good job. He was here for about an hour and a half. He was one person and he did what he was supposed to do. I paid him and he left. It is very nice and I have no problems at all. I spent $165 including the part. Services Rendered: Northeastern Garage Door Company Inc fixed the garage door for me a week ago.
