When the garage door spring broke in our attached garage , I called Madisonville Garage Doors. We were pleased with their work when we had doors installed in a different building project several years before. David was very thorough when giving me all of the options to fix my garage door. He was very personable and patient with my questions. Olivia did a great job communicating her arrival and departure times and in changing out the broken springs and lubricating the doors. She also showed me how to take care of the door to cut down on future issues. I highly recommend .
These guys did a good job for us. We had a new door installed that was a foot taller It took a while to get our door delivered to them and get it installed, but they did a good job. Moved the framing up a foot and cut out our siding. Installers were very friendly and did a good job. Fair price. Door works great. Our salesman Cody always answered our questions about the delays and we got it done.
Cody was extremely professional and helpful. I dinged my garage door and Cody came right out to give me a quote. He helped me save money and I'll absolutely be calling him again when I decide to replace both my doors. In a world where it seems impossible to get anybody to show up- they have a customer for life with us!
Had them come out and install a lift master opener for my shop. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable the technician installed it in no time and was friendly and did a great job. The opener is almost silent and so far I'm very happy with the purchase.
I always enjoy working with Madisonville Garage Doors. It's always easy. i just call to explain what i want and sit back. it's always done perfectly and explained every step of the way. Cody is so helpful when i have questions or need a quote, and the rest of the staff are just as helpful about the products and my upcoming projects, i have two door garage openers installed with more work planned.

They did a good job on the install of the garage doors, HOWEVER, they were very unorganized and unprofessional. They don't communicate very well, with customers or amongst employees. We ordered 2 commercial garage doors in the color green and was told it would take 3-4 weeks at maximum. After waiting the maximum time, I called to check on the doors and was told "sometimes some orders just take longer". I proceeded to call weekly to check on them. After waiting 2 months, I finally received a phone call that their supplier didn't have the color green and that they didn't know when they would get it in. I was told I could choose another color but the only one's they had in stock were white and they were insulated so it would be an extra $800 OR I could wait another 3-4 weeks for a color I didn't want. I asked for a refund and was told I would get it and was going to pick up my deposit the next day. The next day I receive a phone call that "now the higher ups were involved and they want to make sure they can't get the color green in a timely manner first and they can't give me my money back because of a contract"-- that didn't have a specified time on there. Out of nowhere, they have the color green and then had my doors installed within 2 weeks. Customers should not have to pay for the issues this company has with their supplier.
