Google5We had a door that only opened a bit and stopped. Reed's was able to come same morning and fixed and checked and lubricated all components. Recommend Reed's.

Google1I called at 7:45 am they said they would have a repair person to my residence by the afternoon and would call before arriving at my house. They never showed, they never called.

Google5I called them at 9:00AM to see if they could fit me in the next few days. My broken door spring was replaced by Noon THE SAME DAY! INCREDIBLE! The technician was fast and friendly. He kept everything neat and clean. Price was more than reasonable and was exactly as quoted. I needed this exact same repair about 10 years ago and unfortunately went with a different company back then. It took them two weeks to complete. Forget the rest. Reed's is the best! Tell your friends! You've got a customer for life!

Google5We called them at 8am, they were there by early afternoon, stocked the parts needed, and had it fixed within the hour. Very polite both on the phone and in person. You simply don't find many companies with this kind of service anymore.

Google5Outstanding service and workmanship for a replacement garage door opener. Very clean result with no trashy residue left behind. Service rep VERY competent as well as knowledgeable. Polite and efficient, very mindful of the intricate installation task. Quick turnaround time. New opener works beautifully ( as it ought to! ). Owensboro is fortunate to have such an effective and efficient results based company. They're your kind of professionals,,,,,

Google5I received some of the best service in any industry/sales experience that I can remember. Specialist was more than detailed and just downright cared about the quality of his work and client service. We are thankful we called Reed's Overhead Doors LLC's. Ask for them, you won't go wrong. Pricing is also as honest as they are!!

Google5This company is amazing !! Long story short , I disabled my emergency chord on my garage door when the electricity Went out. They called me back and walked me through how to fix it so they could save me a service call. So thankful that there are companies out there that want to save you money !! Such a blessing !! They were very nice also ! I encourage you to give them your business !! I know I will be In the future if needed!

Google5I will be highly recommending Reed's to anyone and everyone! We had an emergency commercial garage door issue and they were able to send Marty out the very next morning. Marty was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the issue and the possible solutions. He was able to inform me of my options, which he recommended, and the merits of the others. He was able to do this in a very clear way that made it easy for me to relay the information to the property owner in a clear way. Fantastic service from Reed's and amazing customer service by Marty! This company is now our go to garage door experts!
