Google5Called them to come and repair my door, they first replaced my garage opener, then I had a spring break. They did an excellent job on both. They were on time with both of my problems! I will continue to use Up Down for any problems I may have in the future! They were very professional & are very knowledgeable! Thanks Up Down! Jared is super nice Thanks Up Down! Update 2/8/23, they installed a new garage door for me & I had them to install a remote opener on MyQ app, I love it, now I can see if I have left my door open or close it with my phone! I will always use them for any garage door problems I might have! 5 star!

Google5I had two garage doors installed. They were great on site with technical knowledge and expertise to get the job done right. I had some framing challenges before I could get the doors installed and the crew helped work through it in no time! Thanks so much and will call again the next time I need a garage door.

Google5I called Up Down Garage Doors at 7:30 in the morning to see if I could have my garage door repaired after a mounting broke on the door itself. Within two hours, Nathan was at my home assessing the problem. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed the mounting and reset the door. A repair that I feared might cost hundreds only cost a $70 service call fee. I highly recommend this business for their speed, expertise, professionalism and fair pricing.

Google5Had a garage door installed along with the opener and all mechanisms. I had ordered 3 different doors and none fit before. They measured and now I have a perfect fitting door. I am a happy customer because I can use my garage again. Arrived on time and cleaned up all their mess. Would highly recommend if you need a garage door to hire this company

Google5Great to work with. Came out on a a Saturday morning to evaluate my problem. Broken tension spring. Had to order parts on Monday but took the time and effort to manually get the door up, in order to get my wife's vehicle out. Kept me posted on parts ordered, arrival projections etc. Arrived on time to perform the repair. Very reasonable cost. Professional, Great Customer Service!! I Highly Recommend!! Give them a call.

Google5After trying 2 other companies in town who could not come through with replacing our garage door I contacted Up and Down who was prompt in ordering and replacing our door with 100% satisfaction. Additionally, the communication and professionalism was top notch. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
