I came home from work one night and my garage door would not open. I searched on yelp and found great reviews from Axess. I contacted Mike around 9pm that night and responded within minutes. He told me to call him the next morning which I did and he was at my home that afternoon. He fixed the issue and was done within an hour. Definitely recommend as there is also life time warranty!

My door stopped working and I was wide open. It was stuck and the cables were tangled. It was a Sunday. I had an old system and the springs were not on the outside of the rod. Michael came out, looked at my issue, quoted a fair price out the door, and had it up and running in less than an hour with an upgraded spring system. I know who to call from now on! I'm very happy!

Called tuesday evening around 7p. Spoke with Michael. He was at my house mid afternoon Wednesday. Let him know my wife and I were new to the area. He even hung out a bit discusising good food spots in the area. Install was smooth. Answered all my questions and took all the old stuff and trash with him. Definitely would recommend

Super fast service, especially on a Sunday. Within calling for service, I would say someone was at my house within 30 minutes to fix the garage door. A bolt had worked its way loose, disconnecting something or other, causing the door not to open or close. Door was fixed quickly.

One of my door springs broke and my rollers needed replacement (I could see what happened). Called Michael, he didn't answer that moment but had sent a text stating he would call back ASAP which he did. He provided me some numbers over the phone to fix my springs and he was available immediately. I had to pick up my daughter from school; which he accommodated my time which set him back about 30 extra minutes, and came over afterwards. He looked professional and had a good attitude. He was able to fix my door in an hour or so. The price was what we discussed over the phone. Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Michael and I recommend hiring him. I am happy to support my local business.

Axess was very professional from start to finish. We got new garage doors for my single and double car garages. We even got a screen installed and it was a game changer! We can lift it up when we don't want it but it is custom to our garage so we keep it down most of the time because it keeps out the mosquitoes and flies and we can just enjoy our garage day and night. It even has a door in the middle to go in and out. Our family hangs out together all the time in there now. I can't say enough good things about Axess, I recommend them to everyone I know!

Called at 8:30 A.M. to schedule a repair(broken spring on rollup garage door) Steve advised he had one appointment at 10:00 but would be on site by 10:30 .At 10:20 he arrived inspected door and gave a solid price quote. At 11:15 Steve and his son completed the job installing both overhead springs and a new center support bearing. They tested the door and showed me some functions I had been unaware on door opener I am extremely please with all aspects of my contact with Axess Garage Door and would recommend their service to everyone

Steve was able to come out the same day I called him. He was able to repair our garage door that was falling off the track and going up crooked. Steve was able to replace the brackets and everything else needed all done in a couple hours for a very very reasonable price highly recommend him.

Steve came out within hours of my emergency call to him. Diagnosed my problem and got me up and running. Professionalism, honesty and good work seems to be really hard to come by these days. Axess Garage Door and Steve the owner have it all. His son works with him and is of the same character. Thank you for your service to our country Mike. You're a hero to all of us. I called Axess because they were close to me and I got lucky. I hope I don't have anymore garage door issues but if I do I will know where to go.

I want to say thank you to Steve with access garage door repair. He came out on a Saturday afternoon and fixed my broken spring as we as the bearing that were shot and new wheels. All at the best price in Temecula and Murrieta, Everyone else wanted a 99 dollar estimate fee and would tell me nothing over the phone. Steve told me the price I should expect on the phone and he was correct to the penny. I will never use anyone else for any garage repairs except Steve with access. He was great and friendly. He was awesome, thank you Steve.
