Door Pros has always provided me with excellent service. My latest experience was two days ago when my garage door decided to quit working. I called Door Pros and they sent Steven A. out within an hour. He replaced the door opener very efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. You can't go wrong with Door Pros.

Steven did great! Awesome personality. I came at this from the perspective I'm probably going to get scammed but ultimately he did the best job for a reasonably priced. He definitely built my confidence in him and he executed a job that impressed. I feel like we definitely made the right choice! Would use again! Would recommend to family and friends.

Kyle has been working with us for years on our interior and exterior doors and has provided us with products and services that enhance the value of our house and gets noticed by visitors. Kyle is diligent, professional and has a pleasant personality who is easy to work with. We had 4 sliding patio doors refurbished, including new tracks. Alexis and his crew arrived close to the appointment time and proceeded to insure the area was clear and covered to prevent damage. The work was very professionally done with a minimum of disruption. They were very pleasant to interact with and were genuinely concerned we were happy with their work. After completion Alexis explained the warranty and follow-up service. We were very satisfied with the finished product and the doors work like brand new. 5 stars!!!!

I'm a Handyman and manage several properties throughout the valley. I called Mark with Door Pros to come diagnose and fix a situation one of my properties was having with a brand new garage door opener. He saw the issues immediately. He worked a bid up on the spot, called my customer, walked them through the problem he saw. There were several (the opener was under powered, the springs were over wound and the rollers weren't working properly). He understood what they needed and give them clear plan to resolve the issues and get the door to work in the way they needed. His team showed up and I opened up the property for them and left. A few hours later I got a call the job was complete. I finished my other project and went to inspect their work. It was exactly as promised. I am very pleased and impressed with his company. He made me look good with my customer and I will use him again for any garage or door issues from here on out.

Last week my garage door just disintegrated - 31 years old. The entire top panel just collapsed in and cracked, leading to a more extensive failure. The opener, though still operational, was also in need of a replacement. I called Mark and by Monday, he was here with a new garage door that has an R18 value and is built much better than the original one that was installed. The original door was barely a half inch thick and the previous owner had added foam insulation. Didn't do much in 100+ heat out here. When Mark took the old one out, each panel was so metal fatigued they literally folded in HALF as he was putting them on his truck for removal. The new Clopay door is two inches thick and looks great and the new Liftmaster is quiet with security features built in! Highly recommend Mark and Door Pros!

Robert and Leo came and repaired and refreshed 3 slider doors and 2 closet doors as well. They were timely in arriving between the time frame. Robert explained the process and price quotes . Leo started the work and between them both they divided and completed the work. Everything came out repaired, clean and secure. They were professional, efficient and did a great job. Use this company!!!! Tommy was the technician that came out and he was so kind. Really a class act which is something that is very rare these days and I appreciated that. My garage door was stuck... would not open. I called Door Pros and a helpful woman who answered the phone sent out a technician the same morning taking care of the problem. Their service was very fast and reasonable and having such helpful office people understanding my urgency was a relief.

Our friends were staying in our condo and had a problem with the garage door. I called for service from Canada. This is a recipe for being taken advantage of - absentee owner needing immediate service. In the end the problem was solved for the service call of $95, no parts needed, no additional charges. I called Mark at 8:30 this morning and he said Rich would be out between 12-2. At 1:15, Rich arrived. He said, although I do need a new door, he can get mine working again, though he warned it would be a short-term fix. I decided to have him repair it. Not only did he finish in less than an hour, the door opens/closes 50% quieter now, rolls much more smoothly on the track and I have some, albeit temporary, peace of mind. He quoted me a price, told me it looked like I would need 2 little parts and what the total would be; and that was what it cost. This company is AWESOME, they have 24/7 emergency service, and when I start pricing bids for a new door, they will be the first company I call! Services Rendered: My garage door just stopped working, was all bent, tearing and made awful sounds when it did work; thought I needed a whole new door and opener.

When we called, we did not know if we needed panel repair or adjustments, but we were pleasantly surprised with Wayne's expertise. Our garage door was not opening all the way and progressively worsened, until it did not work and had to be forcefully and manually opened and held up to get car in and out. It appeared to have some tampering (from attempted break-in), compounded by being slightly bent from the car backing into it, when it went unnoticed that it didn't completely open. Left a message for Door Pros at 8:30 Sunday morning and received a return call from Wayne at 9:15. He asked if we needed someone today or if Monday was ok. I told him I preferred today (Sunday) and he said he could be there in 60-90 minutes and told me the service charge to come out was $89, which would be deducted if a new door was needed. Wayne showed up on time, was pleasant and efficient. After accessing the damage, he thought he could repair for the cost of just the service call and he did. Not a penny more. Very impressed - Definitely recommend. Thank you, Wayne. Services Rendered: Top notch customer service, integrity, and responsiveness! Put cable on drum roller, check rack and service doors.

I tried several types of greases and lubricants myself prior to calling and the loud screeching would not go away. I called on 7/9 and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could send someone over in the afternoon but I was still at work so we agreed to the next day between 7-7:30am. He arrived a little after 7am this morning - thanks for being so prompt! He went right to work and even after the screeching noise was gone he kept testing the garage and applying more lubricant where he felt it was necessary. Job was completed quickly and quoted price was honored. I would definitely recommend Door Pros! Services Rendered: Fixed very loud screeching noise on my garage door.

Recently I decided to replace my 3 sectional garage doors with insulated ones. A single car door, a double car door, and a 14' RV garage door. When the house was built the contractor used the cheapest Wayne-Dalton doors available. When the doors operated they vibrated and rattled despite how much lubrication I provided. I called four different garage door companies for estimates. All four companies responded and took measurements. One company never got back to me with an estimate. One company took a couple of weeks to provide an estimate. The other two companies were very professional, responsive and competitive in their pricing. In the end I went with Door Pros in Palm Desert. The reason I went with them was that one of my garage doors is unusual in that it is a one car garage door that moves straight up the wall instead of rolling up parallel with the floor. The door is on one side of an RV garage and the walls are 15' tall. Previously, the door was manually operated and I wanted to install an opener. Because the door moved straight up the wall this detail caused confusion with all the estimators except for Mark from Door Pros. He knew exactly how and what opener should be installed. Mark was professional and obviously very experienced regarding garage door installation. On install day, the installer Wayne arrived on time and got right to work. This guy knows what he is doing. He apparently has been doing this for 30 years and it shows! He did an outstanding job of installing the 3 doors over 2 days. He even installed a brace on the RV garage opener trolley that the original installers neglected to add. The new doors work great now and the insulation provided a significant difference not only for climate issues but sound insulation issues from street noise. I highly recommend Door Pros for any garage door work. Services Rendered: Installed 3 new insulated garage doors.
