When our garage door malfunctioned, I called Garage Door Medics because we had used their services in the past with complete satisfaction. I called at 8 am on Monday and received an appointment for sometime before noon. I received a text within a few minutes with a photo and background information about the technician who would be arriving. Lance arrived about 9:15 and in less than a minute determined that the spring broke. Before 10, he had replaced the spring and verified that the door is in good condition. Not only is Lance professional and knowledgeable, he is a very nice man! He is friendly and efficient. The phone staff member who took my call was also friendly and efficient. Overall, we experienced excellent service in a professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend Garage Door Medics if your garage door needs repair.
Great work and customer service. Rick came to my house and patiently explained to me different options. He was quick with the repair, cleaned up after he was done, and made sure the garage is in tip top shape before leaving my house.
They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, repaired our garage door opener and saved us from having to purchase a whole new unit. Fast service & more than fair prices. Don't t hesitate to call them.
Excellent response to request for help...agreeable to initial plan to replace part (which I could purchase) and, when part did not fix problem, was able to repair that day at most reasonable cost. Could NOT ask for better service and work!!! Strongly recommend!!!

I have used Garage Door Medics in the past with excellent results. This time I called because my door would sometimes open, sometimes only part way or close only part way. As soon as I opened the garage for Bailey, the technician, he immediately knew what the issue was. He showed me where the teeth on the belt drive rail were missing in some spots, which he said was often the case for older openers and was what was causing the problem. Mine is 19 years old, definitely within that time frame. Bailey had the 7 foot rail in his truck and was able to replace the old one right then. He then checked everything and lubricated everything. So happy I have a reliable working opener again. Thanks, Bailey!

David was fabulous and honest. He was able to fix my garage opener that was hanging down. I thought I need a new one. Ordered 2 new openers and he put on a new key pad. He also oiled, greased and checked the alignment of all the rollers and main track. Very thorough. Money well spent. I like the way the company texts you a picture of the worker when he's on his way. Highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience with Bailey who came out to assess the problem of our very heavy garage door. We realized that we needed a new spring, which would need to be special ordered because of the heavy wooden door. He measured the spring, and coordinated with the main office which called me immediately and communicated perfectly to assure that our service was completed as soon as the springs arrived in the office. Bridget in the office did a great job communicating and scheduling the service, and Bailey was fantastic with the installation. His experience and customer service skills were impressive. We will certainly call Garage Door Medics to do our regular maintenance on the garage door in the future, and will gladly have Bailey come by anytime in the future to service our garage door needs.
There was no concern regarding a warranty. My issue was with what seemed like a high dollar amount on the replacement of the springs. Your company installed the motor.
***** was Fantastic! Have a golf cart garage and two garage door companies said it wasn't possible to upgrade the mechanism but ***** put in a new lift system in two hours for a reasonable price. Extremely pleased!

GD medics quickly responded to my request for an estimate and set up an appointment in a timely manner. Later, a technician arrived on time and looked over the garage door situation and provided a written estimate. He also gave some pointers regarding garage doors and the openers. When it came time to have the garage door replaced, GD medics confirmed the appointment. The technician arrived on time and did a very through job. He was polite and knowledgeable with his service. The old garage door was a wooden type of door and had cracked in the middle. The technician did a lot of work to replace the wooden door with a metal steel door. The quality of the new steel garage door is sturdy and opens quietly. The garage door opener is good quality also. I would recommend GD Medics for their service and professional appearance.
We had an excellent experience with this company! I actually called early on a Monday morning and Bailey was at my house doing the repair within the hour. He installed what was needed and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I have to say I am happy with the repair and service.
We had an unfortunate circumstance where someone "overshot" the driveway and smacked into the garage door. This rendered the door useless as it was not able to be closed without manually disengaging the door from the track. Garage Door Medics sent out a wonderful technician, Chris, who was able to very clearly walk us through the options to repair the door. There was absolutely no upsell or unnecessary work suggested. Chris was incredibly courteous, friendly and did a great job getting the door functional again. We highly recommend Garage Door Medics.
(Garage) ********** gets 5 stars PLUS from us !!We have a double garage door. The spring on one side snapped apart. We could not get the door opened and a car was inside the garage. ***** said they would get to us asap, but service crews were already out on other jobs. ***** was able to adjust their schedule so that a crew came out that afternoon. Their diagnosis was the same as mine, the left spring needed replaced. They also recommended that the right spring also be replaced since it was the same age of the spring that snapped. I completely agreed. With their service truck on site, they were able to fabricate both needed springs and install them immediately. They also inspected our garage system, found one minor adjustment, and made it (without cost). We are very pleased with **********, they are very knowledgeable and efficient. This was the third time they came out. Today l paid $100 for them to shorten the wiring on the motor. I asked them to do it the last two times they were out. Well, this time it got caught on my car antenna and couldn't close. This guy shortened the wire. This was an easy way for them to make $100 for 5 minutes of work. Why didn't they do it the prior two times they were out. I don't mind paying for services rendered but this was ridiculous!

I have used Garage Door Medics for my home and 2 rental properties for the past 9 years. Service is always prompt and receptionist has always kept me informed on the status of the job. The technicians that I've dealt with are professional and courteous, thoroughly explaining the repairs and the cost. I've never been sold parts or service I don't need. I've done business with 2 other door companies in ********* and they always try to upsell the job to make more money on commissions. The last tech I had come to my property showed me that a simple adjustment to my springs would fix the problem rather than a needing a new opener. Thanks Garage Door Medics !!

Chris arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was able to do the repair quickly and now the door works perfectly. I wish I would have called them sooner. Services Rendered: Added a horizontal strut to one of the door panels to keep it flat and replaced the old door spring with two new ones for a little more than $800.
They came out and diagnosed the issue and while there adjusted my spring. I spoke with customer service; the most amazing young lady that was so helpful. I ordered the part and they came back out and installed it. They noticed I had a roller that had worked loose on another door and fixed that too. Programmed the cars to the openers. Fixed a wall button. Talk about above and beyond! Services Rendered: Garage door opener repair. Replaced mother board.

Both doors work perfectly. This is the first time I have used them and will never use anyone else when/if I need more work. They were very professional, showed me before what needed repair, i.e. cracks in some of the hardware, etc. Their price was reasonable. They know what they are doing. The replacements appeared valid based on the technician’s claim and my uneducated view of the replaced parts. However, I had the uneasy feeling that I have been “gouged” on the cost of parts for this transaction. Therefore, I conducted a price comparison with four [4] other garage door suppliers with the following results. On average the total comparative cost for the same parts was $151.28 vs. the $745.66 charged by Garage Door Medic. Garage Door Medic has intentionally attempted to gouge me on their price, therefore, I request a full refund from Garage Door Medic. Services Rendered: A 20 Sep 2017 $49.99 Garage Doortune up escalated to a $844.66 bill for “preventative” parts replacement, andone hour labor
Fast response, same day. Technician did try to upsell some and pointed out why he recommended what he did, but once I said no, he just fixed what I requested. Was very quick and garage door works well now. Services Rendered: Garage door springs replaced
Wonderful! I backed out of my garage without first opening the garage door (stressful situation; distracted). I was on my way to pick up someone from the airport and then would be out of town (driving my car) for the following 3 days. I was unable to back out as part of the the garage door had fallen and blocked my exit, let alone couldn’t be closed, leaving my house unlocked. I called Garage Door Medics, which I had used in the past for garage door tune-ups, and explained the situation. It was 2pm. The agent I spoke with contacted her scheduler and called back to say someone would be there by 3pm. He was. He was able to reattach the pieces of the door and get it functioning again. The service would have cost $350, but some sections were bent and he needed to attach 3 strong metal struts. He finished the job in about an hour or so, enabling me and my company to leave on our 3-day trip the next morning without having to rent a car. Services Rendered: Repair of unusable garage door
