(Garage) ********** gets 5 stars PLUS from us !!We have a double garage door. The spring on one side snapped apart. We could not get the door opened and a car was inside the garage. ***** said they would get to us asap, but service crews were already out on other jobs. ***** was able to adjust their schedule so that a crew came out that afternoon. Their diagnosis was the same as mine, the left spring needed replaced. They also recommended that the right spring also be replaced since it was the same age of the spring that snapped. I completely agreed. With their service truck on site, they were able to fabricate both needed springs and install them immediately. They also inspected our garage system, found one minor adjustment, and made it (without cost). We are very pleased with **********, they are very knowledgeable and efficient.
