Fantastic Service!!!! Thought I was going to have to buy a new door after my garage door was damaged by a car backing into it. Mike fixed it and made it look like new! Didn't try to sell me on anything extra. Fast and friendly and saved me thousands.

Mike was really great at fixing our garage door. He recognized the problem immediately and gave us 2 solutions (either replace the garage controller completely or repair a part of it). He was very good at explaining what was wrong with it. We chose to replace the garage controller and he gave us a very reasonable rate compared to other garage repair companies we contacted. He worked on it very quickly. When he was done, he explained all the features of our new garage controller and even installed the number pad for it for free. He explained to us a common issue regarding the sensors of new controllers and how to fix it, saving us from future emergency calls. He even gave us a one year warranty and hauled away our old garage controller. Throughout the process, he was professional and courteous. He also responded to our call the day of, which happened to be Sunday on New Year's Eve. We're so thankful. If you ever have any garage issues, you're in great hands with Overhead Door Solutions!

Best service and follow up ever!! We purchased a new door and opener 2 years ago and was very happy with price and service. Well today we called them back as my husband is going out of town and the sensor started acting up we needed it fixed. The owner of this company came out same day and fixed at no charge. That is such great service and he is so nice. You don't find companies and owners that are so responsive these days. I can't even express how happy we are. Highly recommend!

Our garage door panel has been clicking for a while and finally failed and would not open anymore. I spoke with a different garage door company that told me my garage door isn't made anymore so I would need a new door. Spoke with Mike from overhead door solutions and he told me we can get that door working again with a support bar like the day I bought the house. At a quarter of the cost and wouldn't be needing to paint that was the better option. Garage door works like a champ again, thanks mike.

Despite showing up a couple of minutes late, Mike did what he said he would do, go find replacement springs for or 30+ year-old metal garage door. They are hard to find and took him to a second supplier then had to battle a traffic jam caused by an accident. The actual work took less than 20 minutes. He explained which ancient part likely would go next and what to look out for. Total bill: $275. Less than what I expected and certainly worth waiting for. The fact that he answers his phone 24/7 was a major selling point, especially since we discovered the broken spring on a Sunday morning. We already had plans for Monday and Tuesday, so waiting until Wednesday was not a big deal.

The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday morning, and my car was inside. I was desperate because I need the car every day. A friend recommended ODSolutions; because they are open seven days/week, I was able to set up the job to be done sufficiently early on Monday to meet my needs that day. Mike showed up and completed the job as promised. He also checked the other components of my garage door to insure they were working properly and had lube on them. Very satisfied in all aspects. High quality parts were used to ensure the job will never need to be done again. Initially I thought the price was high. but it was competitive with others in that trade; Their labor rate seems to be a lot higher than in other trades. Perhaps they know that you are desperate.

One of my springs on my roll up door snapped. I called Overhead Door Solutions and he came out within a couple hours. Replaced my springs with even more durable and lubed all moving parts. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Great service, thank you.
