They came out the next day, fixed my door that was crooked (cable came off making the door to heavy to move), and replaced my opener. They were fairly priced, and the service was fantastic!!! I will be calling them next time my garage door breaks. Highly recommend!
Very prompt service and friendly folks. The shed's garage door had caused problems for 3 years before it finally became too hard to open and close. They showed up the same day I called and had the door fixed within 30 minutes. Wish all companies were as easy to deal with.

Overhead Door Professional Services installed my new garage door and I love it!!! It looks beautiful, is insulated so it keeps my garage cooler, and it is much quieter than my 1993 original door. Great service. The spring broke on my garage door. I called, and a technician came out the same day I called, repaired the spring, and installed a new opener. A month later, due to operator error, me, the door would not open. I called Overhead Door, and they walked me through the simple steps to fix the problem that I had created. It's hard to find a good company in this area that is prompt, does great work, and does it at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Overhead Door.
These people are outstanding with their customer service. I have used them for over 15 years maybe longer counting my mother using them initially. My garage door would not shut right and I am upset I forgot his name but it was already after 5 and he still showed up. Even though it took less than 10 minutes he adjusted the garage door and ofcourse it never acted up while he was here. it's the fact he came out after hrs to give me a piece of mind. Very happy with our purchase. Just bought a 10x10 roll up garage door and had a pleasant experience from the beginning. The woman who answers the phone ( Gail) is very helpful and friendly and really worked with us on finding the prices and which door we needed. The guys were helpful in getting us loaded up and out the door. We had a heck of a time finding a door that we didnt have to wait forever on.
