This is the most professional, customer oriented company I have dealt with in Pensacola. My garage door would not open. I called them, the adjuster came out that day, provided a quote and they fixed it the next day. Cleaned up the mess and left me with an amazing garage door repair that will even withstand hurricanes. When I moved into my new house I needed a garage door opener so I called Precision! A technician came out to install my motor and I'm very happy with how smoothly and quietly it runs. A few weeks later my exterior keypad wouldn't open my garage door so I called out Precision and Bailey was able to replace my keypad under my warranty same-day! I highly recommend Precision and Bailey as a technician.
Great service! They came same day for a garage door issue without an extra charge for same day service. Ron was super friendly and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond after the repair job, I messed something up when manually adjusting my garage door. Ron didn't hesitate to turn around and checked everything out again basically starting over to ensure everything was working and safe.
Bryan, the technician was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did the inspection and then gave me a rundown of the costs for each. He was not pushy at all. The door worked great when he was done. I appreciated the senior discount. They also offer a veteran discount. If the need arises, I will definitely be using Precision again.

Well knowledgeable in was needed for may garage door repairs. Completed work in a timely manner. Jake is a rock star!!! This was the third garage door company we called to fix this problem and they were wonderful! They were Completely different than the other company's. they were professional, timely, and fixed the problem the day they arrived- and their price to replace the entire spring mechanism was $100 less than we were quoted by two other company's Amazing! We couldn't be more pleased with their excellent service. The technician was top-notch! If you have a garage door problem, call Precision, and you will likely be as happy as we are.

Cory Haynes has been our installing and managing representative since the purchase of our first door from them in 2018 after hurricane Michael. We just installed two more matching doors on a newly constructed carriage house and we were so pleased to have Corey manage this project as well. Corey’s attention to detail and his technical expertise is the best. Precision door has provided us with top quality aluminum framed garage doors with silicone silent wheels. After a recent power outage here in Ferry Pass, I discovered to my dismay that I was unable to lift my garage double door. Bailey provided excellent service during visit on 6/12/2023. He covered all my options/pricing to replace my garage door and opener. He informed me of the process and timberline. He was able to answer my questions on screening choices. He was very personable and was an overall great experience!!
So the guy came out and troubleshot. Said the motherboard on wifi opener and the wall mount was bad eventhough lights were on, said my champlain door opener works just fine...never believe what ur told without getting a second opinion. Their options were an $800 or $1000 new opener..WTF..BAD service!!!!
First the service technician, Alex was awesome. He was well trained, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed the new motor, and all associated hardware in about an hour and did a great job. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Now, if you have to call and speak to a customer service rep thats another story. They're not organized, they won't call you back and when you do talk to them they don't know if you're getting a quote or getting service a done. It was easier to schedule the appt online then call.
Set an appointment after lightning storm damaged the board and failed to provide power to the wall switch in the garage. Austin came out while I was at work and called me after my 19 year old son let him in the inspect. I received a phone call soon after telling e what I already knew to be true, bad circuit board in the head unit. Told me he could repair for $200 but couldn't guarantee it would fix the issue, or #2 he could replace the whole head unit and guarantee it would be fixed for $888, or #3, told me my garage door framing wasn't installed correctly and ready to fall at any moment, but he would save the day for $2200! I paid the service fee and sent him on his way without a repair. The following Saturday, I climbed up into the attic space and double checked his assessment that the frame was not connected to trusses and ready to come crashing down... not true! Absolutely secured to the trusses. This company is not trustworthy. Find another.
I just want to thank all of you for taking my request for service and especially for Kerry. He made the initial visit to diagnose why my garage stopped working. After examining the whole system, he explained what he found and gave me several options to take care of the problem. I picked one. He scheduled a return appointment to make the repairs. He showed up on time and completely solved the problem and then thoroughly explained all that he did and how to operate the new controls. Wonderful young man doing a great job. Thank you.

Requested a service cause my garage door was acting weird...Kerry arrive earlier than expected...was very professional and inspected the door and gave me the what was wrong within the time he told me. He started the job and finished as promised. This repair was above expectations and I highly recommend Precision Door Service!
Tim is the man. He came out early and walked me through the functions of the equipment when he did not have to. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with the equipment that required a change. I got a big discount and upgrade at no additional cost. They match the old equipment I.E. keypad, and a WFI unit.
This company tried to sell me a complete install of a garage door. They said my door was not fixable and the only way to get this thing working was to pull permits and replace the whole thing and it would cost 3k. I called another garage door company and they fixed it for under 500 bucks. This company shouldn't try to take advantage of people by ripping them off and selling them something they don't need.
I have depended on Precision Door Service since I moved to Navarre, FL 4 years ago. Austin and new guy Jake pulled in today to fix my broken door. Last year I made the decision to have hurricane panels installed at my house. Just before the pandemic shut everything down, I contacted a company to see how they would install the storm panels. Unfortunately, after a brief contact with this firm, I cancelled the project. They were not people I wanted to do business with. In March 2021, I started moving forward with the project again, so I gave Precision Door Service in Pensacola a call to see what they could do. To my surprise, Precision Door Service was perfect. From the first meeting with Billy who surveyed my home for the project, then working with Samantha, who would remain our point of contact during the entire project, everything just fell into place. During the month that followed, Samantha kept us informed about the status of our project and went out of her way to answer any questions we had. On the day of the project, Precision Door Service employees Kyle and Wade were truly professional at installing the storm panels. When they finished their work, they took the time to explain how to properly install the panels. Finally, Precision Door Service employee, Shyann helped with the county inspection. From start to finish, the Precision Door Service staff did a great job.

They were very professional and did a good job quoting and installing the door. Since the door had to be ordered they quoted two weeks but they actually beat that and got it in nine days which was appreciated. The installers were pleasant to deal with. They programmed my auto opener and keypad. I'm very pleased with the door and opener. It's amazingly quiet and works very smoothly. They hauled off the old door & equipment. My only disappointment was when it was quoted I requested the door be resealed. After installation I could still see daylight around it. When I asked the installer he said I'd need to get sealant to put around the new frame. It would have been so much easier if they'd put a bead of sealant on the back of the frame before attaching it. I didn't expect to have to do any work on it myself. That's the only thing that kept me from rating A's across the board. Services Rendered: New garage door and opener
