Gentleman texted with me last night after hours. Came out on a Saturday and within 15-20 mins had new springs installed and was on his way. Very pleasant and nice young man. Knew what he was doing. Remembers being here in 2011 wjen the door was changed to hurricane rated door. Will continue to refer folks to them. Thank you RTS!
Came same day as called. Removed old opener and replaced with new one. After finishing the install Robert seemed in a hurry to leave, after getting paid of course. He was just about to leave when I asked about an owners manual. He had thrown it in the box with trash and dug it out saying he forgot to give it to me. He spent ZERO time explaining features, how to set up Bluetooth or any features. The next day I noticed he didn't install the new sensors that should've come with the new opener. He just left the old sensors in place. While they do work, why would you not use the new ones. It's as if I paid for a new opener and they just kept the new sensors. Would you buy a new car if they put old tires on it? I wouldn't post this but after attempting to call multiple times on multiple days and leaving multiple messages to call me back and explain, I got no response. They have caller ID because the day of install before they came I "butt dialed" by mistake and hung up before they answered and Joann called me back so I know they see my number now and just don't answer. It doesn't appear they reply to poor reviews. What's happened to customer service these days is sad.
Built a house in 2022 and he did not finish trim around my $4,000 gold fortified garage door. Didn't show up for multiple scheduled appointments. Doesn't return calls. Gaps on each side of the door allow cold air and moisture in my garage 24/7. The most unprofessional company around!!!!

We gave Robert of RTS All American Garage Doors $3,800 as a down payment for new garage doors 4 months ago. We call and call his cell and the business number and can not get a return call. We are now pursuing small claims court and have filed a complaint with the police department for fraud.

Awesome, Robert is a really great guy and did a great job, helped me save money and took the least expensive route to fix my garage door w/o trying to sell me the works. He addressed the problem and gave me alternatives so I could stay within my budget. He is a great family man and his lovely wife owns the Tease Hair Boutique Salon on 9 Mile Road / she is awesome too
Where do I start? First the timeline they gave was way off to get the doors. It took over 12 weeks. First we were told they got the wrong door. When they brought the doors they had the wrong springs twice. During this process it is impossible to talk to them. Robert Never calls back but once in awhile his mother will answer the phone.. They finally came to finish them when I told them I would not pay the balance and would have someone else finish the installation but they did not put in trim gaskets and I have to use an extension cord for one because Robert said the opener would fit one one side so I had the electrical put there but it did not fit so now I have to pay for new electrical.They did contact us to be paid. Now one of the doors was installed wrong so it gets stuck going up so we have to bring it down manually. They will not come to fix it. They will not answer messages, emails or calls. They still have not put the trim gaskets around the doors. Would I ever recommend them NO!!!! You have to put a star to post but this is a no star service.
On September 13, 2022, I contracted with a representative (Robert) of RTS All American Garage Door Company to replace my garage door. As evidenced by the attached, a deposit in the amount of one-thousand-six-hundred and eighty ($1680.00) dollars was made pursuant to this contract. The original garage door requested was to have windows at the top of the door. After numerous calls during the month of October, 2022, in November I was advised by the receptionist, as per Robert, that the delay was the result of pandemic manufacturing supply chain issues of the windowed garage doors. Due to travel, the holidays, and other personal issues, no attempt was made to contact RTS until the latter weeks of January 2023. On many occasions during the months that have followed, up to this present time, I have attempted to contact RTS by phone leaving numerous voice mail messages and have received very few if any responses. On the rare times that the receptionist has answered the phone, or returned one of my calls, I have requested that Robert contact me directly, to no avail. Since the reason given for the delay was the windows in the garage door, on or about March 14, 2023, I was able to speak with the receptionist and advise her that I would be willing to accept a garage door without windows. I further stated that I would expect this change to be reflected in the contract and she stated that the change would result in a savings of two-hundred ($200.00) dollars. Based on RTS’s failure to reasonably fulfill our contractual agreement, I submit that my contract with RTS is terminated, and request the deposit of one-thousand-six-hundred-and-eighty ($1680.00) dollars be returned not later than June 1, 2023. ****** ** *****
RTS All American Garage Doors is a great company! Robert (The Tech) arrived as promised. He was very professional and personable as well as knowledgeable. He explained my situation and gave me viable options in solving my problem. After the decision was made, he again arrived as promised and did an outstanding installation in a very short amount of time. If I could give this company more stars I would! Thanks you for a superb job!!!!!
On May 17th, Robert from RTS Garage Doors replaced our garage door opener. He left without leaving an owner's manual and the invoice had the incorrect model noted. I have called and emailed RTS many times, to no avail. Robert even emailed on May 24th that he had already put the manual in the mail. Not received. Remember that with the way checks are deposited these days, the company had our $598 within 10 minutes. Yes, we can download a manual to fix that problem. But with no correct invoice, we can't prove to the Genie company that we own this model - and can't register for the warranty. RTS can email a correct invoice, how difficult is that?
Called RTS on April 30, 2021 to see about a replacement door our renters had destroyed. Their salesman came out and seemed to be both knowledgeable and personable. We were under pressure as our management agency said they had renters ready to move in immediately. The salesman confirmed they had the door in stock, gave us a date the door would be installed. We paid the $500 deposit that same day as requested and gave notice to the agency handling our rental property as to when the door would be installed. When the installer did not show up on the designated day, we called and the lady told us it would be installed two days later. When four days went by, we again called and the lady said she had made a scheduling error due to new software and it would not be installed for another week. When we became very upset at this point, and told her there would be consequences financially, she said we threatened her and that they would not do business with us. She stated that a check for our deposit would be mailed to us. Three weeks later, we called to find out about the check and she stated that it takes 30 days to process the refund and that we would get the check by mid-June. It is now July 5th and no check. None of the voice messages have been returned, and the office now does not answer our calls.
I had Robert , from RTS All American Garage Doors, come to my home the very next day I called. I was so pleased with his customer service and true honesty of what he had recommended. He fixed my problem in no time. I will always reccomend this company.
I purchased a new garage door and opener from RTS some months ago and the installation went fine. Then I purchased a Lifestyle garage screen door from RTS for $1600. Had to wait a while for it but that was OK. RTS came, installed the screen door, showed me it worked & left. What they failed to do was install the STRAPS that came with the screen door, as shown in the mfgr's video. Without the straps I could not reach top of the screen door to open/close it. For 3 weeks the screen door sat unused. I contacted the mfgr and they sent me the straps. I sent emails, voice mails, texts for RTS asking them to come finish by installing the straps. Finally they made an appt for last Friday. They did not show up. No phone call, no email, no text. Today I paid my handyman to install the straps so I can finally use the product. Love the Lifestyle garage screen door but anyone thinking of buying it should ask the mfgr for the name/number of a different installer.

I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate on assessing a garage door problem. I was expecting the appointment to take place sometime next week, but Robert was here the same day just within in a few hours of calling. Robert called ahead before arriving to our home. He was timely, polite and assessed the problem within a few minutes. Robert started work immediately and had repairs completed in an amazingly short period of time. He also installed "quiet rollers" and I am very happy with the change. The garage door works like new and I could not be more satisfied. Robert notified me within 20 minutes from my home that he would be there and it was within the time parameter as he had indicated 2 hours prior. He introduced himself and was properly identified. Robert had all his equipment for the repair, put the door on track, balanced the door and attempted to take the dent out of the door. Provided me with choices as far as replacing the lower panel, continue with the repair and replacing the rollers. All were choices after the evaluation before the repair as well as cost for the service provided so I knew in detail what to expect. He even provided me with a 10 year warranty. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, accuracy on time and cost and the ability to have choices. RTS is a fabulous company with top excellence not only in physical service but also, in the personal touch by communication with me to completely reassure me. He also provided me with education on my garage door maintenance every 2 months to keep the door properly working plus cutting the length of the cord from the lift master to prevent further issues. I can not say enough about this well organized professional company. Services Rendered: Garage door became disengaged and landed on the car. The cord from the Lift Master was closed into the back door of the car and car was backing out of the garage. With that being said the garage door dropped on the car and the car and garage door both had a traumatic injury. The garage door was bent, track bent, bottom panel dented and coil s were uncoiled. the garage door would not close and was completely askew. I called RTS extremly upset and shaking. Robert answered my call with professionalism, listened to my story of my incident without judgement and completely reassured me that he would be able to evaluate the door to make recommendations and repair as needed as well as scheduling a time to come to my home within 2 hours. I was amazed by my conversation with him that he put me so at ease that I knew that my issue will be handled by a knowledgeable professional.
On Sunday my garage door opener went out. As the unit was over 10 years old, I decided a new opener was in the works. I was able to secure a sweet deal from Amazon Prime and it arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Two hours later, Wayne from American Garage Door arrived at my doorstep to do the work noted above. Being 6'5", Wayne was able to do work pretty much without thee benefit of a ladder. Overall very pleased with the outcome as these were nice people who did excellent work at a reasonable rate in a very timely manner. An hour and a half later, Wayne was off to his next job and I was pleased to test out my new super quiet Chamberlain garage door opener while wishing that all projecst could go so smoothly. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door opener, tuned up the door, applied new weather seal to the bottom of the door, and installed outdoor keypad.

Corey did a great job of managing my expectations about his arrival time and did quality work. He offered maintenance advice and was very helpful in understanding the work and cost. Most of all, he was respectful and friendly. I was quite pleased with the entire interaction will use them again if the need arises.
Robert installed our hurricane rated garage doors as well as Liftmaster garage door openers (both side and overhead mount). All have functioned properly over several years. We have had to have them service one of our doors twice, due to operator error :). Tiffany in the front office always friendly and helpful. Professional installation, fast and friendly service, reasonable prices. Highly recommend this locally owned company.
