Google5Cory and his wife did a fantastic job installing 2 garage door openers at my residence. Fast installation, complete cleanup and hauling the old one away, along with educating me on certain features of the openers. Would highly recommend them!

Google1When Greg was still doing the work before he retired the service & work was excellent. Now we have had them out a couple of times and the workmanship has went down hill.seems to be the way it is with so many companies now. Maybe Greg needs to stop in once in awhile and see what's going on with his company...

Google5Great experience beginning to end. I would definitely recommend going to their showroom so you can see the different options. They made it super simple to pick out which options I wanted, and I really appreciate that their prices were all inclusive. There were no random extra fees that were separate from the listed price. They even included tax in their prices. The whole experience was a simple no hassle deal, and in the end we have a great new garage door and opener.

Google5OMG wonderful services. First I will like to commend Greg for being professional, honest, and having a well trained staff starting with his secretary, she's very polite, knowledgeable about the business return your phone calls in a timely manner. Cory and Justin are the garage installers they reach out with communication upon where and how you wanted certain equipment installed beforehand and for this reason is to meet all requirements in order to satisfy the customers, the work is done in a timely manner with professionalism. Affordability is phenomenal best prices around. I'm happy that I use Greg's Company that put joy in my heart and a spark in my eyes. Thank you to Greg and his staff for the wonderful service I've experienced.

Yelp5Awesome service. Greg came out on a Wednesday, showed us our options, and provided a quote. We ordered a one stall insulated door with a new spring, new tracks, new door framing, weather sealing and with installation $850. So we ordered on a Wednesday and was installed the following Wednesday morning. Installation guys were awesome. Very friendly and did an excellent job. Can't recommend enough!

Yelp1Enormously overpriced. They even wanted to charge a fee for using a credit card although the bill was over $1,000.00.

Yelp5I would like to give a huge shout out/thumbs up to Greg Jansen, owner of Greg's Garage Door Service in Pekin. When I came home from my early morning networking meeting yesterday, my garage door would not open. I called them, and even though they were very busy, they made time to come to our house to see what the problem was. The owner, Greg Jansen, and his employee, Dave, spent a couple hours repairing the opener, and were very caring, pleasant and efficient. The fact that they made time in their already busy schedule to help me, says a lot about their commitment to serve their customers. I HIGHLY recommend them. Google5Attempting to leave for work today, garage door cable snapped leaving my car stuck inside the garage. I called Greg's Garage Door Service as soon as they opened. They arrived within 45 minutes and had the door repaired within 30 minutes. Price was extremely reasonable. Great response time, quality work and friendly customer service. I've used them for repairs in the past and will continue to do so.
