Google1Do not hire this guy. Do not give him cash. That is a big mistake. Broken promises, full of cheap excuses, strung me along. Paid him $1200. He charged me double. Then was scamming me for another $700. Thank god for the BBB.

Google5Tony came out on a Saturday when our garage door (that was recently fixed the day before by a different "National" company) was stuck halfway open. There was no way to force the door down, and I was worried that I would have to leave my garage and everything in it assessible to predators overnight. Within 2 hours, Tony was at my residence, and fixed my garage door in a 1/2 hour. Hard to beat that service when the National garage door company wouldn't even return my phone call to correct their mistake. Thank you, Tony, and you've got a customer for life!

Google5Called Tony on Christmas Eve to schedule a broken opener repair. He reviewed photos of the issue via text and diagnosed the problem. Our availability would be a few days after Christmas, but he could be here that day. That day, he hadn't received part, so would be the next day. Several calls back and forth the next day and discovered it would cost us quite a bit for Tony to make the 30 minute trip. We requested to purchase the part for self-repair. Tony did one better and supplied us with a used part at no cost. We picked up the part, my husband repaired and we were back in business. I'm giving Tony 5 stars for his constant communication and quick response on callbacks. And also for telling us exactly what was the issue. Tony didn't really seem to want to make the trip out that day, which we surmised by the hesitancy to actually get on the road and finally what he was going to charge. But he helped us out nonetheless. He didn't have to reveal his repair secrets. He could have gouged us with repair pricing but he did not. The only thing this repair cost was the gas to get to Pekin. I'd say he's probably a pretty good person to do business with.

Google5Tony installed our garage door and opener. Did a great job. He was very particular and precise. Communicated well and kept us informed if any changes were needed. Would recommend. Thanks Tony.

Google5I've used Tony twice now for repairs and he's always done right by me. The first time, my wife backed into the track and bent it causing the door to come off the track. I was able to shut and lock it, so I waited to call Tony until the next morning and he had it fixed that afternoon at a vety reasonable price. Yesterday morning, the torsion springs broke on her side of the garage so I called him to come replace the pair. He had an install that morning and still had the work done by 2PM. He's always prompt to answer the phone or call right back and he give fantastic service, good advice, and quick repair times. His price is competitive if not cheaper than others around as well. I don't think I'll ever call anyone else

Google5Had a great experience with Tony. Another contractor had been here a week previously to check and maintain my wooden garage door. A week later the spring busted in two pieces and I could not get my car out of my garage. It was Tony who got me out of the garage the following morning. I did not receive a call back from the contractor who had just " maintained" the door. I decided to get a new garage door. Tony did an excellent job and installed a new door for me that is a good quality and I got a very good price on it. I love the new door and would highly recommend Tony.

Google5Tony did a great job. It was clear he is very busy, but he came himself and installed a new garage door and motor. A few days after,the track needed slight adjusting and he came out within hours of my call. Great work, and great follow up. I would recommend him to anyone.
