I called Jack on a Sunday evening and he returned the call within the hour. He was able to schedule a service appt for the next day and arrived exactly on time. After spending about an hour working on the very old unit, Jack was able to get it to partially work - could open it with the remote (which we'd replaced thinking that was the problem) but the only way to get it to close was to use the manual button mounted on the interior wall of the garage. After receiving the quote to fully replace the electronic opener, I jumped on it because Jack's price seemed more than reasonable and the old unit wasn't worth further attempts to fix it. Jack came back the next day and replaced the unit, provided two (2) remotes and the services was done with 100% satisfaction. We were impressed from start to finish with the quality, courtesy, knowledge, timeliness and price. I would highly recommend Jack Farrell without any hesitation!
Services Rendered: Initial service call to fix non-operational electric garage door opener. After working on the 20+ year old unit for nearly an hour, Jack Farrell was able to get it to partially work - opened using the remote but had to be "manually overridden" via the button on the interior wall of the garage. Jack gave a quote of $355 to completely replace the unit which included the cost of the initial service visit plus the return visit, the new garage door opener and remotes, and installation.
