Had a massive automatic garage door failure! The door wouldn't close. It was crooked and had bent the guide rails and all of the mounting brackets. Called Precision Garage Door of Delaware and they sent Trevor over within 1 hour. He had everything up and running within about 2 hours. Excellent service! Excellent job!

Excellent experience. Was sent an email with the installer’s pictures and eta. Arrived on time and confirmed work to be done. Set up all needed materials and tools before starting. Work was completed in time frame quoted. Area was policed for debris and maintenance required was demonstrated. Josh answered our questions we had as they were asked. Would definitely recommend Josh and the Precision Garage Door team. Services Rendered: Replace and install garage door.

Tim was professional, courteous and experienced. He adjusted my door and I bought a keypad that he installed and helped program. When he was finished with what I thought was a complete job, he went back and adjusted just a little more because he wasn't satisfied just yet. Perfectionist.

Precision Garage Door was wonderful - we had a poor experience with another local company before consulting with Precision and the difference in their customer service was like night and day. Mike was our sales person, he came out and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about the right garage door for us. Trevor was great. So friendly and knowledgeable. He even put up with my crazy black lab! Trevor was able to explain exactly what was wrong and the various options we had to fix it. I eventually went with the “whole enchilada” so I don’t need to worry about the old decrepit opener we had. Very happy with the results and professionalism! Glad to have such reliable service our double garage door spring broke late afternoon we were able to get early next day appointment. Richie our technician arrived exactly at 8 am and was done by 10 with a complete rebuild of door spring rolls and other parts that covered for 5 years I can say enough about how professional & courteous he was

I called because my garage door wouldn't close- it just kept going back up. So, I requested that someone come to check it out. But they suggested that Betty call me first, and walk me through some things before making an appointment. (I was shocked! Who does that nowadays??) Betty was great- very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She had me try some things that got it working again. She explained what happened and gave me some suggestions if it happens again. I was SO impressed! Precision will definitely be the company I call in the future!!

I like precision, I read a lot of people complain about pricing and whining about how they were gonna "force" you to buy a new door. Well, it's those kind of people that'll be the first ones calling back when the band aids the other "cheaper" companies applied don't last forever! all I keep reading is how the tech says " this'll get you through another couple years", then what? they have to come back and you have to spend more money. DUH! that's stupidest thing I've ever heard! so who's the trickster? plus they have warranty's and guarantees, and I know for a fact their parts and hardware last 5x longer, so you guys go ahead and keep throwing your money out the window. I will only use precision.

Our garage door was noisy, shaky and needed maintenance. I called Precision and was happy to get an appointment that same afternoon. Matt and his assistant Greg let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly. Matt listened to my concerns, explained what was causing the problem and gave me three options to consider. He was patient with my many questions and represents Precision with professionalism and courtesy. I feel I was able to make an informed decision. Matt and Greg completed the work quickly and efficiently. Job well done, everything is safer, quieter and so much better now! Thank you Precision, and Matt and Greg, for responding so quickly and being transparent on all aspects of the repair work. We are very happy with the results. Our garage door spring broke yesterday and I scheduled an appointment online for an 8:00 AM- 10:00 AM appointment. Jorge called this morning and said he was on the way. When he arrived he checked out the situation and was told I needed 2 springs and hardware replaced. There were 3 very expensive options and I took option 2- replace hardware and get 2 new springs. The job was done quickly and professionally. My reason for 3 stars is I paid over $1000.00. I still can not believe it cost that much to put on 2 springs and replace hardware. In hindsight I should have called around to get another estimate but he was there and we went with it. Our Christmas money is gone but we have a working garage. Over all I'm happy but my gut is sick about how much we paid.

Excellent service. Courteous customer service staff (unlike another provider we called who curtly informed us they were scheduling for a month out). Spring snapped about 4:30 PM and we booked an appointment for 10 the next morning. Ryan, the technician, actually called around 8 and said his previous appointment had gone faster than expected and he could be out in 30 minutes. We said sure! He came, thoroughly checked the door, assessed what was needed, did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need, gave us an estimate and fixed the door in about an hour. Our technician Jorge is very knowledge and explained in detail everything that was wrong with our current garage door system which is very old. He then explained what products he had and the difference between them. We selected a new garage door motor and even though it was getting late and still very hot, he installed the new system and replaced the rusty door springs. He then reviewed how to use the new system, set up the keypad and the remotes. Jorge is very professional and an excellent technician! We couldn't be more happy with our new garage door system and the service we received from Jorge! Services Rendered: Our old garage door system needed t be replaced.

Tim and Precision saved the day for the Moore family. OnThursday, 6/9/23, we were setting up our garage to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation . We tried to open the garage door and it would not go up. The springs were damaged. Panic set in and what should or can we do. Thanks to the internet search we found Precision Garage door service. We immediately called around 10am spoke to a young lady. An appointment was scheduled on the same day for between 12 and 2pm, At 12:10 pm Tim our technician arrived. Tim was very professional and friendly. He stepped in and assisted the problem and it was resolved within an hour. Thank you Tim and Precision for making the day and a beautiful graduation day for our granddaughter in our garage. Also thanks for the information on Tim prior tohis arrival. Services Rendered: replaced springs and fixtures on the garage door.

The technician arrived on time. The gear on the top of an older LiftMaster garage door had broken off and chains were therefore sagging. I asked him about replacing the gear assembly ($30 part on Amazon) and he said they only repair equipment that they had installed. That's not mentioned anywhere in their Angi listing. I then asked about replacing the opener. He quoted me $1,150 for the "top of the line" Liftmaster opener with a camera, wifi, LED lights, etc. I had resigned myself to getting squeezed for $500. I told him no thanks and paid the $75 service fee. I looked up the opener on the internet and found it retail for $365. As Precision is a LiftMaster dealer, they probably paid somewhere south of $200 for it. I looked up slightly lower end openers at Lowes and they run between $200 and $300 for ones with LED lights, back up battery, WiFi connectivity. Lowes charges $139 for installation by a Lowes qualified local contractor. Summing it up, I can buy the same opener on the internet (allsecurityequipment.com) for $365, pay a handyman ~$150 and save over $600. So that's what I would recommend you do if you're not too handy and need the opener replaced. Precision's service is very overpriced and it is misleading that they advertise repair services and then say only if they installed the equipment when they get to your house.
