"UV" replaced our garage door. His explanation was thorough and discussed of pros and con. He's a hard worker and cares about his craftsmanship which i appreciate. Will recommend him to others And use him again for our other garage door.

This gentleman/ owner came to my house and diagnosed the problem right away he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything once I gave him the authorization to do the work he was prompt and precise everything he promised me he did I'm more than satisfied with his work I strongly recommend secure for sure I wish I could give them ten stars I will definitely call them again for any garage door repairs great job !!!

My garage door wouldn't stay open. Called another company first to come out gave me a bill for $1500 to replace spring, rollers and some other things. Garage door was hard to open and felt very heavy. He said that's all he could do. I knew it wasn't right so after a few months I called Secure for Sure to take a look at the garage door. Yuvi called me while on vacation with his family and said he would be out to look at it when he returned in a few days. When Yuvi arrived I showed him the garage door and right away he said that's the wrong spring. After showing me the correct spring and how everything works and what he would do. Yuvi wrote up an estimate for $700 and said he could fix that day. My garage door slides up and down now like it was brand new. He even reinforced my garage door for no charge. Yuvi is very professional and his workmanship is top notch. He will not take advantage of you and make you spend money that is not needed. If you need your garage door repaired or even replaced call Yuvi @ Secure for Sure. It doesn't matter if you have a automatic garage door or a manual door like I have. Yuvi will be able to fix it. I highly recommend Secure for Sure!!! Thank you Yuvi!

The man called 20 minutes before he arrived, showed me a video of how a properly installed garage door should operate, gave me a fair price and then did the work right away (same day). When he was done he cleaned up and showed me my garage door operated smoothly! I’m very satisfied! Services Rendered: very smoothly

Great! He was on time, explained everything he was doing and what it meant for the repairs needed. Everything was very reasonably priced and he even covered the difference in the cost of the springs, because the ones he quoted the price for were not the size required for the size doors we have. He never pushed the most expensive options for replacement parts, but recommended what would help extend the life of the motor. While completing the work he even fixed the esthetic things that the installer did not do. By the end everything was fixed and worked better than it had previously. Services Rendered: Fix one door that would not go up and another that would not close all the way

Yuvi was great!! He was able to fix a problem with our light that could have caused an even bigger problem. He checked out our garage door system, made a few adjustments and everything is working well. He is also a very friendly, knowledgeable man. We will definitely use him again!

Yuvi serviced my garage door recently - and I am extremely happy with his service and would recommend him easily. My spring on door #1 snapped - and I thought it was a little straightforward for what needed to be done. Yuvi came in and ran his analysis and picked the right spring for the door #1 and replaced it, balanced it and ran the maitnenance (it had long been overdue, so I asked him to do it while he was there). I also asked him to do the same for the other door, and he took care of door #2 also. Net result, I now have 2 well funcitoning garage doors - well lubricated and significantly noise reduced - should be set for a while. what I liked about Yuvi: a) his sheer knowledge of the subject b) knowledge - translating to quality and timely work. c) honestly and patiently explains the work that needs to take place (in engineering terms) and proceeds to do the job thoroughly d) Quality of work e) his attention to the customer - each time I called he answered directly - was not shunted around on calls. These were my interactions with Yuvi and the justification for my rating.

If we could give Yuvi six stars, we would. He is knowledgeable, detail oriented, and friendly. Our garage door had trouble closing. We tried everything to fix it. Yuvi not only explained the problem, he showed us where the issues were and offered various options to fix it in our price range without compromising quality. It's been 2 weeks and our garage operates like new. We could not be happier. Thanks, Yuvi!

We know we needed to replace one broken cable. When Yuvi came out for an inspection of our garage doors he showed us a few more problems. And he didn't just say fix it. He went through a thorough explanation. I can't imagine anyone explaining as well as he did in the detail he did His prices were fair. He even had some parts and showed us the different materials and their prices. He said we didn't need the most expensive part and said we didn't need to replace another part. He is definitely honest and not just out for money. He did a great job fixing everything. He's very knowledgeable . I would highly recommend using this company!

BEWARE! The technician is more like a salesman and stated our garage door needed $500 in repairs immediately. A local company that has been in business for 30+ years (unlike Secure4sure) made the repairs for $225. It seems as though the "garage door maintenance" service offered is simply an opportunity for them to sell you on additional overpriced parts and service. I would not recommend.

Yuval is an amazing guy and technician, fixed my garage door and did other small things like balanced the door and added gris to the slots so they glide better, great person and a great job, well done, and thank you. Probably one of the best in this business.
