Yelp5One of my garage springs broke late Sunday afternoon. I gave Always Open and they were able to get someone out first thing Monday morning. The two gentlemen got my garage door up and running even better than before the spring broke in no time. Thanks much for such great service at a very reasonable price!! A+++

Google5I have used this company for basic service, repairs and opener change out. They are the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cole came to fix an issue I had and was excellent in approach, service and quality of work.

Angi5Mark and his crew were a life saver. We damaged our garage door and needed it replaced asap. They were out the next day and had a new garage installed within a few days. Yelp5Always open garage is the best, most reasonably priced, professional garage repair company I have ever had. I used them a couple years ago to align my garage properly, then last Saturday they came to replace my whole garage opener, the track, the sensors , etc. The service was impeccable, the price was reasonable & I couldn't be happier w/ my new Wi Fi opener, keypad, etc. Bennet( a very, mature, young man) was my service tech, & I have to say he was exceptional in every way, his communication, his kindness, professionalism, & he left no detail unattended. Look no further, call Always Open Garage, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp5We had a problem with our garage door and weren't sure if it was fixable or if we needed a new door. A friend highly recommended Always Open so we called. They were out in NO TIME to fix. Mark looked over the problem and said NO NEW DOOR because he could fix our issue. He went to work at it and even adjusted the rollers, hinges, etc. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!! They are available 24/7. Our fix happened in the late afternoon on a Sunday! No extra charge for weekend/evenings. The price was more than reasonable. In fact, if you need a new door, their prices for the door and install are way less than I would have expected (I asked because I am sure we will eventually have to replace the old door that is 39 years old!)

Yelp5My garage door opener died today and I was glad I remembered the excellent service I had last time so I called again and was not disappointed. Bennett came today and replaced my old noisy opener now inoperable unit with a updated quiet model in an efficient professional manner and I'm again very happy I called always open. Needless to say I highly recommend them.

Yelp5Used this garage door company to tune up my openers/doors a few yrs back & never forgot how professional,friendly,knowledgeable & punctual they were. So my garage openers died & I called around for prices & Always Open Garage Doors not only had a fair price but was able to do the install the same day, unfortunately I wasn't ready so they came the next day & took the old LiftMasters away & installed the new LiftMasters.The new ones are like a new Cadillac.They are top of the line, my Q cameras already installed & app ready so you can see everything going on in the garage,amazing soft quiet closure,great warranty,motion lights that come on when you enter the garage(no more leaving the garage lights on, running up my electric bill :),outside key pad with code for both sides of the garage to open it,ability to open/close the garage as well as lots of other techy stuff you can do from your phone & key pads inside the garage show time, date & weather.When I say Cadillac, it has all the bells & whistles.Mark installed the openers & Zack helped program everything especially my car opener.I could not have gotten better service...FIRST CLASS job by a very professional team with GREAT energy.Definitely use Always Garage Doors for your garage door needs.You won't be disappointed :)

Yelp5First service completed in 9/19. TOTAL SERVCE & PRICE SATISFACTION !!!!! Past 5 days started having motor problems opening & closing the garage door. Called Mark Tuesday morning & explained the problem. He directed me the solution which resulted in 5 minutes of work. From the East Coast & reside full time in Scottsdale, I have never experienced the HONESTY & EXPERT TECHNICAL QUALITIES of any contractor that serviced our home. The bottom line - Mark could have optioned to service the door & receive a fee !!!!!

Google5Mark and his boys always do a great job for us. They replaced springs for us 6 years ago and we just called them when our 22 year old opener wouldn't lift the door anymore. He gave us a noon - 3pm slot on Sunday and Bennett called 20 minutes prior and arrived right at noon. They gave us a good price on replacing the opener, two remotes, outdoor keypad, and inside button. It took Bennett less than two hours and he even cleaned out our garage floor with a blower when he was done. I'd highly recommend Mark and Always Open Garage Doors.

Google5Wow! Just wow! We called based in their google reviews and we are so happy we did! Their team came out in about an hour and just the nicest two technicians ever. They were near and so very pleasant to talk with. Honest, absolutely! They could easily have sold me a garage door because they knew I was stressed and ready to spend the money. That said, they explained there was no rush just budget for it next year and fixed it for under $200. I am so glad we found them and will use them for sure when we replace it in a year or so. Thank you for a great job!

Angi5We were very happy with our service from Always Open. We were able to schedule a service call within a couple days of contacting them; Zach arrived during the scheduled two-hour window. He explained the needed repairs and the options for repairing vs. replacing the garage door. He was able to complete the work quickly that evening and our garage door is running very smoothly now. I will definitely call them again in the future if we need repairs or replacement of our garage door. Services Rendered: A couple panels on our garage door were starting to buckle and crack.

Google5We could not be more pleased with the experience we had replacing our garage doors with Always Open Garage Door company. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could. We had the pleasure of working with Zach through the whole project. He was very knowledgeable, professional, tidy and extremely hard working. The first time we met with him he came over at 7:30 PM after a full work day. He was so honest and informed us that he could repair the double door that I had backed into from inside the garage, even though two rollers were popped out of the track and the door itself was warped. When we decided that we would rather replace the doors we compared pricing between 4 companies and decided to work with Always Open. It was a great choice. Zach helped us pick quality doors that achieved our goals of increasing efficiency (by using insulated doors), and improving the curb appeal of our home. They doors are amazingly quiet and operate very smoothly. Because the doors are finished on both sides the inside of the garage stays cleaner. We have windows down the sides of the doors with obscured glass that allows for complete privacy but does allow light in which makes it possible to work in the garage without lights on during the day. The doors were a great investment. Working with Always Open was a pleasure. They delivered quality for a fair price. They also delivered an unusually high level of service in this day and age. We recommend that you use them for all your garage door needs. We are sure you will be as pleased as we were.

Google5After a quick, friendly greeting on a late afternoon I was promptly informed that we could schedule an appointment for later that evening. They arrived on time which is always nice. After assessing the condition of our garage door from the inside it was quickly determined that we had a broken spring. They educated me on the options available and how long it would take to repair. Within an hour they had the spring repaired as well as a quote on repairing the entire garage door unit. Though we aren't in the market for a completely new setup I know where we'll be going when we do. Great service. Educational and professional. I highly recommend A Always Open Garage Doors.
