Yelp5These are the guys to use! Tanner came in with tools ready to tension my springs- which is all I needed. No up sell gimmicks or unnecessary parts. Price was very realistic and fair for what I needed. Tanner was very professional in his manner (even addressed me as sir- very naturally- his Mama raised him right! ). Highly recommend Apex.

Yelp5We called Apex because of their stellar ratings here on YELP. And we found out why they have earned 5 stars. Our wall mounted garage door opener stopped working. The remote openers work fine. The repairman gave us the option of spending $700 for a new opener system or taking out the wall mounted opener and hanging a portable remote in its place for the time being. Since we have had a rash of costly maintenance repairs recently, we opted for the temporary solution. You can be sure when the permanent fix is in the budget, we will be calling Apex. Thank you so much for being amazing.

Yelp5The service at Apex Garage Door and repair really deserves a 10 star rating. Everyone at Apex is super friendly, helpful and fast. We replaced a garage door with Apex and they helped us to pick a color that closely matched our old color as we live in an association that can be picky about such things. Install occurred exactly as they said it would (Justin, thank you) and because I am a snowbird they were accommodating as to my time frame (Thank you front office and Quinn). The pricing was reasonable and again compared to some recent encounters with other service people and their pricing this is hands down the best option to use in the Scottsdale area. And the garage door quality was exactly as described. Thank you Apex.

He was on time, helpful, and honest. He did an excellent job installing new springs and bearings for our garage door. Very reasonably priced as well. We are very satisfied with their service. Angi5Had a spring break on the garage door over the weekend. Called and left a message at Apex. Even though it was a holiday Quinn returned our call within 2 hrs. He quoted us a price and said the would be there the next day. The next day they actually showed up early! It was awesome! No extra charges or fees. Fixed fast and done right. Angi5Awesome. Quinn is a professional and knows his stuff. He quickly evaluated and diagnosed the motor issue on a 2002 Genie. The springs, cables and pullies he replaced are all working great. Services Rendered: Replace the broken garage door spring, evaluate the garage door opening motor.

Angi5Right after the order was placed we received a wonderful followup call from Melissa, who handles the appointments. She suggested a time that was not convenient for us and accommodated our request for service. Today, March 29, 2019 their technician Ryan, visited our house and provided the service that was promised. He examined the door and the motor and told me the quality of each. One of the things I especially liked was that he didn't try to sell me something. He advised me about the working parts and gave me some things to pay attention to. He was efficient, had great customer skills and was very professional. I would consider Apex, first, and especially Ryan for any service regarding our garage door.
