I called because I was having trouble with my wifi and the door. Joe came out and spent 15 minutes working on it. Then he gave me an 800 number to call to fix my problem. After that he charged me $85. When I made the initial call no one told me about $85 for service call. Otherwise I would not had them come out. I called to complain about it and the person I talked to wasn't helpful at all, and actually kinda rude. So anyway I will call another company next time I need help.

One of the springs on my garage door broke and needed replacing. This company was selected through my home warranty company. I called in a service request on a Friday night, and they had me scheduled for the following Wednesday. They notified me via text when they were on their way and had a method for me to track where the driver was. He arrived when he said he would and within the window. He quickly observed the issue and got to work fixing it; in and out in under 40 mins. Let me garage clean. I'm not sure how much it cost since my warranty company paid for the replacement.

Great company and staff! The product is reasonably priced and the install was professional and the tech was polite! They did what they said they'd do and kept me informed throughout the whole process of selection, installation and removal of replaced door. You won't go wrong using this company!

I had had issues with my garage opener and my warranty company sent out Reliable Garage to fix it, their tech was rude and unprofessional and the job he did I don't know where anyone would find that acceptable, so when I called my warranty company and complained as I have had more issues they sent out Design Array and a gentleman named Art. What a breathe of fresh air, communicative, friendly, and professional, he took the hillbilly looking disaster that Reliable had left me and made it perfect again. If I ever have garage door problems in the future, warranty company or not, I know I'll be calling them

Our garage door opener stopped working, and it was mid afternoon. Calling Design Array Garage Store was the best decision! They had an excellent technician, Michael, arrive in about an hour. The opener was very old, so we decided to have him install a new one. He was finished in less than an hour, and programmed our car's button and the outer key pad. We couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you!!

Would never use again, I wish there were a zero star to select. First repair tech caused a second issue and refused to repair. Tech was rude, threatened to tear out all repairs and manager refused to get on the phone.

I am very happy with my new garage door. It's an absolute game changer. The initial salesman was very informative, and made me feel comfortable while I made my purchase. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. The installers were great. They knew what they were doing, knocked out the install in a timely manner, cleaned and wiped down the garage door from both sides, and were kind enough to ask me if I had any questions before they left. It went perfectly. They scheduled a convenient time, Art showed up as planned, and after I decided what to have done he completed it promptly. I have used Design Array before and they never fail to perform. Most companies see their service fall off over the years as the founder and original employees retire. New employees often don't have the same dedication. Not with Design Array. Every service tech that has ever come to our home has been outstanding. This is a top notch company. Services Rendered: These guys are great. Our garage door opener started to work intermittently with the remote controls. When I called, they had a good idea that it was the circuit board. The opener unit is 16 years old. When Art came to evaluate the situation, he confirmed that it needed a new board. With no pressure, he described a replacement of the board costing about $140, plus the service charge of $65, or a new unit at a price around $350. He was clear that it was my choice. I chose the repair not for the price, but to keep a dead unit out of the landfill.

Very good service. The scheduled us promptly, and did the work quickly. They included general lubrication and tightening bolts. These guys are great, time after time. I'm glad that I found them. Services Rendered: Garage door repair. Our garage door quit working one day, and Design Array Garage Door Store was able to come quickly. They originally began servicing our old garage door about 20+ years ago, and we bought this garage door from them several years ago. The original door on this house was heavy wood, and it was in bad shape. The new one has worked perfectly thousands of times. We are very happy with the door, and particularly Design Array. They have been out a couple of times to solve problems like when we backed into the door, and they have gone above required service every time. Their price has always been very fair.

I called in the morning to schedule an appointment based on a recommendation from a neighbor and rating by Angies list. They said they could come out by 2 pm the same day. Mike called 20 minutes prior to arrival. He quoted the price to us and based on the recommendation and same day service we agreed. Both springs were replaced, the whole system was checked out and rollers sprayed. Mike explained how we can do some maintenance ourselves and gave us a lifetime guarantee on the springs. We felt the price was reasonable, Mike was knowledgeable and professional and efficient. We would recommend this company based on this experience with them. They installed a Heritage 1000 16 x 7ft 24 gauge garage door(4 panels). The technician showed up at the appointed time, was courteous and efficient. He cleaned up the area after the installation. The price was less than another estimate I had gotten from another company for a door that was made from a thinner gauge steel. The paint color was a close match to the original door so I did not need to repaint it. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door, rollers, door seals and springs.

He was also able to schedule the installation for the next morning allowing us to keep our plans. Josh called as he was running a little late which wasn?t a problem for us. He arrived and went to work, he was knowledgeable and gave me an honest assessment of my door and didn?t try to sell me something I thought I needed but didn?t.
