Definitely would recommend! Saved me literally thousands of dollars. Received 2 estimates, 1 from A1 Garage and 1 from Diamond Garage. A1 totally tried to rip me off and also tried to play me. Mike was so quick and was able to do everything through phone/text. They came out and knocked it out so quick and the work was awesome. Extremely happy with Diamond Garage, thank you guys!

So I am unsure how I found Mike to begin with a few years back. Prob here on yelp as usual. Anyways... new place needed a new garage door as previous person had dented the door and warped the opener rig systems. I recall the experience being very pleasant and easy peasy. I should have left a review then! Sorry I did not. Alas... many years later I made the dumb mistake of leaving a 6' ladder against the garage door side rail. Stupid. Never imagined I would forget it was there and close the door on it. Yep. I did. Jumped the whole door up off the rails. Ugh. Well this was almost dark and I was in a panic. No way I wanted to leave the door open all night full of tools and equipment!!! Looked on that door and there was that old school little sticker showing me who was here last!!! I figured it was worth a shot to call and try! Happily they were still in business and the fella could come out right away and fix it and I could sleep with a closed garage door and peace of mind. Actually remembered Mike as soon as he came and was pleased to recall it def was a good previous experience. As well, this one was A+ too. He fixed it fast and efficient and was on his way. Me, still kicking myself in the butt for such a a dumb mishap. There was a fee of course for late night emergency service. I found that to be very fair considering he was probably pulled away from his dinner at a moments notice. Thanks Mike. Your personal touch and concern to your business dealings are noted. Very happy customer. I would highly recommend to everyone.

We've been using Mike at Diamond Garage Door for 15 years. From an entirely new door and opener install to spring replacements and door maintenance, he's simply the best! Always early or on time for appointments and is one of the most personable guys you'll ever meet. Our most recent visit from him on the 6th was due to our 15 year old opener not working properly. Well, as things usually go, it worked completely fine for him when he adjusted the open / close settings. Even though I had told him that we needed a new opener, he said the current one appeared to be fine and he'd leave it up to us. I figured we got our use out of it and asked for the new one to be installed anyway. Install was quick and professional looking, after he cleaned up, you couldn't even tell he was there. Mike took his time to go over all of the updated features with the new opener and set everything up for us before he left. Awesome work! If you need anything garage door related, hit them up! You won't be disappointed!

We definitely called the right place this time! Our garage door was only partially opening with the door opener. I had called another company months ago and was charged $60 just for the visit & then was quoted hundreds of dollars for the repair, which was a recommendation to replace the entire motor. This time around, we were charged an extremely fair price for the problem to actually be fixed - our garage door now works perfectly & we didn't have to replace anything! This is definitely the place to call for excellent customer service next time the garage door acts up.

On time. Excellent service. Fair price. I'm not sure how best to describe my experience. I'm from a smaller Midwestern town and it's not easy finding service in Phoenix where the technicians care about the work they perform. Mike does. I had a door cable that jumped the spool and it was fixed. Oiled all hinges and adjusted the down force of the door which caused the problem in the first place. Highly recommended.

Sometimes it's hard to tell how good a company is until something goes wrong. We had a commercial door installed at my carpet cleaning company. Everything went great from the quote to the installation. Good communication and good service. Unfortunately, the chain pull on the door has given us issues. FORTUNATELY, this is a top-notch company that responded quickly to my complaints and fixed the issues, even though it was a year after we did the installation of the door. Great customer service.

Next Morning service.... Showed the problem to us and instead of trying to sell us a bunch of stuff we did not need... He just fixed it with a minimum of product and service.. There are some bad apples in this business like any other. Mike was a true pro... Glad He put his sticker on my garage door... He will be the guy I call...
