Yelp5If I could rate them a million stars I would! They are superior in customer service! They communicate which is almost nonexistent today but not with this company! They are beyond honest! Google5Triple B came out to fix the side gate for our backyard. The gate needed to be readjusted. They came highly recommended by multiple people in our neighborhood and didn't disappoint! High quality work, very friendly and reasonable pricing. They even took the time to show me and explain everything that they did to fix the gate when they were done with the work. Highly recommend!

Google5I couldn't be happier with Triple B Garage Doors and Gates. Everyone there from the tech to the person who answer the phone were very professional. To top it off, unlike some other garage door company, they do not try to rip you off. They are very affordable.

Google5Triple B provided unparalleled service on my 2 garages. I ordered doors to replace my builder grade originals and new openers as well. From my first contact Roderick was a true professional and kept me informed. Part of my order included special order parts so the lead time was longer. Roderick kept me informed along the way and once the hardware arrived he jumped right in getting it scheduled.

Google5Thrilled with the work triple B did for us. Janek came out within just a couple of hours ON A SATURDAY and did the necessary evaluating. They were able to track down the replacement panel quickly (despite no sticker on the door) and were here again within a few days to finish the job.

BBB5From calling to getting my garage door back on track, Triple B was AWESOME! ***** was timely and courteous during the the repair. He answered all my questions and refused to leave till everything was perfect including adjusting rails and lubrication of the door mechanism. I knew I would be very satisfied with this company, they came out several years ago and replaced the spring, they were great then and haven't forgotten how to treat their customer. Google5I contacted Triple B Garage Doors on a Friday, and they were here Monday for the free estimate. Rusty figured out the problem quickly, and took care of everything the same day. He serviced the garage door and found an issue we weren't even aware of. I appreciated how thorough he was. Very professional. He made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Google5We were very pleased with our interaction with Triple B Garage Doors & Gates from start to finish. I contacted them and mentioned that the controller card on my garage opener unit was failing. I spoke to Roderic who ran me through several scenarios possibly resolving the issue and saving cost. Assessing the the information given the controller was fried. They scheduled a rep to replace my garage opener the following day. Janek arrived promptly at the stated time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked steadily and installed a completely new unit in the time indicated. I would highly recommend Triple B Garage Doors & Gates for the quality of its product, customer service, professional technicians, and reasonable pricing.

Yelp5Triple B are my go-to guys for garage door issues. My house is of an age where original equipment is starting to wear out, break and needs to be replaced. I've used Triple B three times now on such things as broken springs and garage door opener replacements. Each time they have been quick to respond and schedule me (once scheduled same day). Their pricing is fair and their service people have all been extremely polite, professional and respectful.

Google5Very impressed and pleased with the work done... second time we used, recently we had a garage door fail/blow in - in the large recent storms. One of the owners answered the call well after hours and scheduled us in for the next day. We needed a new door, they were able to find a great match at a reasonable price, installing it quickly. No pressure or strange tactics at all, very transparent and easy to work with. Would recommend and use again!

Angi5Big oops - closed garage door before car was pulled forward enough! One call to Roderic and his partner came immediately to get the damaged door closed and secure. They get an A+ for responsiveness! They special ordered the exact door we wanted and had it installed four days later. Excellent job: removed the old door and all old material; installed the new door, the trim and left the area neat and clean. Not only was Triple B fast and efficient, the price for the door and complete installation was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Triple B and will call them for any garage door or gate work. Services Rendered: Secure the damaged garage door and then replace with a new one.
