One of the two springs on our garage door broke, so I called Citywide Garage door. I spoke with a nice gal named Coleen around 12:30p and she said they'll have a technician get in touch with me. Paul (real nice guy) called me around 1:20p and said he's be right over. Paul showed up replaced both springs since the other one was about to go too. He lubed and checked everything over and tested the door making sure everything's was operating properly. From the time I called 12:30p to 2:30p the job was completed and professionally done. Excellent service & customer service all the way around...! The price was very reasonable too... Thanks City Wide...! You have a great team... I highly recommend these folks any day...!

Got my 25 year old garage door opener replaced today and I couldn't be happier! The opener is so much better than what is available retail or online, and the installation is professional. Paul also adjusted and lubricated the garage door and its tracks, and walked me through operating it with the wall button, keypad, remote and phone app. He also left my garage cleaner than when he started. They should get 10 stars. I am very impressed with this local company and their employees!

Citywide answered their phone when I called, provided a prompt and reasonable quote, answer my questions efficiently and quickly via email and then did an on-time and fantastic installation. I cannot say enough good things about Citywide Garage Door and Service. The customer service was great starting with the receptionist who was very helpful and took down everything I shared about my garage door problem. The technicians were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, very diligent and took the time to explain the repair in terms I could understand. The owner Sean, goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive. I highly recommend this company.

We had a garage door for about 15 years in our house that started not closing. I had Citywide referred from a friend that said they were the best in Pittsburgh. I gave them a call to discuss the issue I was having. They quickly got back to me and organized a time to come out and investigate the door. The next day, at the scheduled time, Nicco called me and said he would be there in 15 minutes. He did a great job of troubleshooting the door issue and fixed the issue. Approximately 2 months later the door was acting up again. I called and the next day Paul came out to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue as the door rubbing on some weather striping and fixed it. This company is extremely professional, timely, and friendly. I never feel like they are trying to upsell you. If you have any garage door needs this is the one and only place to call.<br /> <br /> <br />

We just hired Citywide to fix the garage door at my boyfriend's property and are very pleased. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very nice and was able to accommodate my schedule and get me in the next morning. The young man who came to fix the garage door was very polite and explained everything in detail as to what he was fixing. He got the issue permanently fixed and did it in under an hour so we were only charged for the service call which was awesome because the same problem happened last year. We are very pleased and would highly recommend! Thank you Citywide!!

I called early one cold winter morning and explained that I was unable to close my garage door due to the incident described above. Within 2 hours they arrived and fixed the problems listed and only charged me $100. Services Rendered: garage door failed to open the entire way and my wife backed into it. multiple hinges needed replaced and spring needed adjustment.

I contacted Citywide one morning after my wife accidently backed into our garage door while exiting with the car. Because I was unable to close the door and it was quite cold that day, I needed attention right away. The people at Citywide worked me into that day's schedule and a repair man arrived at 9:30 am. He replaced multiple hinges and reattached the cable to the pulley. He then used his saws-all to cut away the metal braces that had caused the cable to come off the pulley. All work was completed in less than 45 minutes and I was only charged $100 for the work. I am completely happy with the job he did and I would feel very comfortable referring this company to everyone. Services Rendered: Garage door repair.

I contacted Citywide Garage Doors for a estimate. I received a call back that same day. Ken stopped at our house while we were at work to measure our door and take a look. He left material for us to look at for the style and type of door we wanted. We decided over the weekend what we would like. I emailed Ken with a couple different options we had in mind. I received a estimate that same day for the three different options. Ken called after the email was sent and we discussed the three options we had asked about. That week we stopped to look at sample doors they have in their location. They also told us of a few houses in our area that have the door color (wood look door) that we were interested in. That week we had our contract in hand and our new door was ordered. Up to this point we had been extremely happy with the service and help of everyone we had spoken to. Everyone was professional, pleasant and very helpful. I emailed them about a week or so later to set up the installation so we could plan accordingly to take off of work. Again we had no problems with setting up a day that was good for us. Paul was the gentlemen that did our installation. He went above and beyond to install our new door. He was also very professional, pleasant and helpful. Once he was done he cleaned up the area very well. He took the time to explain everything that we needed to know, as well as some tips to keep our door running smoothly for years to come. Overall we were very satisfied with the door and the great customer service the company provided. Services Rendered: remove old garage door, install a new door with decorative hardware and reconnected existing opener.
