Google5The two technicians - Spencer and John - were able to come out same-day and repair my snapped garage door torsion spring. They were prompt, professional, and considerate. In addition to doing excellent work, they were very respectful of my napping daughter just above where they were working. She didn't lose a wink of sleep and woke up to a garage we could use again.

Google5John, Tim and another gentleman came out to replace our garage doors. They worked meticulously and professionally to give us the finished look and style that we had contracted for. Prices were fair compared to other companies. We will definitely recommend this company to other perspective buyers.

Google5Since I called on a Sunday, I assumed I would be leaving a message; however, Dave answered the phone immediately. He was just so pleasant & kind...schedulled my appointment for Monday afternoon. Matt called me to inform me they were on their way & were very punctual. Matt & Vinny were so very nice & after conversing with me, went directly to work installing my new garage door opener. They were efficient, most knowledgeable & did a great job! After installation, Matt took time to explain the operation of the opener & patiently answered any questions I had. This is truly a 5-star company & I highly recommend them. Google5Outstanding customer service and very reasonably priced. Torsion spring broke on my garage door which is over 70 years old. The manufacturer has been out of business for years. Amazingly, they had a replacement in stock and fixed it within hours.

Google5Amazing! We got estimates from 4 different garage door companies. These guys had the best price for the same exact doors and warranties. Very efficient, diligent and respectful installation guys. We are thrilled with our new garage doors. Highly recommend going with Dave Giel for your garage doors.

Google5Excellent service! These guys were great. Our spring broke on our door at 5:30pm and they were at my house the following morning just as they informed the night before. John was very professional and had the job complete in less than 30 minutes. He replaced the spring and lubricated everything for half the price as the first quote I received. Thank you guys for running a friendly and honest business.

Google5Returned phone call promptly, arrived promptly, repaired my broken spring promptly. They were honest, professional, courteous and knowledgable. They went above and beyond by tightening up my motor and fixing the light on it free of charge. I will, without a doubt, call them again when I need garage door service!

Angi5Called the office to get an estimate and the woman was very pleasant and helpful (unlike the other Giel we contacted). She put us on the schedule immediately. Dave arrived when scheduled and was very nice to work with and very efficient. He even swept my garage floor before he left! He explained everything about what he had done and answered questions. Angi5I gave Dave a call, explained what happened and he arrived quicker than expected. He made the repairs and got the door working again. I highly recommend Dave as he has been taking care of our garage doors for over 20 years now. That speaks for itself. Always the same consistent, prompt, professional service. Services Rendered: Sunday morning, went to open the garage door and the cable snapped. In trying to disconnect the manual arm, that broke too. There was no way to get the garage door opened.

I probably could have had this done for less, but I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the work that was done. And he did it on a Saturday to boot!
