Angi5They were the first (and only) company to contact me directly and leave both a voicemail and text. The voicemail was professional and I got a good feeling right from there. I called them back a couple hours later and they quoted me a price based on the information I gave them. They scheduled me for the same day just a couple hours later. I fully expected when they arrived to do the work that there would be some “additional issues” that would require more parts, labor, and money but the price they quoted was exactly what I paid and the work they predicted was exactly what they did. I told them I had a broken spring and I wasn’t sure if anything else was damaged or worn. Most companies would take advantage of that statement and find a way to charge more money for something. Fortunately, that didn’t happen. I am satisfied with the price I paid for the service I received both from a parts and labor standpoint and from a customer service standpoint. Friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Services Rendered: I had a broken spring on one garage door. Prior to the spring breaking, the door was jerky going up and down. They replaced both springs and the jerking issue and also inspected the other door for issues. $139 for labor and $100 for parts (2 springs).

Google5I can't recommend these guys enough. I have had them out to our home a few times. They replaced our garage door springs, and have been out twice since for some minor tweaks. I called this company after another company didn't show for a service appointment. I am consistently able to get same or next day appointments. Each technician that has come out has been punctual and polite. They also always strive to provide reasonable prices and options.

Angi5Emergency door services are exceedingly professional and did a great job removing and replacing my 2 garage doors. Other than having to wait 4 months to receive the new doors- thank you supply chain issues-2 installers arrived at 8:30AM and by 1:15 both doors installed and working - including new openers. I have an old house with walls that aren’t all straight- after 2 days- one of the doors was having issues with a tensioning cable- I called and they sent one of the original installers back the next day- he fixed the issue with the cable tensioners. They are organized - pay attention to details- have a good variety of doors to choose from- very professional and totally worth the money. I saw an immediate reduction in heat loss and wind in my garage with the new doors. 4 months later I still think the new garage doors were a fabulous investment Services Rendered: Garage door replace and install new doors

Yelp5I have used Emergency Door Services twice--once to repair the sensor on a garage door several months ago and now to replace two garage door openers. One of my garage door openers had a wire that had ripped in half and caused the door to not open and close properly. On a Saturday, I called and emailed Emergency Door Services to obtain an estimate and to set up an appointment to do the repair (NOT an emergency situation). Within a couple of hours, the cheerful-sounding employee Ray replied to me and said that a service technician would call me to set up an appointment. On Sunday, the service technician called me and said that he would arrive at my house on Monday to do the repair. On Monday, the service technician arrived at my house on time. I think that his name was George, and he had a nice personality. He said that splicing together the wire did not fix the problem and that I needed to completely replace my old garage door opener with a new one. He recommended that I purchase either a LiftMaster or a Chamberlain garage door opener with a belt drive. I went on a home improvement store's website to find a new garage door opener, and then I emailed the link to Ray to get his opinion about the quality. Ray replied that the product looked good, so I bought it, and Ray set up an appointment for another service technician to install two garage door openers. (We decided to replace both rather than just one so they matched.) The next day, the service technician Greg showed up at my house on time. Greg also had a nice personality. He said that the installation of the two garage door openers would take 1.5 hours or so and would cost $280 ($140 each). When he had completed the installation, he showed me how to program my numeric codes into the keypads and how to use the up and down switches, lights, and remote controllers. The two garage doors opened and closed smoothly and easily. He also reminded me to fill out the warranty cards.

Google5Great experience: affordable and quality doors We've done A LOT of home projects everything from the roof, gutters, new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, hot water tank-- you name it, we replaced it. Of all the contractors we worked with, Emergency Door Services was by far the best. They were extremely prompt to meet with us, they helped us design the best replacement door for our needs. They also helped educate us on the types of doors we could order without up-selling something we didn't need. When our doors were ready for install they called us and scheduled our install quickly (even though they had a lot of installs to balance). I can't say enough about this company. I've already recommended them to a few friends and would recommend Emergency Door Services to anyone.

Google5We used Emergency Door Services initially for a problem we had with our garage door opener. The problem was solved quickly and at a reasonable cost. We then decided to purchase an insulated garage door from EDS which was installed today. This company provides services on-time! Their work is impeccable. The installer was very friendly and competent. Highly recommended and at a good price.

Emergency Door Services responded immediately and within 2 hours Woody arrived and solved our problem. He was efficient and went out of his way to explain our problems. Yelp5I had a really good experience with Emergency Door Services! I called on a Monday, and they were able to send someone out on Wednesday. I knew something was wrong with my garage door but didn't know what. The technician, Ray, was who i talked to on the phone and also who came out. He was punctual, professional, and super friendly. It took him only a few minutes to find out the problem. My garage door was fixed in less than an hour! I would highly recommend Emergency Door Services!!

They called me the next day and I had a Technician come out at my house within the hour. The technician (Sorry I cant remember his name) did all the measurements and was kind and courteous. About a week later I received a call stating that my custome garage door has is ready and we scheduled an installation for Jan. 30th. Well it snowed that day and the technician still arrived on time, introduced himself (Paul) and explained what he was going to do then went to work. The whole installation was professionally done and Paul made sure I was completely satisfied with with the installation. He made sure that I understood how to properly operate my garage door, (will be getting an opener soon) and cleaned up everything he needed to. I suggest using Emergency door services as the staff are very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend them again.

They needed to come twice and I was very impressed with both service men. Woody was the one who made sure that I had the right equipment and took the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciated . Yelp5I strongly disagree with the other person who said it was bad. I received service right away. The phone was answered right away, they worked with my busy schedule for the instillation date, and it has been about 8 mouths since my door was installed and the door is still running like new. The whole reason I made this account was to give this amazing company kudos for their work. I highly recommend this company to you over any other company.
