I give Sampson a 5 star. Very professional. I needed service on my garage door. Called Sampson first thing in the morning,explained my situation. Was quoted over the phone. By 3pm a professional came and replaced my 26 year old opener. Replaced with new,also made sure all other parts to my door was in good working condition I highly recommend Sampson Garage Door.

Josh reinstalled our garage door that had to be removed for repairs to the garage. Was a standard $375 to have the door taken down and $375 to have it reinstalled. He was on time, extremely kind, and a hard worker. Despite the cold temperatures he was very positive and very thorough. Answered all of my questions and the garage works like a charm. He even cleaned the area after the installation was complete. Recommend Samson for all your garage door needs!

I love Samson Garage Doors and that includes Sam, his crew, and Shelly who mans the office. Hats off to Shelly who hung in there providing all the quotes I requested, while I made up my mind!! I got my much-needed new door 2 years ago. I initially got the black handles in the middle and just recently added the decorative hinges. I think it's gorgeous :0) The guys worked in the freezing cold on a Sunday to do the installation and never complained. I was one of the small percent of customers who needed little shields around the sensors, to deflect the sun from hitting them and confusing the door! Sam addressed it right away. Not only is he a super nice guy, he's genuine and honest and for being young, he's also a good businessman. He takes great pride in his work and truly wants his customers to be happy. I've attached a picture of my original old door and 2 of the new one. What a difference - Look at that curb appeal!

Garage tension spring broke and the door was inoperable. Samson was very prompt and had a tech (Mike) dispatched in a timely manner. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and was able to repair the problem. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and was able to answered all questions. In addition, he gave a price quote before he started. Furthermore, he was very neat and made sure that he removed all the old materials / debri. I called Samson Door about a week ago to see about new garage doors for my home. Sam came Tuesday 11/07/2023 and gave me a quote. The price was great so agreed to have them install the doors. I figured it would be a few months until they installed them, however the put me on the schedule for Thursday 11/09/2023. The work is great and the doors look great. The install guy (can't remember his name) kept me up to date on the processes of the installation. Could not be more happy with my choose to use Samson Door.

After paying $17,000 for garage doors from Samson Garage Doors, the experience was fraught with issues with no communication unless pressed. Drywall was cut for rail installation and left unrepaired. The terms of the contract potentially void our warranty for the repairs of the drywall that we will have to perform now to bring our garage back to its original condition. They also demanded a 50% deposit which violates Pennsylvania law, raising questions about the company's financial practices. The doors were installed misaligned to our home's frame to compensate for settling, leaving a visible gap, undermining the insulation that we sought out with these door. Additionally, there was a notable gender bias in communications, with the owner preferring to speak to my husband. Lastly, the new doors produce a grinding noise, which the owner dismisses as normal, but indicates a possible defect. Overall, the service and outcome were unacceptable for the price and expectations set.

I called them for a tuneup of the garage because it was making a lot of noise. The service was competent, prices were fair, value was good, and they found and corrected a major problem with broken torsion bar springs. They replaced it with a standard spring assembly. Highly recommend them.

Samson always deserves 5 stars. They're quick, efficient and affordable. Mike did my latest install...they responded to my service request right away and work was complete within a few hours. Shelly in the office always handles things with urgency...and the owner Sam, is friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Samson is always my go to garage repair people...and they never let me down.

Our garage door cable snapped a couple of days ago and I was calling around but couldn't find a company to come out. Today 3 companies came out and the first 2 where so expensive and told me it couldn't be repaired. Samson Doors was waiting for the 2nd company to leave and then Josh from Samson Doors pulled in right after. Josh went over all the same things the other 2 companies did, but he said that he could fix the door and he had everything on the truck to take care of my garage door. Josh explained everything about the pricing and Samsons price was $500 cheaper than both companies. I never go on Yelp, but Josh from Samson Doors is 5 stars in my book. Also, the office workers were the best at scheduling a same day appointment at 4pm. Josh was in my driveway at 4:30 and gone by 6:40.

Simply the best customer service experience I have had in any industry. Scheduled an assessment within 24 hours on my call. Mike arrived on time and was super professional, answered every question and , MOST importantly, was honest. Their prices were very reasonable for a good quality door replacement The door I chose was in stock and installed within 3 days. Mike assessed the door opener still had some years of operation remaining saving me hundreds of dollars. The installation itself was about half a day. Work area was cleaned perfectly and they took the old door with them. Great job in every aspect of your business but your customer care, honesty and your teamwork definitely give you a health edge on the competition

This company installed my garage door a little over 3 yrs ago. At that time their response time was excellent. They seemed to have really great customer service. They were prompt and efficient. I called them recently because my garage door will not open with the automatic opener. The woman who answered the phone said she had no one who could service the call and she would call back. That never happened. I left two messages on two different phone numbers No response from Samson, even the next day. I guess they're only interested in installing expensive garage doors even though they're website says they do repairs. I finally found a local company who actually answered their phone and have many yrs in the business. Excellent customer service will bring in and retain customers more than price. Apparently this company has abandoned that business goal somewhere along the line.

I hired Samson Garage Doors to replace 2 garage doors. On 08/17, 2 technical people came and installed both garage doors. Before they left, I was told another person would seal the garage door frame with caulking very shortly. But in past 20 days, this person never showed up. I called customer service three times and was told the same thing, another person would come and finish the job shortly. The truth is this person never comes. how can it take 20 days for a very tiny caulking job. the garage doors are good,but the service is terrible. Services Rendered: Replace 2 garage doors

The service went very well. The only complaint I have is that the service person did not wear a mask. It is my hope that maybe he had some medical issue as to why he did not wear a mask. I am a health professional and so when someone in a business does not wear a mask, it makes me wonder why they are not following CDC guidelines. Granted the garage is outside and I wore my mask to protect him just wondering why he did not wear one. Otherwise, the service went very well and I would use them again.
