Google5I was experiencing problems with my garage door and called Spartan Garage Doors for assistance. I could tell this was a top-notch company from the time I made the call. The guy who answered the phone was courteous and helpful, and they were able to book a technician to come to my home the same day. The technician came on time and was highly professional. He swiftly identified the issue and described what needed to be done to resolve it. The repair was finished on schedule, and the total cost was precisely what was quoted to me. I was really satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism offered by Spartan Garage Doors, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to others . Thank you.

Google5First of all, I would highly recommend Spartan Garage Door ... I had a problem with my garage door, it felt like the whole thing was going to collapse. I called them up and they fixed the issue in no time. David is really a nice and highlly skilled guy. He was able to take care of my home on short notice, diagnose and fix the issue in no time at all, which has relieved a huge chunk of stress that I was feeling. I appreciate his work!

Google5This Company deserves the business!!! I found Spartan Garage Doors on Google this morning. When I called I was quite impressed with the courtesy of the woman who took my call. She was very efficient in her questioning and very professional. She told me David would call me within a couple of minutes and he did! (Impressive since a lot of times you never get called back ). David told me he would be at my place between 3-6 pm and he would call me to let me know he was on his way. He called around 2:45 to let me know! (Impressed again - did exactly what he said he would do ) David explained the problem and let me know what he would do to fix it and ... DONE!! This was the first time I used this Company and I will definitely use them again. (Just as a side note ... another company I called before Spartan told me no one could come out until January 16th and if I didn't want to wait that long to call someone else.) This is why I am sending this review because excellent customer service, professionalism and manners go a long way with me! Highly recommend Spartan hands down. Thank you David!

Google5Top to bottom, an incredible company and highly recommended! Their pricing is fair, their work is great, their response is quick, and I haven't had to worry about a single thing since they came and fixed two issues with my garage door. David is super knowledgeable and detail oriented too! An amazing person who is not only great at what he does, but trustworthy and a real gem. You can't go wrong calling on Spartan.

Google5David installed our new garage doors and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and cleaned up after he finished the job. We reached out to a few different companies and he got back to us and was able to install them the soonest. The price was very competitive and the product was superior to the others according to reviews. Now that we have Chamberlain openers with Wi-Fi, we couldn't be more pleased with how quiet and sleek they are. I highly recommend Spartan for garage doors!

Yelp5Fantastic service and great work. This is my 2ND REVIEW since Yelp deleted my first one from a year ago without permission or authorization. When all my contractors fail, this one comes through. Dont try the others call Spartan first.

Google5I don't leave reviews unless I have an exceptional experience. I learned more about sensors, remotes and garage door openers in 10 minutes with David than in 26 years of home ownership. I've watched my fair share of youtube videos trying to troubleshoot the opener. My husband spent 1/2 a day on it. TBH we probably made a super simple problem worse. I am kicking myself for putting off what turned out to be a quick and simple (for David) service call for so long. I'm embarrassed to admit how many months we walked to and from the car to the wall mount to open and close the garage door. I also appreciated that David tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone to save us both time and money before coming to the house. What an easy, pleasant and affordable transaction. Don't live with a malfunctioning garage door one day longer.

Google5My double garage door had not been lowered in 20 years. Called Spartan and he came by at the end of his workday to take a look. Dave (?) spent an hour working through his dinner break to get my door operational, replacing parts he had on his truck. He was friendly, professional and obviously knew his stuff. The price he quoted at the end of the job was more than fair. On my experience, I would recommend him highly. Dave Simpson, 40 year resident of Crafton.

Angi5It went smoothly even though the original components were older. My house was built in 83 and the garage doors are solid wood(very heavy). He made sure everything fit properly and filed down any burrs. He tested the door to make sure it was balanced correctly for smooth operation. Not to mention I called today at 3:30 and they were at my house by 7. I would definitely recommend him again. Services Rendered: Needed a new spring installed.
