It sounded as if our garage door was about to jump out of the track!! Metal on metal screeching, wouldn't close all the way & the temps were dropping to the single digits. I called Pocono Garage Door hoping to get someone to come out within a couple of days & the young lady who answered the call asked "will anyone be home after 3:00 today"?! OMG yes!! The guys showed up on time & immediately got to work, explaining what they found & how they would fix it, along with the cost. An hour later they were done, they even installed the door sweep I had been meaning to put on at no extra cost.
