This company has gone above and beyond in service. I haven't received such great customer service in years! First, the receptionist was so accommodating in finding a time window in my crazy schedule. Then after setting a scheduled time, Mitch called me and offered to get a technician out right away so my garage door would work before my washer and dryer delivery that afternoon. Brandon showed up at my door and was fantastic. He was professional, kind and gave me his recommendations without making me feel pressure to do anything specific. I am so thankful for such an honest, professional, and friendly company. Great job! Thank you!

Man, this company knows its stuff. Very well done M & M. Setup was easy and they were timely with updates before getting here. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler at my condo and he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Didn't take long for him to figure out the issue and made the necessary repairs same day and was efficient. I would recommend Tyler and his company to anyone with garage door troubles. 5 stars!

M&M was nothing but the best! The salesman had many options while keeping in mind my budget. The doors came in quicker than I had expected and the install was quick and efficient! They answered all of my questions and were extremely patient! I can't believe how quiet they are! The insulated doors have made a huge difference with the temperature of my garage and garage entryway. We don't even mind being out there now! I would 100% recommend M&M Garage Doors to anyone! Job well done!

My technician Chris Richards was wonderful! He arrived earlier than expected, and completed the job rather quickly. This was my first time owning a property with a garage, and was naive about garage doors. Chris educated me on electric doors, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was very professional, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Especially to another female, because he explained everything in terms I could understand. Thank you for everything Chris!

Excellent service! Came out the same day to fix a spring. Also needed a few new panels on my garage door due to some damage. Back out 3 days later to install. Very efficient and both guys that came out were very friendly and efficient! Price was very reasonable also. Highly recommend!!

Great company. They came right out to assess some damage to our garage door. Alex was able to come back the very next day to repair it. Great experience! The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She had same day appointments available but unfortunately that didn't work for me so was able to give me the exact time frame I needed the next day. Alex was my technician. He arrived within the time frame and he was nice, polite and sociable. He said it would take 30 minuets to replace the broken springs on the garage door and that he would check everything and make sure it was all in working order as well as lubricant the moving parts. He was done in about 25 minuets! Our garage door now works beautifully and it's soooo much quieter than before! I would recommend M&M Garage Doors to anyone who wants prompt, professional, polite, quality work done on their garage door. I wish they repaired everything!!!!

After assessing the garage door system that was made and installed in the early 80s we decided to upgrade to a new system. Representative was cordial, helpful and professional. Gave advise on which brands and features to consider. Bought unit at a local home improvement store and company rep installed the unit and also adjusted current garage door tracks and springs. Repeated issues with the garage door opener, it would run for a few weeks, then stop working. I figured it was the sensors and that they needed to be replaced. Eric came and checked the sensors and found they were working fine. The problem was with the door, he made several adjustments and was able to get the unit working correctly. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I had used them in the past at a previous house and had similar experience. I would HIGHLY recommend for any service needed related to garage doors and openers. Services Rendered: Door would not close, figured it was a sensor, Eric came and looked over and made adjustments and got the unit working.
