Google5Had Chris and Ethan out today to replace two springs. Excellent customer service, and a top-quality job was completed in less than an hour. I'd call this company anytime. Highly recommended!!

Google5Taylor in the office was wonderful. She was the first one to return my voicemail from the night before during the power outage. I thought I broke the door when it slam down. I asked someone roughly what the quote would be after sending a picture and they gave me a rough estimate. When I told Taylor my issue, she gave me a price lower than the estimate. She was kind. She was able to give me a discount and send someone the same day. I said OK. A few hours later Mr. Gary came out and it ended up being a bearing and the tension rod. He was again polite, professional, and I would hire them again. He did a maintenance check and a tuneup on the other stuff and said I was good to go. I got a new updated sticker and I will not go anywhere else. I have no problem or hesitation referring this company, at least through this office with Taylor and Gary. Thank you both very satisfied customer.

Google5Kye the tech who fixed my garage door was great a real nice guy.and realy nos his stuff called me to let me no what time he would be at my home he was right on time replaced 2 large springs.and the price was good and fair i will always call superior garage doors in the future thank you so much for a great job. Yelp5Just had superior garage doors come out and fix the springs on my garage door. Not only did they come out within a few hours of my call, but only took about 40 minutes to fix the door but what I thought was a very reasonable price. Gary, who worked on the door was pleasant, and easy to work with. I would recommend superior garage doors to anybody looking for this type of service.

Yelp5After I accidentally destroyed my garage door, this was the only business that provided a written estimate. They were efficient, professional, and fast. The whole process was very easy. My new garage door looks awesome! I HIGHLY recommend this fantastic company! (Hope I don't need to call again)

Google5I worked for this company for 7 years before opening my own garage door company. Gary the owner taught me a lot over the years. I just thought it was worth mentioning that him and his company are worth giving a call when it comes to repair and installation. There's many over priced companies out there that take advantage of customers and what they actually need when it comes to making a purchase. He's one of the fair and honest companies out there that doesn't pay his workers commission to upsell a customer with material they don't need. Although I'm his competitor, I wish him and his team the best, and would trust them to work on my jobs if we ever got too busy to handle our schedule. Thanks Gary for being a mentor to me in my early years of this industry! You're a great person, with an honest heart, and excellent work ethic. That's rare in this industry.

Google5Excellent service. I called for an inquiry and they scheduled someone out the next day. Chris came out, fixed my door the same day and was gone within an hour. Super friendly & affordable service. Will highly recommend to anyone we know in need of any garage door repairs ect.

Google5It's rare that I immediately run to my computer to write a review after a job is done, but this is an exception. Superior Doors took a late call from me about a broken spring, scheduled service for the next day, were on time and did a great job. Chris was friendly, knowledgable, explained the job and did fantastic work. Excellent experience!

Google5Outstanding and very affordable same day service !!! Needed to have broken garage door torsion spring replaced (unable to open garage door) and my wife wasn't about to let me do the job secondary to the fear of something dangerous happening. So, with reluctance I contacted SUPERIOR and was very pleased with the quote and made an appointment for the same day. Gary, the service man and owner of the business showed up on time and was very personable. I appreciated his professionalism, quality service, willingness to answer questions and overall cordiality. I wish every transaction would run as smoothly as this one. I highly recommend Garage SUPERIOR Doors !

Google5Called Superior last night when the garage door spring failed and the cables came off the pulleys. They showed up next morning, made the necessary repairs and even serviced the second door at no cost. The service tech was courteous and very professional. The cost was very fair and less than local competitors. I wouldn't hesitate in using Superiors service again.

Yelp5Had a spring break on my garage door. I was able to get a quick appointment and everything worked out great. Chris wore a mask and was very professional. The repair was very reasonable and he gave me options when it comes time for a replacement as well. I've had my fair share of nightmare contractor stories as of lately, but Superior Garage door was a great experience all around!

Yelp5I had a builder that apparently didn't have a clue how to put up a garage door (It wasn't lined up right, the spring was backwards, etc. Long story!) and Superior was able to quickly and inexpensively get it fixed and working great! The two guys that came out to work on it were funny yet professional. Great job, great experience and will definitely work with again any time I have garage door issues, which hopefully won't be any time soon :)

Yelp5Spring on the door broke less than 24 hours ago and it's already fixed! The technician that came was very nice and fixed it quickly. Thanks to all attention he paid to detail, the door is A LOT quieter now! Love that I didn't have to spend the whole day waiting for someone. He called to inform me he was on the way and he arrived within 15 minutes. So glad this is done and now we can get on with our day. Thank you Superior Garage Doors!

Yelp1Be sure to save your receipt, wasn't willing to look for it on their end!! Unfortunately had a bad experience with Superior. They replaced a broken spring for us in the last 18 months, and it broke this past Monday evening. Called them right after it happened... when they called back, said it has a five year warranty, but only with a receipt. We couldn't find it (ok, yes, shame on us), but when we asked if they kept any records, they said yes, but could take a few hours to find it. Asked them if they would do that, and said they prefer not to, and that's why they state on their receipts it must be kept. This is where I would have expected a "don't worry, we will look into it, we want you to be happy" statement or something to show some customer service, but no. Informed them we have talked with other companies... they keep all their records electronically. You draw your own conclusion on what their desire is to take the time to keep a prior customer happy, and stand behind their product. I mentioned we had another company lined up, and asked if we should go with them. Sure, was the answer back. By the way, the company that came and did the work today, said there was "no way" the spring that they replaced was less than two years old. Hmmmm... you decide!

Yelp1My elderly mom and dad called them to come out. They said that they would be there in the afternoon. It is now 6:45 pm and they have not only not come out but not answered the phone call as to where they are! I don't think they need any ones business.
