Very happy with new metal doors with insulating foam core. They have a wide selection to choose from. Install was high quality work. Doors run very smoothly and no gaps. Garage door openers are very happy with the ease they open. Also, great customer service.
Had a great experience with an all About Doors. The metal spring of our garage door broke and Ryan was able to come out the next day and fix it within an hour. He offered different options and communicated the issue well. Highly recommed!
Ryan from All About Doors came this morning and quickly diagnosed the problem, did a complete inspection, advised me about preventative maintence, told what is likely to need replacing in the future and overall did a 5* job. I wouldn recommend this company to anyone. They installed the garage door and have maintained it over the last 7 years. First class outfit!

Ryan showed with a smile on his face with 1/4 inch of ice on the ground and very cold. I knew it was going to be a great experience...and I was right. Ryan worked hard, made our repair that we needed to be able to open our glass garage door and then offered other services that we definitely needed. I had a traditional set up with my garage door and needed to redesign it so I could install a golf simulator. Trevor came out and explained that a high track/side mount system would work best for the golf simulator. Chris came out about a week later and installed the conversion. Everyone I talked to at All About Doors were great people and provided great service. I highly recommend using them for any work you need in regard to your garage door or garage door systems.
Tyler and All About Doors came to our rescue! I heard a big snap on Tuesday morning, and they came out early Thursday to take care of us. New spring, new rollers, excellent service and a great local company.
We were able to have service within 24 hours of making a first-time call which was fantastic. The techs Ryan and Tyler who drove out were professional, thorough, and did a great job explaining our options. The previous install of the garage door had been done unsafely and one of the main supports had simply been screwed into finishing wood rather than securely fastened to a stud. Ryan and Tyler remounted the system much more securely and worked quickly and cleanly. Perfect service and A+ experience! Highly recommended.
My gate has a lift Master system and after opening up the gate with the remote, it would not close. I even tried a different remote, still would not close. All about doors installed and programmed the system for me so I called them and the gentleman on the phone gave me some suggestions. one was to check the safety beam. I took a wash and wiped down both the beam window and the reflector. sure eno, that was the problem. a big thank you for the great customer service!! AAA+ business

Trevor and office staff were great. First we got a quote then we ordered. One of the pieces of glass was broke so they had to order a replacement and as soon as it came in the replaced it. It was the foggy glass part so there was clear glass in the meantime. I highly recommend them.

I originally got my opener from home depot, and when it was installed, the tech warned me that it wasn't the correct one my garage door needed, and that i should return it and get this other one from home depot. I laughed it off, thinking that he was trying to upsell me, but it took literally 12 days for the opener to stop working. I called all about doors because they left their sticker, but they explained that because they don't actually work for home depot, they just do installations for them, I'd have to call home depot. After WEEKS of dealing with home depot and all the umbrella companies, I just called all about doors again. Chris came out and recommended what I actually needed and explained why the other one didn't work in more detail. Honestly, I should've just done what he said first! Thanks for helping me out of a tight spot, guys.
April 15, 2022 - These guys provide a great service. I called mid-morning and Steve picked up immediately. He took down my info and gave me a 2 hour estimate timeline for someone to come. The technician, Chris, later called to confirm he'd be at the house within 15 minutes. On-time, appropriately dressed, very polite, and very knowledgeable. He looked over the issue, explained it, and then fixed the problem within about 30 minutes (bracket holding the guideline to the wall had snapped. He swapped out the broken anchor bracket, reattached the guideline, greased the chain and tested several times to ensure I was satisfied with the work. They charged a very reasonable service fee given it was on-time same day service. I will definitely do business with them again if the need ever arises. I highly recommend them.
Wow, what a great experience with All About Doors. First off, I should say that I am a tough judge when it comes to doing business with companies. I have very high standards and expectations for communication, timeliness, and quality. Needless to say, I have been let down on a number of occasions by a myriad of companies, both big and small. All About Doors was hands-down the best experience I have had with any home-improvement company. From the very first interaction, they went above and beyond in terms of communication, depth and breadth of expertise (both aesthetic and technical), and overall demeanor. I have now worked with most of the team members and each and every person has completely exceeded my lofty expectations, both my own as well as those set by their impeccable online reputation. Usually we have multiple bids for every project - not this time. We had Brian out to do a quote and we knew that we had found the team we wanted to support with our business, our dollars, and our recommending power. I knew that no one else could even compete and it would be a waste of time to have anyone else come out. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the install and the product, both in materials and presentation. It has completely transformed the curb appeal of our home. We have had multiple neighbors comment on our new door and ask us where we had the work done. Where All About Doors really sets themselves apart is when there was a slight hiccup. My house is older, so they had to make some accommodations, but all is fine. I LOVE the new doors. They talked into commercials casters, because who wants to do caster maintenance, and the doors are so smooth and quiet! The rails ended up blocking my cabinets, and I mentioned it to them as a 'I wish you had told me that it'd be an issue.' they came out and lowered them for me! I would definitely recommend them. They're installers were personable and professional and I'm really happy with the results.

I have worked with many contractors over the years. Most are good and a few not so good. There is a third category which I call Rock Stars. Brian of All About Doors fits into that category. This was easily one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a project at my house. All About Doors is a small business local to the area. They are responsive and easy to work with. The part of this that really impressed me with the installer, Brian. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to overhead doors. My garage door has been a bit strange since I bought my house in that it would jump and bang when you opened it up. When Brian came over, he knew exactly what was causing that and how to fix it. The old door operator was starting to go and would randomly open. Obviously, this is not a good idea for security and finally when it did that during the night it set off the alarm. It was time to replace the system and we bought a new one from Home Depot. All About Doors is a contracted installer for Home Depot and that's how I ended up working with them. When the door was diagnosed the issue that was causing it to jump and bang was fixed. We needed to replace weather stripping, and this was done at a very good price and without any feeling of being upsold to. Brian went on the completely service the door at no additional cost. It now works better than it ever has before and with the new opener is quiet and easy to use. The installation itself is also very professional in that all the wiring is clean and everything looks new. Where the old control was you can't even tell it had been changed. (There are no exposed holes or anything like that). I appreciate how easy this was to talk care of and would recommend both Home Depot and All About Doors to anyone that needs an operator replaced or serviced.

Absolutely unethical. I hired their service indirectly through Home Depot because I needed help with replacing my garage door opener. When the repairman came by, he immediately said the one I purchased wouldn't work since I would need a custom one. I asked about repair but he immediately tried to sell me on purchasing a wall-mounted opener which is definitely not advised for residential and also would cost me $700 for installation and the whole package. I decided to call a different place and got my garage door opener for $95 which included tune up as well. So yes, All About Doors is not only a rip off but also unethical.

Great interaction with this company from start to finish. I spoke with Steve on the phone, then had many exchanges by email to ensure that they were able to replace the weatherstripping on my garage doors. Devin came and got the job done quickly. He advised that I also get the rollers on each of my doors replaced with nylon ones as they were plastic and likely to become brittle. I'm not sure if that was necessary, but I did notice that my doors move more quietly now. I recommended them to my mom who also needed the weatherstripping replaced on her wood doors. Again, after confirming by email exchanges that they had the material in stock and would be able to do the work, they came and did a great job. Trevor even returned the same day when my mom noticed that there was a gap on one side of the door that she had not noticed before; he took care of that issue within a few minutes.
