We worked with Brad on replacing a garage door that got damaged during the recent Portland ice storm by our runaway parked car! Brad was easy to work with and had great suggestions. His quote was priced well. The new garage door is quieter, more efficient and the quality is excellent. He also suggested adding strips of wood as we had a small gap between the house and garage door that we didn't know about, which was making the garage colder. Overall, Brad was on time, completed the job well and left the garage area very clean. We are very happy and would recommend him to anyone.

Brad is great to work with, he is an expert and very professional. He meticulously serviced, replaced two springs and the seal around the garage doors. My garage doors work like new again. Definitely will use his service again in the future.

We placed an emergency call to Brad after our garage door became dislocated off the rails it uses to open and close (our fault) however it was so uneven we could not secure our garage late Friday night. We placed an emergency call first thing Sat morning and Brad called back that morning and came to assess our predicament. Returned later the SAME day with parts and repaired our door to perfect working operation. Didn't try to sell us a new door when the original could still function. This business is reputable, trustworthy, honest, reliable and efficient in addition to fairly pricing his services. We highly recommend Beez Garage Door Services.

Our 18-year-old garage door had been making sounds like screaming banshees for a while, and a friend referred me to Beez. Brad came out at the appointed time, was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price. Now our door works smoothly and quietly. I would definitely refer Beez to anyone needing a garage door repair!

Beez Garage Door was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine who had used him and had many positive things to say about his service. Yesterday, Beez (Brad) came to my home to replace my very old garage door opener, replace weatherstripping on bottom of door and to do a general inspection of the door. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. I was extremely happy with his work and it was at a fair price. Highly recommend!

I didn't count on having to paint where the new trim around the outside didn't cover where the old trim was - but I can get it done. Not Brad's fault. And I can't comment on the molding along the bottom of the doors because it hasn't rained yet. I'd hope it keeps the rain out - only time will tell. Installation looks great and Brad went right to work when he got here and stayed on it until the job was completed. I'll be recommending him to my neighbor. His garage doors are older than mine! Thanks Brad.... THE RAIN ON WED and THURS gave it a good test. No leaks and no issues!! I'm a happy camper and will paint behind the trim once everything outside dries out.

I got on the Angi site to find a garage door repair person. I asked two separate company's to contact me to try to schedule something. I heard back from Brad Salmon within minutes (and this was on a Sunday evening!). We got the project scheduled for that following Tuesday. Tuesday came and Brad communicated with me on the timing as to when he would arrive. He was right on the dot! I had signed up for a discount package and when Brad arrived, he said that I did not need new rollers (one of the things on the discount package) for my garage door for one thing! He did not try to over-sell me at all. And what a friendly man! He took care of the original issue and a couple other things and was done in 45 minutes. I never did hear from the other (big name) company and it's been six days now.... Yes, I would highly recommend Brad Salmon with Beez Garage Door Services - 100%! Thank you again, Brad!! Brad was fantastic to deal with. From a quick assessment of the job, new door, track and opener to options on equipment and pricing. Installation was a breeze, Brad has the knowledge , skill and equipment to flat out get it done. I was impressed with how he made adjustments to the foundation wall. Requested the new Genie side mount door opener and am impressed with how quiet this unit is and various options one can choose. Bottom line: this is my garage door man and have no need to look elsewhere.

Our tension spring broke last night around 4 p.m. We called Beez, because it was local and had amazing reviews. I now know why they have amazing reviews. We spoke to Brad and he could not get there last night, but scheduled us for 9 a.m. this morning. He was running late and texted us to let us know. He was right on time with his new ETA. He arrived in gloves and mask, did an amazing job (very quickly) and his fee was amazingly reasonable. If you need ANY garage door work, call Beez!!!

We finally got some vacation time with someone able to be at home, so we decided to get the garage door functional again. We called Beez on Monday (day before New Year's Eve) and they came out to take a look the next day. They were clear and complete in their assessment and gave us all the options. They were able to come back on Thursday (day after New Year's Day) and replace the opener. They showed up 10 minutes early, and were finished in an hour and a half. Quick, efficient, and professional! The cost was towards the high end of the online estimates, but still within range. It was worth it to us to have the quick and efficient service they provided. We are pleased, and will use them again if the need ever arises.

Brad was super helpful and reasonably priced. He replaced an old an broken garage door opener. He installed one that was the same brand as another one I had replaced the year before. The one he installed is quieter and cost less money. He did not push extra future insurance / maintenance as the previous company did. I wish I had contacted him for the other door.

We were having trouble with our garage door closing. We called Beez Garage Door Services and was very glad we did. Brad came out on time and replaced our safety eyes. He explained that the ones we had were over 15 years old and were the first versions of the technology. It only took him 20 minutes to replace them. He tested the new ones and cleaned up after himself. Very nice! He also took the time to explain more about the garage door. Brad promptly returned my call and scheduled for the first mutually convenient time. We discussed options on the phone and once we agreed upon a course of action, Brad gave me a quote over the phone for a new opener installed. Brad arrived as scheduled and performed the work quickly and efficiently and tuned up my door in addition to installing a new opener. Brad's work is excellent.
