The spring on my garage door went out and I needed it replaced. I had heard good things previously about On Track so I reached out on Monday night. Got a text back first thing Tuesday morning and my garage door is now fixed as of 1:45 Tuesday afternoon (same day). Ryan was quick and professional. Super transparent about the cost and I'm very happy with the service!
Super Honest and punctual. Loved the ease of communication through text at points but he will definitely take a call as well. Also love that Ryan did not try to charge for something not needed. I had other companies try to say that one thing needed to be fixed or replaced (and it was a potential cost of $250) but Ryan said the door sounded pretty good for a non-insulated door and pointed to a potential diy thing the prior owner added. He did spray some things and look at the belt and it silenced a decent amount. Once I get around to removing the modifications to the door it will be even quieter. Thanks Ryan for having integrity and knowledge. Will be using OT for any future needs and telling the neighbors about you.
So thankful we were recommended Ryan with On Track Garage Doors. Our garage door was damaged and we couldn't get it closed late at night. The next morning Ryan called and was able to come out, and in under a hour had it fixed! I appreciated everything about this experience and would recommend them to everybody!

These guys are awesome, I had them put in a new garage door opener. They were very communicative with me. Ryan came to repair my door the same day I called for service. While the repair was minor, Ryan spent an additional 20 minutes adjusting the motor and belt. He was knowledgeable and professional. He refused to accept any payment. Anytime I need help in the future I will call On Track and recommend them highly
In August I bought a new opener and springs, and was incredibly happy. It was all I wanted it to be quiet, and new. The house however made an adjustment necessary, I called, they came, and it's fixed. For a 2nd time I'm so thankful I used this company. I hope this review helps you decide to use a good company.
We moved into our house and found out that someone had stolen a bunch of stuff from the garage including our garage door remotes. We called the number on the wall sticker next to the opener and Ryan was at our house in less than 30 minutes to reset our system and get us new remotes. We had never worked with On Track before that, but Ryan treated us like a priority and we cannot recommend them enough.

Our garage door would not close and stay closed sometimes. Ryan came out the same day, made a few minor adjustments and wouldn't let me pay him. another problem cropped up a few weeks later and he came out again, fixed the problem and, again, would not accept payment because he said that's what he does. My repairs/adjustments were small and took little time to fix but he still refused my offers of payment. Punctual, responsible, fair (more than.)
My (nearly antique) garage door opener died at about 3:30pm. I called On Track and Ryan was at my house within the hour. He did everything he could to revive it I knew there was not hope. He secured the garage door and scheduled Brandon to install a new opener the next day. Brandon was on time, friendly and, more importantly, a true professional. He not only replaced the opener, he adjusted everything, oiled all the hinges and when he left it looked like he'd never been there. Well, with one exception. I have a beautiful new garage door opener! (Never thought I'd put the words "beautiful" and "garage door opener" into the same sentence.) Thanks guys. You are awesome. I highly recommend On Track!
When Ryan says "I'll take care of you" you'd better believe it. He was awesome. We just moved here from the East Coast, and have been so overwhelmed with it all... I'll tell you that moving across the country with 4 kids changing into 4 different schools during a pandemic is NOT ideal. Anyway, when I accidentally broke our garage door one night, I was gonna loose it. Ryan came out and inspected all of our 4 garage doors, and gave us the DEAL OF A LIFETIME. I'm gonna seriously have to "pay it forward" to someone to keep the universe even. What a great company!
I had a very expensive custom 18x9 garage door installed by another company. The installer was not my choice - the manufacturer required them. The job included three trips, a broken window, terrible alignment, and screws/glass left all over my driveway. Even though the door cost nearly $7k and was still under warranty by the original installer I was so fed up with them I finally called Ryan for help. He had a crew out there the next day. They re-aligned my door, properly adjusted the spring tension, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. I was extremely impressed. The door now tracks straight and true and is quieter than it has ever been. I have Ryan coming back today to install a second door for me and have added his # to my contact database so I am ready to refer him to any of my friends or clients who may need overhead door work in the future.

Ryan came out and adjusted the sensors down to 6 inches above ground that the previous company didn't do. And he then went ahead and lubricated all of the joints and made our garage super quiet. And we didn't even ask him to do it he just did it. Would give 10 Stars if I could
Our entire garage door system (door, tracks, opener, etc) was long overdue to be replaced. Our old door was not operational at all and was grossly mis-aligned which left a large gap on one side allowing leaves and neighbor cats to sneak underneath. Ryan came out the following day to give us a quote and unexpectedly made a temporary repair so our door would be secure until we could replace it! When the installers came they were very polite, professional and thorough. They even swept the garage after they finished, I think it was cleaner than when they arrived!! On Track was recommended to us by a family friend and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!
One of the doors on my shop became very hard to open or close .. I thought I had broken a spring... found On Track on Yelp .. called them up .. sent Codi right out .. he told me all was needed was an adjustment... ten minutes later door works like new .. then he lubes and adjusts the other two doors as well ... superior service from a true professional.. when I need work done on any of my 4 garage doors ... On Track has earned my business... highly recommended..

Excellent, Ryan was pleasant when I called had a technician out with 30 minutes. Cori was very prompt, sorted out what was needed and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He showed me what he was replacing, explained how the door worked, showed me how to look after tracks and hinges made sure everything was working properly before he left. I was contacted the next day from a query I put in Angie's List. I was told the price to be expected and what might be expected to cost extra. I was able to book an appointment within a day or two. The installer, Codi, notified me when to expect him. Hours before the expected time, he called to say he would be delayed a bit but explained why. He arrived before the new expected time. I had a very squeaky door that wouldn't always go up or down. He explained that it was past its expected life and offered, without trying to push it, that I could get a new spring that would extend the life of the system quite a bit without costing a lot more. He came back the next day and installed the new spring, oiled everything, put new sensors in, and serviced the motor. Beyond the cost of servicing and the spring, he then rehung the motor on new brackets and reconnected the motor to the wall button through existing wires in the walls that the original installers hadn't bothered to connect to and removed the old wires tacked on to the walls. To finish off, he explained the correct lubricant to use periodically and how to apply it in the easiest manner. He did all this in less time than the hour and a half he expected the job to take. Codi was personable and engaging and went above and beyond what was expected. My neighbor came by and was interested in a new automatic garage opener. I immediately recommended On Track to him. I was very happy with the service. I called about my broken garage door and had an appointment 3 hours later. He arrived on time, assessed the situation immediately, and got right to work. The door had two springs that were about 20 years old and one of them had snapped and taken the center lag bolt out of the wall with it. He recommended I replace the second one at the same time (and I did), but there was no pressure or hard sell. He lagged the center back in place better than it had been when first installed.
