Excellent service - called in the afternoon, there were no available appointments until the next day. After realizing that I could not close my garage door at all - they asked Chris to take the service call even though the work day was coming to an end. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the door. Rusty was the technician for our garage door opener replacement. He explained everything prior to starting, double checking if the old opener was repairable. Decided on the Linear Model, and totally satisfied with it. Rusty installed it without a hitch. It is the quietest opener I have ever experienced. Super professional, laid back, flawless. So glad I went with this company! I called a different one who was pushy and wouldn't give me a quote and wouldn't listen when I told them what they were offering me was out of budget. Pacific overhead said my issue was super common, told me the cost, and fixed it for that cost! They came next day also. Highly recommend

Incredible customer service provided by everyone I dealt with at Pac Overhead Doors. We were looking at finally replacing our 37 yr old original garage doors to something insulated / modern and dealt with Kenny at Pac Overhead Door. He was excellent to deal with and was very patient with the barrage of questions I had regarding door options. I also liked the fact that he didn't BS to get the sale...he was very upfront / transparent about wait times & pros/cons with the doors we were considering so we were all aligned on expectations. He's definitely an asset to the team there! Ross the estimator was also great and super shout out to the actual tech who came out to install the doors (Tim) - he was a rock star! He removed our two garage doors and had our 2 new doors up in less than 3 hours - what?! Insane speed and quality work! Give these fellas a call if you're looking for new doors! Before and after shots attached...we love the new doors. Whisper quiet open and close and our garage is finally insulated. We've noticed it's already much cooler in the garage during the past couple days vs. our old doors.

I have a garage door with a spring that a little bigger and they were the only company that could accommodate. While others I called could only schedule a few days later or in a week, they were able to get a technician out in a few hours. They also asked the right questions and had me take pics and measurements before scheduling an appointments (another company sent over a technician only to tell me he could not accommodate). Kyle not only replaced the spring, he fixed some other issues he found, replaced a guide plate, and lubed all of the joints/wheels at no additional cost. Their price was lower than all of the other quotes that I received. Great service with a friendly smile. I would recommend them to anyone.

Spring broken on the garage door. Called Pacific around noon. They were at our place in a couple of hours. Got it fixed, made adjustments and were gone in less than an hour. Very responsive and friendly. It's nice to do business with this type of company. We'll done!

We were visiting Portland and were staying at a home that had a garage below the house and on a steep slope toward the house. Our son borrowed the van and hit reverse and seriously damaged the garage door. Since this was not our house I needed to get this repaired or replaced quickly. Wow!, contacted Pacific Overhead Door and a rep came out the next morning, followed up with an estimate and then the tech was there that afternoon and replaced the door. Great service and the price was very competitive. Don't mess with anybody else, these folks are the real deal.

My door was old already and was on its last legs. The spring broke and made it final. Time for a new door. Called them and spoke with Justin to get a replacement. He was quick to help me get the ball rolling and setup with an appointment to replace it. Inventory has been low but they had what I needed. Kyle arrived soon after and did an excellent job explaining things. He did a careful job and clearly has a knack for detail and quality. Contractors can be hit or miss, but this is a good one.

In 2017, I needed new garage door springs and after calling around and getting some quotes I was most impressed with Pacific Overhead Door. After crunching numbers they helped me come to the decision that since my garage door was so old, I would be better off replacing my garage door all together. I absolutely LOVE my beautiful new garage door. It is much more energy efficient and gave my house a much needed facelift. It was an easy process to order my new door and schedule the installation and I've been enjoying my sunlight lit garage. This week I called them to see if they could service my garage door and Rusty came over and serviced it and tuned up the moving parts. Rusty was very informative and knowledgeable and give me some tips and tricks on some preventative maintenance for my garage door and garage door opener. And the best part is it only cost me $129! I highly recommend Pacific Overhead Door!

Unbelievable customer service from Alex. Turned out his team couldn't take our job, but he had already talked to another friend in the business and had them all ready to do the job for us. Excellent communications, great customer service, quality materials and workmanship throughout--if only all businesses were run this way! I would recommend PAC Door without hesitation to anyone contemplating a custom design project (or even simple replacement of a standard garage door). I had questions about materials and design, and about insulation for our winter environment. Peter invited me in for a tour of the shop floor. Impressive. These guys are the real deal. They were completely accommodating and even applied multiple finish coats of my own paint colors in their shop (extremely modest additional cost). Installation went exactly as scheduled and the install was totally professional. It was truly a pleasure doing business with PAC Door. If I were a builder and needed multiple garage doors, I know I'd be working with PAC Door. (DISCLAIMER: I have no relatives or friends who work for PAC Door and have not received any gratuity or inducement of any kind from PAC Door.) I'm just telling ya' like it is.

See above. Services Rendered: I took a broken garage door spring that had been replaced by another company for $440 to Pac Door, curious about how much they would have charged. They informed me that they would have charged exactly half of that to replace both springs. They were very helpful about explaining the different aspects of the business and the workings of my garage door. They were very friendly, professional and easygoing and had a great looking shop. I would use them in a heartbeat.

I received a voicemail by Peter that he was referred to me by Sherwood garage since the contractor hurt himself and could not come out and schedule a work time. When I called the office the lady on the phone was very rude and I told her that I am just replying to his voicemail but she would not have him call me back without me sending her some pics of my garage seal. I repeated that he called me first and I did not contact him but just calling him back since he wanted to come out. After more back and forth with the rude lady, I told her that I will take my business elsewhere. All I wanted was just to return his call and she kept being rude to me on the phone. They arrived as scheduled, and did a very neat and complete installation exactly as I requested. The garage was left neat as a pin. No fuss, no muss. I think I paid about $40 more than the lowest bid, but the installation and everything was perfect so I am satisfied. Services Rendered: Removed old garage door opener that had failed with new Liftmaster model 3280M-267, 1/2 HP belt drive opener, including remote keypad.

Frank came out for an estimate same day. I had 3 other quotes and went with Pac Door based on price and responsiveness to my questions on different door styles, etc. Stan did the install and he was awesome. It was a zero clearance track with 3" of headroom...not an easy install but it came out exceptional. Stan did a torsion spring to the rear and had enough space for the opener to mount over the door so no lextra loss of space in a pretty small garage. The old door and opener were taken away as agreed upon and the work site was spotless. Services Rendered: Replace existing wood door, opener and stretch springs with a new steel insulated door mounted with a torsion spring and a new opener. This included building the header down to 6'6" from the previous door size of 6'8"

I was very pleased. I had done considerable shopping online and decided to give this company a try because they offered a wide variety of products with good warranties. The most difficult part was placing the order because they are only open from 8-4:30 M-F so I had to take some time off from work to get the order placed. However, everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. They even came out immediately to measure my door so the order could be placed. I did have to wait about a month since I needed an unusual size. But the door arrived as scheduled and was installed the very next day. The installer arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early) and did a nice job and cleaned up well. He even put a light bulb in one of the sockets of my opener that was missing a bulb. The B for quality is because there is an area of slight paint overspray on the gasket on the bottom of the door. A really minor issue and not one I'm willing to make an issue over. Services Rendered: Replaced my old decrepit garage door with a new one.
