A+ Service and quality. My garage door spring broke and was fixed and repaired well above my expectations.
I had called a different "local" pro but they didn't bother to answer and didn't call me back even after 24 hours. I then called and set an appointment with a "big" company who would't give me a general price over the phone, coming from a sales background, this is never a good thing LOL.
I finally called Extreme and Unique Garage Doors after many recommendations from our community Facebook group in Gladden Farms. Mike answered my call immediately, heard me out, and was willing to come the very same day. I asked for a general price, and he gave me an exact price within 2 seconds. I agreed. The job was completely within 3 hours of my call and this was only due to me not being home the first 2 hours. He upgraded my spring after I voiced concern that the last one failed so soon from different company. Fixed my pulley's and even lubricated everything. My garage door has never been quieter and I feel much safer with my kids passing under the door now when it's open.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my whole experience and truly wish more companies would operate in the same fashion. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone of this caliber. Thanks for everything.
